This reminds me of the warning message that the US embassy in Russia sent earlier this month to US citizens about possible terrorist attacks in the country. How prescient of them...

The White House found no signs of Ukraine's involvement in the terrorist attack in Moscow

WASHINGTON, 22 Mar – RIA Novosti. The White House said it sees no signs that Ukraine or Ukrainians are involved in the terrorist attack in Moscow.
"At the moment, there are no signs that Ukraine or Ukrainians were involved in an armed attack," John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the National Security Council, said at a media briefing.
He made a reservation that the White House has only preliminary information and is trying to get additional information.
The FSB of Russia reported on Friday evening that the shooting and fire occurred at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow, near the northwestern border of Moscow, before a concert by a musical group. The agency reported that there are dead and injured. According to the FSB, special security agencies are taking all necessary measures.

Terror group says it was behind attack as FSB says at least 40 dead and more than 140 injured; gunman appear not to have been captured yet.

Islamic State have claimed responsibility for the attack on the Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscow.

The full statement posted on its Telegram account reads:

"Islamic State fighters attacked a large gathering of Christians in the city of Krasnogorsk on the outskirts of the Russian capital, Moscow, killing and wounding hundreds and causing great destruction to the place before they withdrew to their bases safely."
