Laura said:About the stem-cell thing: it kinda scares me - anything medical does. It's a place called Swiss Medica and they have clinics in Switzerland, Belgrade, Slovenia and the main one in Moscow which is where the head doctor usually is. Ark had a long conversation with him via skype asking about his research and stuff. He said that he STRONGLY recommended that I go to the Moscow clinic rather than the others possibly because they can do more there.
It's a 12 day, inpatient treatment that includes the following:
** medical doctors consultations (specialist in regenerative medicine, specialist in stem cell therapy, specialist in biological medicine and others as needed);
** special wide-profile blood and urine tests to reveal all misbalances in the body especially those that may cause health problems (tests on hormonal, immunological, inflammatory body's profile, levels of vitamins, minerals, presence of heavy metals, toxins and etc.);
** Weight loss protocols for normalization metabolic processes and for restoration of hormonal balance in the body, for enhancing of metabolism rate and natural weight loss;
** Individually developed MicroNutritional protocol for filling the body with antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, vitamins which play an important role in tissue regeneration;
Individually prepared combination of RNA medications (according to diagnosed condition and health state of the patient) for physiological modulation of metabolism and immune system of the body at different functional levels that leads to enhancement of metabolism rate;
** Intravenous laser and oxygen blood therapy with outstanding oxygenation, detoxification, regenerative effects; for improvement of nourishing and oxygenation of the tissues;
** Individual combination of physiotherapy (magnetic field therapy, acupuncture, reflexotherapy);
** Swiss Medica natural medications for maintenance of women's health, for regeneration and detoxification of the body (with continuous therapy by this supplement according to doctor's recommendations).
Special activated Autologous Mesenchymal (bone marrow-derived) Stem Cell Therapy:
** Collecting bone marrow from hip area by puncture of iliac bone under local or general anesthesia depending on patient's state;
** Extracting the mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow by centrifuging;
** Mixing the obtained stem cells with platelet-rich plasma prepared from patient's venous blood;
** Activation mixed cells by EU certified special medical device;
** Introduction stem cells via lumbar puncture and intravenous infusion of activated stem cells.
Special activated Autologous adipose tissue-derived Stromal Vascular Fraction (includes Mesenchymal stem cells) Therapy:
** Collecting fat tissue by liposuction from abdominal area under local or general anesthesia depending on patient's state;
** Extracting stromal vascular fraction from fat tissue by centrifuging;
** Mixing the obtained stromal vascular fraction with platelet-rich plasma prepared from patient’s venous blood;
** Activation mixed cells by EU certified special medical device;
** Intravenous infusion of activated stem cells.
Ex-vivo expanded allogeneic bone marrow-derived stem cells will be injected intravenously (200-250 x 106 stem cells);
** Umbilical cord-derived stem cells with potent regenerative actions which will be injected intravenously (50 x 106 stem cells).
** Umbilical blood-derived concentrate of stem cells with significant rejuvenescent, regenerative, immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory actions which will be injected intravenously (200-250 x 106 stem cells).
The whole procedure is done in operation room in sterile condition. During the procedure the patient is being under constant medical supervision with permanent monitoring the vital functions.
6 months of our medical team follow-up
Moscow (inpatient clinic) 25000 euro -treatment package with airport transfer; 3 times meals per day
And they told me that Ark could come and stay in my room at the clinic.
There is a chain of clinics in the US that do just the fat/blood derived stem cells. You go in one day, they take your blood/fat, you stay at a hotel, come back the next day, get it installed via IV. For that, two visits basically, you pay 8000 USD. So, I figure that with all the extras the inpatient Moscow clinic offers, there is simply no comparison.
I am very humbled and grateful that so many of you have declared your willingness to help with this. It is probably better to donate to FOTCM in the US where it is possible to utilize funds in this way. The EU organization is not as flexible. You can put "Mother's Day Fund" in the note with the donation since today is Mother's Day in the US.
I sure hope we can cover the costs. I think that if it proves helpful to me, maybe we can then send some others over there who have intractable conditions too. As always, everything we do is experimental: find out what works and then repeat. Any FOTCM members who might want to try it themselves can come here as a staging area since there is so much anti-Russian nonsense in so many places. But, let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'll be the guinea pig. If it really helps me and seems like a good value, we'll take it from there. Heck, if we like it, maybe we can get a group rate.
Dear Laura I`m really sure it will help you very much.I had a dream about you the other day.It was a room with two beds.In one bed into the right side were you very sick.Your eyes were close,your body were moving as your were fighting somewhere.Chu was close to you very aware about every movement you made.In the second bed to the left was a girl,she was also sick.Next to her there were 3 boys,i could recognize Joe.Since this day i was thinking a lot about you and the possibility you were in danger and you will need a little help from your friends.So we are going to help you to get this therapy for sure.I made my donation and if it is necessarily i will do it again
