The thing that worries me about Dolan is that he has told me that he has been approached by "gov insiders" with "blockbuster" information and he really does think it is all about him! He's just so great that they just want to help him and give him accurate information and it all happened so coincidentally that there is NO possibility of collusion or him being taken in and on and on. God, how many times have I heard that story?
Also, his interaction with Richard Sauder is quite problematical. The guy is schizoidal or paranoid, no question about it, and he freely admits he's been abducted and messed with. And Dolan thinks he's a really great guy, a genius, in fact.
What is really sad is that he read "High Strangeness", really understood a lot of it and was waxing enthusiastic, and then - well, I don't know what happened - but he got spooked. It may have been the Alfred Lambremont Webre thing where he saw how he could be taken down by being "scandal-ized."
Another item: Dolan wrote to me and asked me if I would endorse Sauder's book (he sent me a pre-press copy to read). After I got to the part at the end where Sauder was talking about "The Ultimate Alien Agenda" in a favorable way, and I know that guy is an STS agent if ever there was one, I wrote back and told Dolan:

Perhaps it is fitting that Dr. Walden suggests that our "Fearless Leader," appropriately nick-named "Slick Willie," (an appropriateness that is particularly evident in this book) is a "fellow alien hybrid" of the Serpentine ilk. Dr. Weldon, having attended the same church frequented by Dr. Rich Boylan, "just knows that the energy of Reptilian intelligence is similar to human sexual energy. It feels the same." Gosh! Why didn't we all realize that Monica and Bill were just intellectualizing?
The "source" of this naive "Treatise" reveals itself over and over in the ego-centered "self-reference" of "Old Big Head," and in such passages as: "He helped me discover my true identity [...] Then, something unexpected happened. My physical tongue swelled up, as if it was being inflated. I could barely speak. 'My tongue... it's quite large! [...] My enormous tongue was darting in and out...'" And we thought Ken Starr's transcripts were explicit!
All kidding aside, it is hard to believe that Barbara Bartholic allowed herself to be taken in by this prepubescent, ego-drivel which would be pathetic enough if one considered just the style and presentation which is somewhat akin to "What did I do last summer between 5th and 6th grade? I got abducted and raped! By Reptoid Aliens! OOooh! I was scared at first... but after I knew how GOOD it was! Now I just can't wait for them to come again!" You would think that Barbara would have learned something from her association with "Karla" i.e. those who DON'T adopt the "party line" don't survive. But, on the other hand, maybe she DID learn...
Spend your time and money on Dr. David Jacob's book, "The Threat." Unless you just want to see how easy it is to swallow lies when they are sandwiched between sweet and sticky truths...
If that hadn't been in there, I would have been happy to write a blurb. But, sorry, that's the deal killer. My rep as a straight shooter would be in the toilet.

When he visited with us here, I explained how a network can keep you out of trouble in a LOT of ways, not the least of which is falling prey to your own ego, how it is essential to have people watching your back, and those people need to be tried and tested. I explained about financial inducements, ego inducements, hyperdimensional manipulations that set you up to be weak and susceptible to inducements.... so there is no excuse.
I think they've found that Rich can be a star with the UFO crowd and so can Karyn. They don't even realize what a limited hangout it is. They think that Rich, all by his lonesome, is gonna bring about disclosure and be on the top of the heap with the "insiders" when it all shakes down. How many times has this dynamic played out? As my grandmother always said: "Those who learn from their mistakes are smart; those who learn from the mistakes of others are geniuses." I read enough cases in the UFO field to get the pattern fixed in my mind.
Another thing, while they were here we did talk a bit about comet clusters, ice age cycles, and the fact that we keep a close eye on that sort of thing and that this is the main player in the coming changes, not "aliens" though certainly, "aliens/psychopaths" in their wishful thinking dream that they are on top. I noticed that Karyn was really closed to this discussion, she did NOT want to hear about "earth changes". Rich himself almost cried at one point saying "if that's what we are facing, there's no hope!" I told him,
au contraire, there is hope but only if people can unite and that's what we need to work on. I have reiterated this to him a number of times in emails since then. I wrote to him all about FOTCM and explained that this is set up to help us get everyone together who is working on getting clear and prepared. No response. I've sent him the recent Cs sessions that talk about EE and soul smashing and so on and on. No response.
Another thing, the whole time he was working on his book, we fairly regularly sent him financial support since he explained to me while he was here how hard it was to write when he didn't make any money from his first book and he had to write resumes for a living. When the book was finally published, I had to buy a copy. (I think Anart can add up the total support we gave him... it wasn't overwhelming, but I'm sure it bought some groceries while he was writing.)
I feel really bad seeing the route he is following... primrose path, indeed.
ADDED: His books are excellent. I would say read them. They actually support the Cs rather than the "material ET theory" which is where Dolan is heading. He only restricted himself to military sightings, it wasn't a deliberate elimination of high strangeness cases. God knows, the military cases are strange enough!
I think it might give him a bit of a shock to realize that I no longer consider him colinear and he can no longer rely on my support. But he may think he no longer needs it now that he's got the whole UFO crowd feeding him. But that would say more about him than me. I saw that whole operation for what it was YEARS ago and shook the dust off my feet and got outta Dodge.
I always thought of him to be the down-to-earth level-headed authority in the UFO field and always enjoyed his books and lectures, but maybe his TV appearances and the attention he's getting has gotten to him? I'm also not quite sure what to think of his new Disclosure book and his co-writer. It's like he went "mainstream", considering what Laura posted above. Didn't Dolan come for a visit to France at one point? I remember talking about it to him at a UFO conference years ago. Back then he was full of respect and admiration of Laura's work and the QFG. I hope he's not being "vectored".
