I agree wholeheartedly with you PERLOU. We all owe so much to Laura and the support crew.

And by the way, that Deepl translator seems to work great. Makes me want to learn French or at least another language!

It's wonderful ! Not only physically but also energetically, as I see how you help us with these important readings and threads.
Your struggle in these dark times is so incredible. I admire!

I feel pretty guilty not carrying my end of the load lately!

Don't, please! :flowers:

Indeed, don't please. You have been carrying it for so many years in front of us and giving us the example. Please, don't feel guilty about that but enjoy the fact that now there are more and more people ready to help you carry that load. :hug2:

I Agree that no one has done more to educate us of the true nature of our reality than you madame.

As we all needed to pitch in and share the load with the responsibility's of being bares of light.

Thank you Laura for your dedication of love (knowledge) and continued update's. And be well. :flowers:

Thanks for the update, Laura. I'm really so grateful that things are looking up for you health wise.

Please don't feel guilty - you have done so much for so many people, always giving to others and you continue to do so. Look after yourself and here's to your continued improvement on all fronts.

Indeed, don`t please! And thank you very much for all the information you are sharing with everybody than wants to get it.The good vibrations of Crew/family and Ark are playing an important part in this recovering. :flowers: :hug2:

It's really great to hear you are getting better and better, Laura! Hope the MRI for your lumbar was not so stressful for you as procedure, and that it gave you a hopeful result. I agree with others, that you don't need to feel guilty - sometimes we need to take things slow in order to get sufficient rest so we can get better and also back to work as best functioning as possible. Take all the time you really need to heal - and whatever course this journey takes we will still be with you as the person that you are :hug2: :flowers:

Well, the MRI on the lumbar revealed the root of the nerve problem in the left leg. Basically, the disc is oozing out to one side and the L5 is touching the S1 and compressing the nerve. Obviously, it shifts so the pressure isn't constant and that is why it can be a bit better one day than another; also why eating anything inflammatory causes pain increase along with more numbness. We've looked into how to solve this issue and it seems that something called spinal decompression is the ticket. The idea is to stretch out the spine and combine that with massage and such and allow the disc to heal and slip back into place. In the meantime, I'm using heat from a little infra-red pad on it and that helps quite a bit as long as I don't stand too long.

Of course, what I wonder is how bad this thing was before the stem cells since I didn't have an MRI from before. It sure does seem like it is feeling better since then so I think that did something even if it couldn't fix the mechanical part of the problem. We found a local guy who has the equipment and I'll see him in January.

Well I gotta say I'm a firm believer in it. When I had my herniated disc in the neck nothing my chiro tried seemed to help or I should say not for more than a few days but when we finally tried the decompression machine it only 3 or 4 treatments before on was on my to feeling normal again. Once a week for a few weeks and thank the DCM I'm probably about 94% of where I used to be. I do hope it helps and as always wishing you the very best. :hug2:

Wishing you all the best Laura.

I'm suffering herniated L4-L5 causing nerve compression. It happened about 9 years ago, I'm only 26 now and otherwise fit.. but it's been getting me down quite a bit, with the pain, discomfort and stiffness worsening.

I'm a trooper.. but some days I can't troop. :scared:

It feels like my backs in a vice, whilst lightening courses down my body.

Medical services in the UK right now are a joke too.
Took them 2 years to agree to send me off for a scan because they thought I was being a hypochondriac.. or treated me like one, anyway. (I rarely visit the docs).

I might have to look into alternative therapy.
