I think this delay was more due to County budget cuts than anything else, that courtroom was busier than a stump full of ants. Everybody was there on both sides in our case, Gray had two lawyers and even his mommie showed up. Ours was not the only case to get bumped either...they just tried to put too many trials into one day. I actually felt sorry for the DA and his staff by lunch time, they never stopped moving the entire time we were there, and still had another dozen cases to try before the end of their day.
Pepper is doing ok, but she does have permanent brain damage that affects her motor functions, she can't navigate stairs, needs help finding her food, etc.
