Could be, although I can imagine hard-nose Hillary demanding that the Democrat bigwigs make sure she is nominated. That would have happened way back last year when she was in better shape. Her pathological persistence and drive for power might have led her to insist that she'd be fine despite concerns about her known health issues, that she could handle the campaign etc. But in the end, a year of campaigning, repeating lies over and over, especially about the email scandal, might have taken out what was left of her decaying brain.

Yes, easy to say she has pneumonia after the fact.
Edit added: Her doctor is the one who says she has pneumonia. Oh and he says her cough is due to allergies - go figure. Got every base covered now. Maybe he doesn't want to have an untimely death.

It now raises the question whether Democrats have a Plan B should Clinton be unable to fulfill her campaign duties with Hillary’s running mate Tim Kaine likely lacking the star power necessary to fend off the insurgent bid of bombastic billionaire Donald Trump. Many Americans are also left to ask whether a vote for Hillary Clinton may ultimately be a decision to make the relatively unknown Kaine the nation’s Commander-in-Chief.
Highlighting the chaos in Democratic Party circles is a statement by Bakari Sellers, a Hillary Clinton surrogate and CNN political contributor who openly said "Does she need to prove more [medical records]? That is a legitimate question to ask."
Political reporter for Time Magazine reports that the former Secretary of State will be temporarily removing herself from the campaign trail in light of the most recent incident and returning home to Chappaqua after being rushed to her daughter Chelsea’s apartment following the incident.

To date, a nominee for a major party has never withdrawn or died prior to an American election with the closest historical corollary being Vice President James Sherman who died of kidney disease six days before the 1912 election – his name remained on the ballot and the election proceeded. Interesting that her doctor says he diagnosed her pneumonia on Friday - that would account for her looking unwell when she arrived for the 911 memorial.
BTW - did Killary not get the pneumonia vaccine that's being aggressively promoted for older people?
In regards to a possible look-alike substitute, it should be noted that Jim Fetzer did quite a spiel on his assertions that Paul McCartney died in a car crash early on in the Beatle's career & was replaced by a look-alike. George Harrison was recorded referring to this guy as Faul - fake Paul. Fetzer was over-the-top on this issue & along w/ another brouhaha, was banished from VT along w/ everything he had published on the site.
So, if there is another fake Killary in the wings, you wonder at what point she'll be sent in - and maybe the real Killary euthanized.
Another thought in viewing Killary's jerky movements as she started her advance towards the van, it made me think of a zombie - a reanimated corpse. And as we all know, there's been an overabundance of everything zombie for quite a while esp zombie apocalypse.
Yeah, who knows what other bizarre things will occur in the runup to the election.
