As for kelp, maybe if one has packages dating back awhile it would still be safe to ingest?
Kelp is available in different forms. You can take it in tablet, capsule, liquid or powder form. You should read the label and follow directions carefully. Keep in mind that kelp supplements may lose potency after a while so you shouldn't keep them in your cabinet for years on end.
I cannot find exactly how long it keeps the nutritional value. Usually, if you look at the bottom of vitamin containers, they show the expiry dates.

I sometimes eat Nori/wakame/hijiki/kombu with meal. Does it benefit the same way as taking kelp in vitamin form?

I was reading some material from Eve Lorgen, and there is something I don't understand, as in the session with one of Laura's patients. The mention that the aliens or whatever are training people for something, and I am confused, are they really training the abductes?? or is just a lie from them? And if they are training them, to do what?

Have you read The Wave where all of this sort of thing is discussed in extenso?

Hi Vulcan59, thank you for the FOTCM forum info. I don't have a lot of forum experience. Is the public fellowship thread different from the forum you are talking about? I don't seem to have the logo under my sign-on and became a member a few months ago. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

You should be good to go now.

Hi scifiscriptwriter and Pashalis,

As soon as you can see the FCM logo under your username, you should be able to see the FCM forum. :) So, keep a lookout for it.

We generally wait until we have the hardcopy of the application in hand. So be sure you get that off in the mail. We will meanwhile be sending you your membership card via post.

On about Aug. 25/2010, I was banned for a few days from the forum, during some severe anxiety attacks. After a couple PM's with Laura, my banning was lifted but my posting privileges were not. In October 2010 I received my FCM membership card, the letter attached is dated Sept. 21st 2010. I do not know when my posting privileges were lifted. But after going to a EE lecture and meeting some forum members and receiving some encouragement to post again, also I received a very nice letter from FCM dated March 12 ,2011, thanking me for my financial contributions etc.(which is very little I must add, but I appreciated the letter all the same) plus I had an exchange with Laura on FB regarding a troller who made friends with Laura. So I gave posting a try, it was well received, so here I am, grateful to be posting again... just curious about the FCM logo under my name... I dont think I have one. I will keep a lookout for it, just curious... what does it look like? :)

I've spirulina too. I thought I saw on TV were we bought it that it was cultured in sea water.

but now I think I said crap. on the package stands:
"Spirulina platensis thrives in mineral-bearing freshwater"

but I don't know if there are other spirulina types, and if, are they cultered in seawater ?

Edit: spelling

My Spirulina "Nu-Greens" is from Hawaii's Pacific. This package says:

"This blue-green algae from the sea is dried in a oxygen-free environment helping to preserve its original nutrient value and is free from chemicals, pesticides and is non-GMO."

So it looks like some types of Spirulina are cultured in sea water.

Maybe there are other Spirulina types.
According to the ad in DCM, Issue 12 (JFK) p. 76-77, "Spirulina (Arthrospia Platensis) is a microscopic, spiral-shaped blue-green algae, or cyanobacterium. Spirulina thrives in warm shallow waters with a high PH (9-11) and an elevated concentration (30g/L) of alkaline salts, mostly sodium carbonate and bicarbonate.
One of the oldest living organisms, Spirulina is well-known for its extraordinarily high nutritional content. In fact, it has been harvested for food since ancient times, by Africans, Asians, Aztecs and Mayans, and is now regarded as a potentially key element in combating world hunger and starvation."

As for kelp, maybe if one has packages dating back awhile it would still be safe to ingest?

Hi Guys,

I'm in Australia and have been getting my Spirulina locally from Northern Australia, it's grown in salt water ponds where ph etc is monitored more efficiently.

I would hazard to guess that most mass producing suppliers would also do this. Check your own suppliers web site it may give some further insight! ;)

I have bought local spirulina and waiting to get it and take for detox .
You have right with checking web site suppliers they have "old" Spirulina before Japan nuclear crisis.

Regarding this spirulina from the DCM magazine (naturestream.eu), I saw their lab tests personally. It is mercury and other toxins free. They get it from India which I liked, as I have known people with mercury contamination from spirulinas coming from Hawaii or China. But regardless of place of origin, the important thing is that your spirulina is certified heavy metal free.

Q: (L) Who do we have with us tonight?

A: Koripfqek

Q:(L) Have you ever had a body of your own?

A: Have will do!

Q: (L) Are you a discarnate?

A: Cassiopaea 6th density is existent on all levels.

I'm being picky but this does not follow the standard set of initial queries. Having read most of the story of the transmissions and concerns about the distortions over the years it made me have a "heads up" moment. Despite that the tone/words overall "sound" Cassiopaean to me.

Any comments?

And the beginning when starting channeling it happens a lot, that you have to deal with attachments, spirits and other things, so I understood the questions from Laura to exclude that, cause Andromeda is "relatively new" on the board.

Quote
A: What do you think about the ”new” explosion 3 to 4 billion light years away? They think, that is.

{.....}

Q: (L) Are you saying that it’s not as far away as they’re saying it is?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) What is it representing? What is it doing?

A: The wave has begun in earnest!

Q: (L) What do you mean?

A: Energy is pouring into your universe from higher densities.

What seems symbolically significant to me here is that the explosion is in the Draco constellation, dragons being traditionally "evil" reptilian hoarders and controllers and reminds me of what got Daniel put in the lion's den -

Quote from Daniel 14
"The king led Daniel to a dragon which the Babylonians worshiped, saying, "Behold thou canst not say now, that this is not a living god: adore him therefore." To which Daniel replied, "Give me leave, O king, and I will kill this dragon without sword or club. And the king said: I give thee leave. Then Daniel took pitch, and fat, and made lumps, and put them into the dragon's mouth, and the dragon burst asunder. and he said: Behold him whom you worshiped".

So who/what principle might Daniel, meaning "God is my judge" symbolise? What might be the current indigestible equivalent of "lumps of pitch and fat" for the 4D folk?

Thanks Legolas

Yes I understood that the "body" and "discarnate" questions are standard queries. It was that nowhere was it confirmed that the transmission was "through Cassiopaea" and this disturbed me.

I, like you, am concerned with not getting lured away from truth.

Hmm, I have been using the NOW non-organic spirulina which is from Hawaii and doesn't say anything about the heavy metals content. Though their organic version says of heavy metals that they are absent or below detectable limits. Mine is about to expire soon too and I was trying to use it up, but it's quite a challenge, though stevia helps.

I also have some nori from my old sushi making days. But I'm sure it has lost a lot of it's nutrition. I thought of making buckwheat sushi with sardines before :P.
