Session 11 October 2014

Great session, it looks like slowing down brought some great insights. So if I'm getting this right, virus's are like mini transport systems for genetic manipulation.
The C's said we were engineered by STS forces using light waves and if DNA has a core of light then maybe they were referring to something viral.
While pondering, I remembered exchanges with the C's where Laura was discussing DNA, bloodlines, and the Rose Cross. I found the transcripts but not the full version as was found in the book. If my memory serves me correct, it was about the dew from heaven (ros) and the C's said from the rose arose the cross. Was this dew the spread of viral genetic influences that cut us off from our higher connection? I'm just throwing things out there and trying to fit the pieces together.

The idea of taking a cold bath outside is exciting but I don't have a pool. I do however have a stock tank that is about my size but living in the middle of town the neighbors might think I'm nuts.

Thanks so much for your hard work and efforts that went in to this session, and for all the "tuning" and RAM upgrades you've had in order to bring us this information.

Thanks for the session!

Now on the Internet there are people's opinions about what the city of St. Petersburg was built much earlier officially historical dates and the like..
You never asked Ca-s: who, why and when he built St. Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersburg?
There are opinions that it was a power plant (or something similar)
Around each pole was a copper coil (as a Tesla coil)

This is off topic..

Thank you for the session, so much full of fascinating information.

I've been at the cottage this week and have been doing the cold baths at the lake every day. Lake temperature is about 6C so i've been staying there max 6minutes. I don't have that much of shivering anymore as a week ago and i feel much more energized after swimming. I started the 10-15min cold showers with about 15-20C everyday for two weeks. Then swimming at lake 2-3 times per week for about three weeks with also cold showers few times a week. and now every day swimming for this week. So it's been interesting to observe how the first times felt really awful but now i'm enjoying it. It's also good way to silence the predator's mind!

Hi... l hope l will be able to help and not get ban again. l only want to help you and l am sorry if l said anything that you may understand wrong. first days in the inturauterine life theres a heart that becomes a point in brian in a few weeks and that point gets cosmic waves that helps brian produce antigravity aganist world and sun and works brian to build our souls. some brians are lucky to get that cosmic wave at the 120th day in the intruauterine life some never gets and their brians are not able to build souls and transform... muslims do repeat names from qouran and by useing the throat chacra they do organise brian waves and transform and get stronger. Thats only destiny to get that cosmic wave or not that will help us impruve, build souls and run away from world when the sun gets this world in... The ones that desnt get the cosmic wave will go to the hell forever. They will live in the sun as long as the sun has life. Sun is hell for humankind cos gravity is too high there and they cannot even move there. l only want to help you and incrase your brian capacity and group power and l dont know right now how to help you. l will meditate and try to find a way to help you. If you've been banned before, continuing to post here using a new account violates the rules of this forum.

l only want to help you and l am sorry if l said anything that you may understand wrong.

If someone doesn't ask for your help, it's best not to give it. It violates free will. To make it perfectly clear, we are not interested in your help. Also, it's not a matter of not understanding wrong.

This is unscientific, unverifiable nonsense.

Thanks, but no thanks. :wrongbar:

This is an area where we have a lot of dificulty (finding organic raised porks the source of Bacon) almost all the bacon that we find here
we suspect that it is not of the ideal quality.

Organic raised pork is nowhere to find around here. I've seen something about a farmer in Mato Grosso, but couldn't find more info. You can find pigs raised in pasture but that are also fed with grains such as corn (usually GMO). This is the best I could find in the pork department.

On the other hand, it is possible to find clean beef. Try to find a local farmer that raises cattle or smaller butchers in nearby towns with smaller populations. Cattle raised solely on grass and salt is not that uncommon. I found a butcher about half an hour from where I live now that does this, so I buy my meat from him. I also buy the bones to make broth and at the same time you get beef grease (tallow, sebo) from the joints and leftover fat around the bones. Sometimes they give you the bones for free, except hooves (mocotó), which are also a great source of collagen and make the most dense broth.

From what I've seen, most if not all butchers in metropolitan areas use confined cattle from the big companies. The exception would be an organic line called Swift Orgânico, if I'm not mistaken, that allegedly comes from cattle raised in the pastures in the Pantanal area. These can be found in most high end supermarkets but usually have little fat in them because they trim it before packaging and are also sold at a premium for being 'organic'. Stay away from the now common barbecue matured meats, they are usually treated with chemicals.

:-[ We have already been given the secret to cold showering or so it seems to me.
Check this out. Take a regular hot shower and halfway thru begin to pipe breathe. This always puts me into a different state, so I step back and turn on the cold water. I Then work my way back into the ice water all the while maintaining my pipe breathing. The hot water never seems as hot and the cold water never seems as cold when you pipe breathe. If this technique helps just one other person I'm happy. Michaelrc, :flowers:

:welcome: michaelrc to our forum :)! Since this is your first post, we would appreciate it if you would post a brief intro about yourself in the Newbies section, telling us how you found this forum, how long you've been reading it, whether or not you've read any of Laura's books yet.

Thanks, Gawan! I might have made an error in placement but I did try to follow protocol with a small hello in what I thought was the newbie section. Oh, it's on hold I guess... :-[

Laura thanks for the suggestion on the timing. I try to do 1 minute per C ( no clock around the bath yet, I'm estimating ), but I will try 30 seconds since I'm a skinny person. I think I can probably do 45 seconds to a minute, I don't shiver in the water, as I said it's after I get out that it really hits me. But my guess is when the temps get down into the 10C to 15C range that'll probably change, I remember that 50F - 55F feels much colder than 64F.

Yes, thank you for the suggestion on timing. As I did my first bath in about 16°C celsius for about 14 minutes I felt totally dizzy, though I dropped it last week to about 5-8 minutes and hadn't this dizzy spell again.

Since cold showers going on for the third week now, I dared to jump under the cold water right away, without to adapt the hands and feet first. Jump in and dance until the worst is over. The shock is not so unbearable as I thought, but I noticed that the shivering starts earlier, around five minutes with 16 degrees Celsius.

The main thing happens is that my legs start to itch about ten minutes after the shower. Its a tingling feeling, like little needles on the skin that itches for about an hour. No relief with scratching here since it wont go away.

Thankyou all!! Good to see Laura's healing and contemplating to the tribe's benefit. Very good info to through around "the noggin".

I'm on day 4 of doing it all-the-way cold for 10-12 minutes. Couple things I've noticed are increase in overall body temperature and cold tolerance. That didn't really manifest until after the 2nd cold shower however. There's the initial shock which forces an increase in respiration, I typically do several sharp inhale/exhales. I also submerge each part of my body a bit at a time, and the first minute or so I keep it semi-cold, prob 20-25C and then drop it all the way for the remainder, which has been 15-20 C when I measured it. The most intense part comes when I put my head under the stream of the shower. The rapid-cooling of my brain really hits me and I can get very intense chi surges.

I sing while all this is happening too. It REALLY helps. Playing music and belting out lyrics loudly provides an excellent reason to breathe a lot, it distracts from the cold, and if you look at the song-lengths and setup a short playlist you know exactly how long you've been in there.

The first two nights I was getting night-sweats, but I also did an FIR sauna before the first cold shower to help get some drugs out of my system (still recovering from a bulging discs in my C4/5 and 5/6 vertebrae that are pinching a nerve, but no longer taking meds for it thankfully. This is week 3 post-injury.

Overall I'm noticing an increase in energy and clear-headedness. I really like it and still dread it simultaneously. I've also noticed a solid rush of endorphins/happy brain chemicals once I've been in for about 5-6 minutes. Goes well with the singing, occasionally it inspires a bit of very light dancing.

Hmm, should we have a separate thread for cold-shower experiment results?
