Olympic games in Paris (2024)

Not a surprise, a trans-identified male will compete at the Paris Paralympics.
Petrillo (last name) has Stargardt disease, a retinal degeneration. He will compete in women’s T12 200m and 400m.

As often happens in similar cases, he has not won anything in men's competitions.

International Paralympic Committee (IPC) having same eye condition as Petrillo - - I suppose - - have similar stand as IOC. For IPC, as long as person legal papers says is woman, so be it.

Petrillo had been compiting as male at international or local ones (identification papers and no "sexual reasigment") in the last recent years.

They can stop competing but, until they realize that all medals and dreams are and will be taken away from them, they can make other decisions.
Mariuccia Quilleri, an athlete and lawyer who has represented several female athletes who oppose Petrillo’s participation in women’s races, told the BBC that inclusion had been chosen over fairness and “there is not much more we can do.”

Marvelous 🙄. He was treated like a queen, which is why he feel so empowered to inflate his victim game, something that the authorities are fascinated by it. And thus serves as a parameter for their public policies against women.

Leading up to the race, women’s rights advocacy group RadFem Italia contacted government officials to ensure that Petrillo would not be granted access to the women’s locker rooms. In response, Petrillo was provided with a designated changing room specifically for him at the race grounds.
Petrillo soon after lashed out in a Facebook post wherein he equated criticism of his presence in women’s sports to Nazism, telling detractors they were “on the same level as Hitler” and comparing sex-based sports categories to a 1936 ban on Jewish athletes.
...
Gruppo Trans lobbies for males to be allowed to compete in women’s sports and frequently employs Petrillo as a representative. He has spoken for Gruppo Trans on several occasions, and the organization is backing a documentary film about Petrillo’s life called “5 Nanomoles – The Olympic Dream of a Trans Woman.” The title is a reference to the maximum testosterone limit set by World Athletics in 2019 for trans-identifying males in order for them to be eligible to compete against women.

I was browsing youtube, and came across a couple videos highlighting how the Olympics are rigged...

One of them involved a woman's runner from Jamaica. She was a gold medalist from previous Olympics, and a serious contender for gold in this Olympics. So she shows up for the event, and is turned away, with the reason being some bureaucratic procedure that was concocted the day before, and because she wasn't aware of this change, was turned away. In the event, one lane was vacant, and there was no explanation as to why.
She showed up, on time, but because she didn't arrive by bus, she wasn't allowed in. She was one of many athletes who chose to find lodgings outside the Olympic village, and because of this wasn't informed of the change in procedure.

Then there's the U.S. women's basketball team...
Caitlin Clark is a famous bball player who was passed up for the U.S. Olympic team in favor of other older established players with gold medals - a kind of elite - that didn't like her. They cited her being a rookie player as reason for her not being on the team, and that her success is because she played with amatures and not pros - that she needed to grow up - so to speak.
Well, in Caitlin fashion, she makes them eat their words by playing a good game in a WNBA/US Team game, and beats them by over 20 points. So disappointed with the U.S. Olympic team, fans didn't show up.
The U.S. still got the gold, but were seen as a self serving group that put talent behind their interests.

Then there's Noah Lyles, track and field runner. He has asthma, he has covid, but he's going to run anyway. He's hopping and jumping up and down, exerting all his energy before the race, then as he comes across the finish line in third, seeming to lose energy in the final approach, breaks down and has to be wheeled away on a wheelchair.
A day or so later, Noah posts a pic of his covid test result that shows a negative result... So he goes out partying and wears himself out dancing - and showing off his bling.
Then the boxing. That's as good as saying who's going to win when you say whose going to fight... Rigged.
