Why not both? Rocket and explosives planted in building before. Jews and Palestinians looks the same, I can imagine that some israel men could have mined the building before.
 
The problem with otherwise decent people like Peterson having a wrong take on this situation is that they become locked into that bias if things escalate. So if Israel decides to 'go massive' on Gaza and slaughter tens of thousands, Peterson et al will have a hard time switching, and may instead double down on their wrong take. That can have pretty dire effects on a person's consciousness.
 
So many individuals and media outlets portraying this as "Israel's 9/11" makes me leery. If that's not just hyperbole but rather some kind of unconscious awareness, then the whole point of it may be use it as the US used 9/11, to ignite another, and final "war on terror", with Iran and Syria and Lebanon in the crosshairs. If they go this route, then it will very likely lead to the destruction of Israel.

In that case, they would have had to demolish one side of the building, then the other, with two sets of explosives, in coordination with the timing of the rocket strikes. Seems a bit implausible, yes?

Ford (CVN-78), the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), as well as the Arleigh-Burke-class guided missile destroyers USS Thomas Hudner (DDG 116), USS Ramage (DDG 61), USS Carney (DDG 64), and USS Roosevelt (DDG 80). We have also taken steps to augment U.S. Air Force F-35, F-15, F-16, and A-10 fighter aircraft squadrons in the region. The U.S. maintains ready forces globally to further reinforce this deterrence posture if required.
In addition, the United States government will be rapidly providing the Israel Defense Forces with additional equipment and resources, including munitions. The first security assistance will begin moving today and arriving in the coming days.

It's all too perfect. Hamas attacks a peace concert? "Hey, Let's do the dumbest thing possible!" No way the Israeli war dogs would enjoy taking out some peaceniks and blaming Hamas. And right as there are macro geo-economic ruptures starting to manifest in the credit/debt markets, financial system and oil markets. Nothing to see here but an attack by dehumanized mad dogs hell bent on self extermination against innocent unsuspecting victims. Poor Israel.
