Thanks for the session! I found it curious that when the C's said "It will be soon now" that I didn't get a shock or a feeling in the pit of my stomach. And I thought about it, and read further down where the old session predicts that we'll get a feeling in the pit of our stomachs.

So I wonder if I have just accepted the fact that these times will come. But I used to get that shocking feeling when reading old sessions. I think it may be that my emotional center is too numb, because I don't get those visceral shocks in normal life (the best example is when a traffic light turns yellow and you don't know if you can make it). So I wonder if it's more so a kind of buffer I have going on because I don't want to really face that highly likely reality. Like Han says in the new Star Wars movie, "It's true... all of it." But I don't fully feel it on an emotional level.

I thought there would be the economy collapsing and then the ice age, but it seems the comets may be coming sooner? That it's so bad that a clean slate is needed soon? If that's so, then I guess we'll get the great "Star Wars episode" that Episode VII should have been. :P

I totally buy the Feng Shui stuff. When I enter a room that was recently cleaned I can feel the difference. It makes a great positive impression. I could use a little reordering and tossing out of things because my room stays pretty still and stagnant. Not the greatest energy profile.

Anyways, congrats Joe on the new strands! I too noticed a more upbeat flavor to your posts. :)

As Donbass News International reports,

More than 20 Ukrainian soldiers have died and over 200 soldiers are hospitalized in a short period of time because of new and deadly virus, which is immune to all medicines. Donetsk People's Republic intelligence has reported that Californian Flu is leaked from the same place where research of this virus has been carried out.


The laboratory is located near the city of Kharkov and its base for US military experts.

Information from threatening epidemic is announced by Vice-Commander of Donetsk Army, Eduard Basurin.

Leak of deadly virus in Ukrainian side was published first time on 12.1.2016:

"According to the medical personnel of the AFU units (Ukrainian troops) there were recorded mass diseases among the Ukrainian military personnel in the field. Physicians recorded the unknown virus as a result of which the infected get the high fever which cannot be subdues by any medicines, and in two days there comes the fatal outcome. Thus far from the virus there have died more than twenty servicemen, what is carefully shielded by the commandment of the AFU from the publicity", said Basurin in daily MoD situation report.

Outbreak of deadly virus continues and Friday 22.1.2016 Vice-Commander told new information from epidemic:

"We keep registering new facts of growing the epidemics of acute respiratory infections among the Ukrainian military.

Just since the beginning of this week more than 200 Ukrainian military have been taken to civil and military hospitals of Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk. It is important to repeat that the DPR intelligence previously reported the research being carried out in a private laboratory in the locality Shelkostantsiya, 30 km away from the city of Kharkov, and involving US military experts. According to our information, it is there where the deadly Californian flu strain leaked from," Basurin said.

It appears it is not just military that is affected, as Radio Free Europe reports a flu epidemic is sweeping through the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk -- and the conflict smoldering nearby is making the situation even worse. Doctors are unable to identify the exact strain of the virus, because the laboratory they need is across the front lines in separatist-controlled Donetsk

I have one possible alternate meaning to this, a World Bank whistle-blower Karen Hudes has been working behind the scenes to clean up corruption, and quite possibly deliver an end to the Federal Banks, the Network of Global Corporate Control. Karen Hudes also claims that she is the legal representative for the Global Debt Facility which contains treasures hidden at the end of WWII, sequestered for 50 years, to be brought out and end once and for all the tyranny of fiat currencies.

While I have been following her on her Twitter feed, I am not 100% convinced it isn't a trick (though I am crossing my fingers really tight).

You can get all of this from her twitter as she seems to document everything, though she doesn't seem to be very good at organizing her info concisely, it's all in document and email streams you have to unwind.

The basic story is thus:
1. Karen Hudes, Economist and Laywer, hired by the World Bank, finds discrepancies in a banking deal in the Philippines, tries to correct, gets 'fired'.
2. Buys a World Bank bond, sues for job back, Board of Governors settle, but she is frozen out by Word Bank president.
3. The World Bank Charter gives power to Board, not president. This is still going on.
4. While fighting for transparency, several things happen

This is of most particular interest of me at the moment. Especially when it comes to the blocking of chakras. I had a search around the forum but couldn't seem to pull up anything related specifically about the blockages, endocrines and chakras. Maybe a bit new agey but it talks about subconscious memory. the reason is in last week or so, in meditation i have this large pimple in the middle of my head, (where the 3rd eye is). Rest of my face is clear and when i meditate it really hearts. And last night the middle of my chest felt like a turning wheel and i don't know if its intuition, but i feel i have some blockages and would like to work through it. Would love any suggestions.

The idea of chakras could have been thought up in order to explain something that was not yet discovered in 'material' science.

I don't know if this connected, but Hawaii is at 19.5 latitude where many interesting phenomena can be found in the solar system:

On Earth: Mauna Kea (largest mountain on Earth) and Mt. Kilauea (one of the most active volcanoes) in Hawaii are both at 19.5 degrees

On Mars: Olympus Mons, the largest shield volcano in the solar system

On Ceres: The strange white spots (thought to be salt due to evaporating water) are at 19 degrees latitude

On Jupiter: The Red Spot overlaps 19.5 degrees (though it's centered around 22 degrees)

On Neptune: A similar spot at a similar latitude (around 22 degrees)

The "hyperdimensional physics" guys (Hoagland et al.) try to explain it this way:

Hi Joe,

I can relate to your thoughts and experience. Some 30 years ago I went through a very intense period of multiple hardships which completely messed me up on all levels. Anyway, I just want to say what I did to get over the feelings of crippling anxiety, futility, etc, to continue to cope in a situation where there was (seemingly) no way to get out.

At that time I had no support at all - no books, no medicine, no group. I was so low that I could barely get to my feet to go to work, in a place which made me sick in the first place.

So, I was led somehow to the idea of my own death. My anxiety was one of anticipation: what else could happen at the factory? Would I be able to face the situation and solve it, and so on.

Being in a dire strait, I me up with a profound declaration, which sounded something like this:" Today is the last day of my life; only today should I face this fear and hardship, as tomorrow doesn't exist. Could I gather enough force to cope just one day, in order to leave everything in good order behind me? Yes, I can, for one day I can do this. As today is the last day of my life , and tomorrow doesn't exist".

When I started to say this to myself the anxiety started to vanish. It was not just an intellectual exercise but it was adopted on all levels. I literally had nothing to loose, nothing to anticipate, just live one day, do all I can, and be done with it.


This experience was so profound that it changed my whole life. Not only I managed to survive, but soon I got a transfer to another position, than to another city.

And later on, in my work with people, I was able to help them, making them available this same approach (of course, the "terrain" has to be prepared, though, one just can't say it without creating the proper "environment" first).

That's why I like C Castaneda's book, The Power of Silence. Allow me to insert here what he has to say about death:

"Sorcerers constantly stalk themselves," he said in a reassuring voice, as if trying to calm me with the sound of his voice.

"When the pressure of their connecting link is too great, sorcerers relieve it by stalking themselves."

Well, I think, the whole book is worth reading, as there are many examples as to how Spirit (DCM) can interact with the Creation. Given this specific timeline we are in, having the veils weakened, with chaos installed, all kind of high strangeness can occur.

I'm not saying that Castaneda is right in all, but it offers some perspectives which could help us cope with the shock of having our continuity broken and, maybe, learning some of our lessons easier.

The strange thing is that along with the anxiety, fear, doom and gloom etc., I've had an awakening of the importance of relationships in our community of like-minded souls pursuing the aim we are pursuing and a deep awareness of the need for love to be the main ingredient in those relationships and pursuing that aim. Those two opposites dominated my waking (and apparently sleeping) life since that night and have continued for the last 7 weeks, although thankfully the anxiety and fear feelings have begun to abate.

In the weeks previous to that night, a few things had happened, and Ark had said something that awoke the realization in me that everything we do had to be motivated by love, but I understood that mostly from an intellectual perspective. But whatever happened that night seems to have turned that intellectual understanding into a visceral one.

It will be soon indeed; and as 3D Student mentioned, for some reason, there is no nervousness or anxiety anymore. We have been "working" towards this moment since we had the knowledge of what it meant, hence what will come to pass, will pass - and our "task" I guess is to experience the events as they unfold. I think its the Iodine, as the sense of calmness now I have with world events, and where it is heading is strange to me. I used to be very angry and upset at the psycho's and the ponerised world; this objective anger was also partly "fuel" for the work and what kept me going. Was also quite nervous about the future cleansing - but now its like a calm acceptance of the path ahead. The phrase " I gave it my best shot, and now let see the outcomes" is what comes to mind.

Thanks million Joe, for sharing your thoughts and insights very openly and warmly with us . I too noticed the difference as well in your recent posts, where it was very warm, straight from the heart, full of love, and with a lot of thought, analysis and recapitulation. Glad you are feeling much better and fully agree with your views as well (bolded above). This community working towards the aim is definitely built on love and knowledge, and as we head into the unknown - it will be the anchor in the storm ahead.

Hey Ruth... No pit in stomach... yet - but this definitely has my attention as I live in Oregon. And from a 3d perspective, the results should be pretty grim. Now, I wonder how I can alleviate this? Or is it just an unavoidable collective fate? Oh yeah! Happy go lucky helps!

I have been experiencing micro earthquakes within me ( for the last year and half ,I have massive anxiety and fear so intense that I wanted to jump out of my body).
