"Despite all the tensions in our world, you came here from all the 206 National Olympic Committees and the IOC Refugee Olympic Team, to make the City of Light shine brighter than ever before," President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach said during the closing ceremony adding that "The Olympic Games Paris 2024 were Olympic Games of a new era."
During the closing ceremony of the 2024 Games in Paris, Hollywood star Tom Cruise rappelled down from the roof of the Stade de France Stadium to take the flag of the Olympic Games. The 62-year-old actor performed a stunt and then descended on a rope to the floor to take the flag to the United States.
The audience at the closing ceremony was also treated to videos provided by rock band Red Hot Chilli Pepers, pop-singer Billie Eilish and rap-singer Snoop Dogg.
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) allowed a team of 15 Russian athletes to participate in the 2024 Summer Olympics as neutrals.

Well, one thing about legal cases, is that they require full disclosure. What would that look like? So, probably a headline bluff to take off the heat and redirect the microphones and lens's, as he/she already bailed on the boxing federation when confronted on sex. If that happened the way the federation said, he/she can lawyer-up all-day-long, yet evidence will be demanded.

Sorry. I'm more interested in the media aspect of creating a religious world ethnic monster in 46 seconds (I think it's a record), than in the pathetic manipulation of the left and right. This is without denying the problem that has existed for a long time, of biological advantage in sports. The fantastic thing is that this has suddenly materialized in the form of an African Muslim male beating a white Western woman. Many have fallen for the trap, and many have ridden the wave not quite honestly. Even the deeply intelligent, or supposedly so.

I watched the closing ceremony last night out of curiosity, as it aired live on french tv. All I saw was a severe lack of culture, art, imagination & aesthetics from un-creative wanna-bes. And I did not see Lucifer, just a bug.

Once upon a time not so long ago you had to have at least a minimal amount of creativity and skill that required some real sweat, thought and dedication to create something even slightly resembling true/decent/beautiful art. Now you can have zero creativity/skill/sweat/dedication/thought and you can distribute that nonsensical and moronic “art“ to the world as something really “masterful“ and many people agree with it.
