The page needs at least 25 fans to have a username...so I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has a Facebook page would consider becoming a "fan" so we can hit this mark. Thus far it's just Ann and I.

There are 32 friends now. I trust that this gets some national publicity in the near future. People are becoming more aware of pathological since the crazy Casey Anthony case. Maybe this will take some precedence with the MSM. People need to be on guard. From the city street to the country road.

Done! Want to keep the "likes" going. :)

Yes please! I think the number of "likes" affects where the page shows up on a Facebook search for people who haven't "liked" it yet.

Frontier's Facebook page was full of complaints before they deleted them all...it really is a horrible company. Frontier bought ALL of Verizon's accounts in our area, then grossly oversold the market. Now we get less than half the speed we pay for, when we can get on at all. I'm keeping hold of an old cell phone I with a broken ear speaker just because I can still tether it when Frontier is down....which is often.

I feel REALLY bad about getting everyone elses negative posts deleted...that was a consequence I did not predict. Since they allowed other VERY negative comments, I didn't think the article about Pepper would make them change their policy.

Other people are noticing:
"George Bumgarner I love how we can't post on the wall anymore, gotta clear up the negativity!!!"

That's probably because someone higher up in the Frontier STS tree 'looked downwards' briefly to see what all the hullabaloo was, noticed that some underling was being lax in allowing negative comments on the company page and took control by putting a stop to it asap. Therefore you can't blame yourself for this as it's got nothing to do with you, Guardian. It's just the way these companies are...

After sitting in court all morning waiting, we were told the court was so overbooked that the Animal Abuse case against Joshua Gray had to be rescheduled to September 20.

It sounds like they are stalling.

Hi Guardian,

I know it is frustrating that it is being drug out.

How is Pepper and the family doing?

I think this delay was more due to County budget cuts than anything else, that courtroom was busier than a stump full of ants. Everybody was there on both sides in our case, Gray had two lawyers and even his mommie showed up. Ours was not the only case to get bumped either...they just tried to put too many trials into one day. I actually felt sorry for the DA and his staff by lunch time, they never stopped moving the entire time we were there, and still had another dozen cases to try before the end of their day.

Pepper is doing ok, but she does have permanent brain damage that affects her motor functions, she can't navigate stairs, needs help finding her food, etc.

Oh right, budget cuts. I should have thought of that before posting.

I'm really glad to hear that Pepper is doing okay. It's very sad that she has brain damage but at least she's with a family who loves her and will take care of her.
