Errors in "The Wave" (Online Version)

Maybe there is a typo in Chapter 29 http://cassiopaea.org/2011/02/10/the-wave-chapter-29-the-3-5-code-the-journey-from-jerusalem-to-oak-island-via-the-pyrenees/

Saint-Germain died at Prince Charles’ home on Eckenforde. He was buried locally and the Prince erected a stone that said: “He who called himself the Comte de Saint-Germain and Welldone of whom there is no other information, has been buried in this church.”

Should it be 'Conte'?

Y

Added: Uhh, it is Comte in two more examples in same chapter:

Quote from transcripts
A: Yes, but it will be easier in fourth level.

Q: (L) Comte St. Germain claimed to be able to transmute lead into gold.

and in notes

3 These accounts are compiled in Isabel Cooper-Oakley’s The Comte de St. Germain (1912), and Frank Smyth’s The Man from Nowhere: Searching for St. Germain (1992).

So, i guess it was just me 'seeing' this "typo"!

Sorry :-[

Yes, it is "Count" in English: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Count_of_St._Germain
But "Comte" in French: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comte_de_Saint-Germain
And "Conte" in Italian: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conte_di_Saint-Germain

"Graf" in German and "Grof" in Croatian.

Little language mutations. :)

Thx Persej!

But i stumbled upon similar 'typos' as this in chapter 29 - four of them containing this odd "Ã" character...

  • ~40 instances of Rennes-le-Château into Rennes-le-Château
  • ~15 instances of de Sède into de Sède
  • ~50 instances of Saunière into Saunière
  • 1 instance of ABBÉ into Abbé's (Not sure about this conversion, but can be found in the quoted section containing the letter Laura writes to Ms. Neyman: "BUT, that STILL DOES NOT EXPLAIN THE ABBÉ’S MONEY!" )

I was able to use the find[Ctrl+F, Cmd+F] function in Firefox to nab all of them. I haven't tried any other browsers or text editors but I think this can help.

I'm sorry, I didn't show you the errors that Yozilla found in chapter 29:

Patrick Rivière
Patrick Rivière

Château

Patrick Rivière’s

Geneviève

I found a useful table which explains which symbols transform into what so that we don't have to go to Google to find the correct letters: http://www.i18nqa.com/debug/utf8-debug.html#dbg

When reviewing The Wave 1 for French version, I noticed a mistake in a reference : p 96 in PDF (autobiographical background), the quote of John Mack is not from his book Abduction but from his preface for the book Secret Life by David Jacobs.

Found two more typos in chapter 29:

- dif ferent
- pseudoesoteric

Can you include the whole sentence? I searched for both those words exactly as you typed them and got nothing. And please link to the chapter you find the errors in.

Ups, it is chapter27 :-[

Sorry, my mistake!

And in dif ferent periods of history various societies or orders of fakirs have existed in different countries and they still exist.

Snip...

Besides, a grain of truth in an unaltered form is sometimes found in pseudoesoteric movements, in church religions, in occult and theosophical schools.

We are working on Russian translation of the first Wave book and there is a passage in chapter 4:
In Greece, at this time, at the University of Santia (?), the nuclear physics laboratory at the University, there is a potentially fundamental experiment going on…
Well, if you search the Internet there is no such an university or place in Greece, but there is Xanthi city and it has a campus of Democritus University of Thrace. And there is nuclear laboratory at that campus (_http://www.i-b-r.org/ir00016.htm). It looks like Roger was talking about this place during the session. You can find his name in the page on this link too by the way.

Please tell me, if we'are on the right track. If so then we'll fix English version in PublishR and translate it to Russian.

Xanthi is likely, it was transcribed by sound. I already fixed it in PublishR, please pull my change. Thx.
