FOTCM: New Online Application Form

I'm still waiting for my package as well. Could anyone in the US chime in on how long it took you to receive your package? I'll ask at the post office tomorrow if I can.

I'm in Florida and received mine yesterday, 6 weeks after mailing my app.

Okay, I received mine recently on the 19th, I believe. It was sent on the 16th of April, and I mailed my signed application around Feb. 22.

Anyway, I'm happy that it arrived without problems!

I was putting off applying because I thought I was interacting far too little on the Forum to really benefit from FOTCM.
However I think that, while still not where I want, I broke some of my programming ( have nothing useful to say program) and actually contributed in a positive way in a few instances.
So, I would like to apply, if you moderators think that I can be a part of FOTCM.

Yes it is the city or the place where you were when you did sign the document.
