No. Not this, because there were two screens. Trump just motioned to the one on his right. If Crooks was aiming at centre mass, then it wouldn't matter if it was chest or back.

As far as I remember, there were no big or crucial movement of Trumps chest sideways (upper body) before the shots and during the first and possibly the second shot. All that was significantly moving was his head in that time frame. In other words: If Crooks fired, then he saw Trumps upper body (chest) from the side before he took his final aim and when he shot his first bullet.

Which all makes me tend to believe that it is more likely that Crooks aimed at Trumps head. And if so, it is was indeed, after all, a pretty astoundingly accurate shot considering the circumstances.
