Poor little Pepper... but as you rightly say, she has a loving family to look after her.

However, my mind keeps going back to the 4 year old who saw the whole thing and has to live with the memory and the results of it. I mean, we all eventually learn the hard way what kind of a place this world actually is but 4 years old is way too early for such a harsh introduction ... :(

Yeah...and I'm intentionally not mentioning him much to protect his privacy. All I can really say is that his parents have taken steps to help him deal with the horrible experience. I also choose, for legal reasons, to back off a subject and only provide minimal information once criminal charges are involved. Basically I don't want to mess up some ADA's case by running off at the mouth about things the subject may or may not be aware of yet.

In an interesting and not at all surprising development, Frontier Communications has sanitized their Facebook page and deleted ALL negative posts and comments. In response to this censorship, I've created a "Frontier Communications Complaints" Facebook group AND page.

The page needs at least 25 fans to have a username...so I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has a Facebook page would consider becoming a "fan" so we can hit this mark. Thus far it's just Ann and I.

Thanks guys! We're up to 20 already :-)

I feel bad that I'm kinda responsible for everyone's complaints getting deleted from Frontier's Facebook page so I'm going to feed the new complaints site to a bunch of submission bots as soon as we get a permanent user name..

At least I can give folks another place to vent about Frontier.
