FOTCM: New Online Application Form

I have donated through this site and saw it went into the FOTCM account, I thankyou for the opportunity to join your fellowship and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Brent.

Thank you Brent! You should soon receive your certificate if you haven't yet. Welcome to the fellowship!

Hello Ailén

When you get a chance, please let me know if the usps priority envelope made it from Florida. Sent Nov 4th.
I have another one ready in case that one didn't make it.

Thank you

Yes, it arrived. It still has to make a journey across the Atlantic, but the first short journey is complete.

Finally just sent my application form. Been meaning to for a long time now, but had no printer. I didn't have $10 to send with the application, but I should be able to make a Paypal payment in a week or so. Is this ok? I am not a woman of monetary means, by any stretch of the words, but I hope I can find ways to be of service. :)

Hi there,

Thank you for the opportunity to join the FOTCM. This is something what I'm considering now, however, I would like to understand why some information is required on that form. Basically I'm talking about the "Family members in your current household" or who is the current employer. Just wondering how it is related to ones decision to join the comunity?

I believe that the answer to this "why" is much more simple than ones to other "why"s posted on cassiopaea.org :)

Thanks in advance.

Because it helps us know you better, and it's always very useful when people need help. One of FOTCM's roles is to help its members whenever it's possible, so knowing for example that you have ten kids would be different than if you lived alone and needed to relocate during an emergency one day. That's just an example. The employer, your studies, etc. help us see what FOTCM could be doing for you, and depending on what you volunteer to help with, what would be the best and easiest way for you to help, according to your talents, your availability, your likes, etc.

You don't absolutely HAVE to fill in those cells. But I think it's a matter of personal trust as well. Our lives are pretty much made entirely public, so a little bit of trust and sharing from members too is not a bad thing.

Note that all the information you provide with in your form is strictly confidential.

Thanks Ailen for getting back to me. Now I see the reason for this. So what I will do is I'll submit the on-line form with all those details you ask us and in parallel I will send the completed hard paper form with the main information (excluding some details which will be provided in on-line form). I hope this can be treated as some kind of compromise. Does this sound OK to you?

Re: FOTCM: New Online Application From

Hello,

I made a payment via PayPal and will send a filled online form today. If I understood this correctly:

1 Could I send you scanned by email? Would it works?

No problem, as long as you sign it before scanning it. :)

Is it OK to print and sign my application and then scan it and send it to your email, instead of sending it via the post office mail?
If it's fine, to which e-mail should I send it?

Thank you!

Sure, Atomas. That's fine.

Hi Ailen,
I sent the mail by post couple of days ago. Also as we agreed, the form submitted in mid of Jan has more details included than the one which was sent by post. Please let me know once you receive the form and whether it looks OK.

Thanks,
Atomas

Ailen,

Just a gentle request for checking the EE mailbox:) I sent mail to EU address I found on the forum. If it didn't arrive probably I'll have to resend it.

Thanks,
Atomas

Apologies Alice, I totally missed this post of yours. Yes, that's fine, and you can send it to info@paleochristianity.org.
