I cannot find exactly how long it keeps the nutritional value. Usually, if you look at the bottom of vitamin containers, they show the expiry dates.
I sometimes eat Nori/wakame/hijiki/kombu with meal. Does it benefit the same way as taking kelp in vitamin form?
