Obtaining some hard to get meds

I paid through paypal. I'm going through the refund procedure with aliexpress, and if I don't get my money back through them then I'll get it back through paypal.
I had a problem ordering a supplement online, paid with paypal. Shipment was coming from Germany. Since I have a credit card linked to paypal, I went directly to the credit card company and filed a dispute. The charges were credited back to me in short order.

The dispute process via paypal seemed like a pain in the arse, so I didn't mess with them. Did get an email from paypal saying I couldn't file a dispute with them since I went straight to the credit card company. A okay with me! So maybe that's an option for you?

I went to visit my uncle today and i come back with one important information ... that i didn't much know about.

It's about the Magnesium, or more precisely the Glycinate or Citrate ones as i have both of them.
I thought that with the +/- 1200Mg of Magnesium glycinate it was more than enough per day, considering that it's advised to have from 400 to 600mg per day. But my uncle told me (or re-told me ... don't remember if he mentionned this in the past) that there's only a % of pure magnesium in glycinate magnesium, and we verified and the % is 14,7% (can vary a little bit upon purity). For Citrate, it varies from 11% to 16%. Thus, this means that if one want to ingest 500mg of magnesium per day, he has to take in fact +/- 3,5 grams of magnesium glycinate per day. Good to know for those who buy it in bags of 1 Kg in powder (like me ^^)

... time to say "better late than never"

Nope! I'm still waiting, and I've been waiting for two months. It's at Customs from December 11.
Have you notified the seller? Two of my packages were recently held by customs, and I notified the seller as they are the only ones who can inquire about it. After the seller did an inquiry, I received both packages shortly after. It took at least a month to get them.

Yes I have. He helped me to write the statement. Customs wanted more info about the package, receipt or something. He sent it as a gift with a declaration CN22, and a value of 18 euros. That's what I wrote in the statement and sent it to them via email. After that it usually takes a few days to clear from there, but this time it stuck.

For info, I ordered some prescription medicine from RxEli which promptly got confiscated by MedSafe (New Zealand's Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Authority, under the Ministry of Health)! Never happened before. The parcel was opened by NZ customs and because it was a prescription only medication, an NZ registered doctor had to certify the medicines' "safety and efficacy".

In the empty parcel, there was a form that the doctor had to sign before Medsafe would release the medicine! Needless to say the GP that I went to see, refused to sign because he wasn't sure of the medicines' "safety and efficacy"! Apparently the rules for ordering medicine online was recently changed.

Kiwi buyers take note!

See the attached letters for tor more info.

If you can't create your account, perhaps you can ask in the private forum - FOTCM members section? I'm sorry I can't be of help, I'm literally unable to do this kind of tasks even if I wanted to.

Made the second order today and had another payment option, bank transfer to a Western friendly country. We'll see.

I ordered from these guys twice, in summer 2024 and December 2024. Both times the orders take 3-4 weeks to the UK.

They get held at customs, covered in Russian writing and Russian stamps, but then released with no issues. I'm honestly not sure how they get through given the political climate, but they do.

The site offers a wide range of Russian drugs, and notably they are the only source I found for vials of injectable cerebrolysin.

I’ve been placing orders for ivermectin, etc through thehappyfamilystore.com which was happytreefamily at one point and I think healthyfamilystore as well. They keep changing the website, not sure if they just keep getting shutdown.

Anyway, I placed the order on 2/18 and received it today 3/4. So almost exactly a two week turnaround. Zero issues (other than having to track down their website when it changes) and this is like my third or fourth time ordering.

Shipping from India to the United States.
It is much more expensive than ordering from China but they offer a 10% discount after your first or second order and I can’t complain about a two weeks wait.
