Session 8 April 2023

(Adobe via Zoom) ... Why is the negativity less represented in the truth at 5D?

A: 5th density does not work that way. Negative entities are intensely entropic and sort of gravitationally enclosed so as to give them the opportunity to reflect on their choices. They may then decide to try again but it is rare for the truly negative to reincarnate. They are subsumed.
...
(L) The essential nature of the negative entity is not to be sharing, right? So they're having an experience, they would be in their own zone. And that zone is kind of...

(Joe) Closed off, segregated.

(L) Is that also close to the way it is?

A: Yes
This brought to mind a bit from the Ra material when Don asked about what Ra had said was a 5D STS entity that was basically stalking them (keeping in mind that Ra's conception of 5D was a bit different than the Cs'):
87.7 Questioner: What is the environmental situation of this particular fifth-density negative entity, and how does he work with fourth-density negative in order to establish power and control; and what is his particular philosophy with respect to himself as Creator and his use of the first distortion and the extension of this use of the first distortion to the fourth-density negative? I hope that this isn’t too complex a question.

Ra: I am Ra. The environment of your companion is that of the rock, the cave, the place of barrenness, for this is the density of wisdom. That which is needed may be thought and received. To this entity very little is necessary upon the physical ...

Such an entity spends its consciousness within the realms of time/space [i.e. nonphysical realm] in an attempt to learn the ways of wisdom through the utmost use of the powers and resources of the self. ...

The relationship of such an entity to fourth-density negative entities is one of the more powerful and the less powerful. The negative path posits slavery of the less powerful as a means of learning the desire to serve the self to the extent that the will is brought to bear. It is in this way that polarity is increased in the negative sense. Thus fourth-density entities are willing slaves of such a fifth-density entity, there being no doubt whatsoever of the relative power of each.
That image of the cave brought to mind some dark hermit, contemplating his own negativity alone and in the dark.
(Joe) Well, there's the idea of 4th density STS and being able to graduate, so you assume it's someone who was incarnated in 3D repeatedly over and over again and entrench themselves in an STS way of being to the point that they are eligible to take a place.

(L) I think what happens is that there are just OPs and they get utilized, they get downloaded. Is that it? I mean, when we're thinking about really negative individuals on earth, are we talking about basically OPs that get downloaded by 4D STS, which can't go any higher than 4D?

A: Yes

Q: (L) So it's a different economy altogether than that which operates for souls recycling and so forth?

A: Yes

Q: (Joe) So how are 4D STS beings... How do they get to be there then if they haven't gone through, you know what I mean? I mean the natural progression for non-STS or not fully STS beings, you know what I mean?

A: Different process. And they must achieve a high percentage of negativity in a single lifetime. And, yes, some of the extremely negative types do go directly to 4D STS.
This sounds to me like a super STS being can basically "cheat death". If they can't polarize enough in one life, they may be "subsumed", or soul-smashed back into primal matter. But if they can acquire enough juice they can take a supercharged express ticket to 4D.

Another thing I found interesting in the Ra material was that the beings they listed as being "4D STS harvestable" were all at the apex of political structures (Himmler and Goering, Rasputin, Genghis Khan). Whether or not that was the case with any of those particular figures, it made me wonder if the political path was perhaps the best way to achieve a high enough level of STS. An ordinary psycho can enslave only a limited number of people in their life. A political psychopath can enslave millions.

Yes !!
Thank you to all who made this latest session possible. 💞 Thank you all for your efforts and questions :flowers:

I believe the question about the anti-anti bodies [to the artificial spike-protein, with an elevated risk of creating an antibody which is a copy of the spike protein, outmost difficult to get rid of) in people who got jabbed - doesn't mean everyone who got jabbed gets those rather dangerous anti-anti bodies.

The crucial part in this is, to get rid of the free floating spike proteins in the blood stream as soon as possible ! (Getting rid of them via the daily intake of Bromelain + NAC + Vitamin C).
There are some who are claiming that Nattokinase works. I don't know if it does, but I can tell you that I personally have a hot-flash reaction to the Nattokinase (lasts for an hour or two) even though I am a male and I have a throwup reaction to the natto bean when served in a sushi.

I've tried Crossfit and liked it very much, I think its great for general fitness and in theory it is scalable so that anyone can do it, regardless of age or physical fitness. In practice I found the culture of the gym where I went was quite intense, but that may have had a lot to do with the clientele (police, firefighters, healthcare workers, ex military etc). This is a good article about crossfit written by the founder, Greg Glassman: https://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/Foundations.pdf

Recently I was thinking about getting back into crossfit and decided to try to bulk up a bit first as I've always been lanky/skinny. I have been working with Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength program and I like it because it is simple and straightforward and is geared towards getting strong as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I like him too, he is a no nonsense Texan and makes it no secret that he is not on board with all the woke nonsense and fitness gurus and bs. Power lifters also tend to be a pretty intense group, but this system can work for anyone as well, here's a video I found the other day of a 70 year old deadlifting 385lbs:

This story is really nice too, 91 year old woman trying to stay strong and active:

They have lots of videos on their youtube channel with really good instruction for basic lifts like squats, deadlifts, and chest press:

For those who prefer reading the book is excellent: Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, 3rd edition: Mark Rippetoe, Jason Kelly: 8601200457957: Amazon.com: Books

Thank you for your tips on HIT training, I tried and hurted myself, it took me a week to recover! I will try again.
The exercises in the Body By Science thread and book are very safe. They're on machines so the range of motion is controlled, and the amount of weight used is relatively light if only one repetition is considered so that's also on the safe side.

Thanks so very much for the session! It’s been a long wait (seemingly), but oh man, so very worth it! So much to digest. Y’all enjoy a much deserved and needed rest. Whew, man, you (now and in the future) are so appreciated! Love and light to you!❤️❤️❤️

This makes things a bit more complicated than I had hoped for.

Some German sources say that some people do not tolerate NAC well. The percentage is unknown as of now but estimated somewhere between 1 and 10%. Could be a little bit more precise if you ask me.

In any case we will have to find out ourselves what we can tolerate and what not.

As for Nattokinase it might be safer to try the capsules. The tablets can be hard on the stomach.

And then there is also Serrapeptase to look at..........

Big thank you to everyone at the chateau for this marathon of a session!

Did the C's seem a bit more clipped and telegraphic than usual, or was it just me? Particularly at the beginning of the session. They almost seemed a bit grumpy. Maybe it was the German-sounding name....

Thank you for such a great session. 🙏

Q: (L) Worry changes outcome?

A: Often, yes.

I like this applied to our daily lives as well, it brought to my attention something I have been observing.

Until recently I kept telling myself "I better not worry about this, every time I do, things get worse and the stalemate seems longer, my perspective doesn't fit the circumstance and I'm making it worse". And sometimes when I finally manage to move from a state of anger to a "detached" one what I really needed starts to happen or at least the opportunity presents itself, to make a better decision.

And it makes me more curious when I put it together with what I read about limbic resonance:

"If a situation generates anger in us, it will take care of keeping us in that state in a sustained way. It regulates the input and processing of those stimuli that generate the emotion, and then keep us in that state."

In addition, the importance of emotions in the process of learning and memory together with what we care about others, such as identification and buffers.

It is like selectively agglutinating from the field of information, only the opposite/"negative" information with which we are aligned at that moment, the one that has greater predominance/synchronization product of the anticipation but that precedes the learning in the diverse mechanics with which we act daily.

"I worry because I care/desire/want"

What a way to violate free will too, tremendous to be able to do this and not know it.

(L) We are what we are. Nature is nature. Progression is progression. And if people could just relax and be who they are and what they are honestly, and do the right thing. who they are and what they are honestly, and do what corresponds to their nature without violating the Free Will of others, this is a purer way of being than when things are made from than when you do things out of any sense of expectation or desire; just BEING expectation or desire; just BEING, not wanting? just BEING?

A: Yes, but SAS does not do that. You are all SAS. If you weren't, you wouldn't you would not be where you are.

I had the thought reading through the session and comments, that if lots of people are experiencing blood clots, even without the vaccines, that in addition to the other supplement protocols suggested perhaps daily aspirin or white willow bark might be useful. Perhaps natural blood thinners could assist with these issues or in place of other things that people might not be able to tolerate.

Thanks for the session! It was really comforting after the last couple of sessions to be reminded not to worry.

This reminds me of one of the varied interpretations of what a Necromancer is. Originally it is the practice of magical sorcery involving communication with the dead by summoning their spirits in the form of apparitions or visions, or by resurrection for divination purposes; imparting the means to predict future events; discovering occult knowledge; "bringing a person back to life"; or using the dead as a weapon.

However, in pop culture, a Necromancer has come to be an entity, (formerly human) who through sorcery has "defeated death" by using the negative energy of the deceased. Coincidentally, the graphic description of these beings show them as inhabitants of deep and desolate caves charged with the energies of the dead. They simply gloat with death.

Yeah, the session started out very slow and low-energy. It took a few Q&As to get up to the usual speed.
