Session 9 June 2018

Yup, seems so. I think it is partly information overload plus the craziness of the world. We've had the Cs view on things for awhile, but I don't think any of us - including me - was able to imagine how it would all play out. Now we see it right before our eyes and, I don't know about any of you, but it is still shocking to me to see how insane it all is. I could NEVER have imagined what is happening now. And it sure is overload even when you have some idea of what it is, what is going on, and where it is leading. Just imagine what it must be like for people who have very little clue in respect of hyperdimensional driving of our reality?

I read an article the other day about people becoming mentally exhausted by the news, the constant back and forth, and so on. Well, yeah! No kidding!

Everyone is being assaulted on all sides by a confusing and seducing mass of slogans and ideology. Everybody is talking about "freedom" and "equal opportunity" and "diversity" and "democracy". The truth seems to be that both sides are being used to enslave humanity in the worst way imaginable. What we are seeing is people reacting to this based on their spiritual needs, but they don't realize that it is all twisted and propagandized: liberals and conservatives both are being induced to choose the same form of slavery from totally different angles.

The problem with the whole mess is the materiality of it - even the "Christian Conservative" materialism. Most people focus on the material aspects of things: freedom to do this or that (pick a side and read Haidt's book). People want significance in their lives either to satisfy their own ambitions or to at least be no worse off than anyone else. The liberals want to achieve significance by forcing some sort of "equality" that they can then control (i.e. power). The Conservatives want to be left alone to claw their way to the top without hindrance (i.e. money and power). But in BOTH cases, it is materialism that they think will set them free, ensure democracy, however they define it.

But what is true freedom? Not being controlled by any of this, to live each day fully aware of what is inside you and outside you (as much as possible) and thereby having the ability to choose wisely that which is good for your spiritual nature, your soul. And those choices come every day, every hour, every minute. True freedom is to CHOOSE to follow the path of soul enrichment and growth.

The thing about "materialism" is that it is ingrained in the monkey body. How else could it be different?

It's one thing to try (and maybe) succeed to get out from under that for some, but for most, it's still about resources.

For those well fed, they can extemporize but why choose any specific social ideology?

Pretty much. I think that being outside under a bit of shade is a good way to get indirect sunlight which we DO need.
thank you very much for this warning as i go to sun nearly every day since last year. At the same time, I love so much this warm from the sun. Will decrease my sun-exposure, anyways.

I should have refreshed this thread before responding. :halo:

Thank you for this amazing session

Last few years I noticed the same thing with the sun. Sunrays are much more aggressive. I was talking about this with my friends and family and they all noticed the same thing.
IF I take this year, for example, I've noticed that I cant stay at a direct sunray even when the temperature is just 23-25 C. The sun is burning the skin. I remember when I was younger that we were going outside in the sun even when it was 40C and it was more bearable.

And while the sunrays are too much aggressive at the same time I noticed that If I get under a direct sunlight I cant stay there more than a few minutes but if I go under the shade just a few meters away it is getting much colder. What I want to say is that while the sun rays seem more aggressive the air is much cooler. Maybe this is one more sign about the global cooling. The atmosphere is getting cooler.

During the summer periods, I and my family are going to the beach for a few days. I always stay under a shade or under an umbrella if there is not a shade. My wife loves to stay under a sun. After a few days, she has a burned shoulders and Our skin color is almost the same. The difference is that I don't have a sunburn.
So staying under a shade on a hot summer day is an excellent choice. You will get the benefits of the sunlight but you won't get burned.
I am also taking my parrot out after 5 pm in a shade so he can also feel the sunlight benefits and not get hurted buy aggressive sunrays.

Also, I am trying to catch up and read all the recommended books and I am a little behind, but I am persistent. (I am currently at the middle of the Evolution 2.0 )There are some days when I could read a 50 -70 pages and after that, there is the day when I could not read at all or I could barely read 10-20 pages. Sometimes there is a hunger like feeling for new information and sometimes I cant do it. I trying to stay on the course of learning and reading no matter what, but it is a constant struggle to keep on the path.

I noticed the same! Then, I look at the skies and there is often a sun halo that days when the difference of temperature is high, with cold air under the shade and burning sun. Sun halo is a sign of cooling wheather, there are some articles on sott about it.

Thank you for the session. As usual informative, shocking to see how the how the world is going and how our own programs make it difficult to feel good about the world (despite some good changes in the East and how the tentacles of the beast getting knocked down one way or other) or my self. It's always empowering to read sessions with a context in mind.

I too felt something has changed for a number of years - unpredictable weather, clouds, storms, lightning strikes, unpredictable fierceness/mildness, Sun intensity etc. Glad to have confirmation.

That said, taking care of the physical body looks like only one piece of the puzzle, and emotional and mental cleanses are also really needed. I've been touching on these things the past couple of months with some journaling, but it looks like I need to step things up and really break through the surface and start some excavating!

Dr. John E. Sarno notes in his book The Divided Mind: The Epidemic of Mindbody Disorders that a lot of dermatological issues are psychosomatic in nature. His method is basically based on knowledge, awareness and journaling. It's very similar to Dr. Gabor Maté's When the Body Says No and Timothy Wilson's Redirect: The Surprising New Science of Psychological Change.

His treatment program:

1. If you have not already done so, read the entire book you
are using a bit at a time (Healing Back Pain or The Mindbody Prescription). After that, read the psychology or
treatment chapter every day. Pay close attention to what you read, especially when you see things that remind you
of yourself.

2. Set aside time every day, possibly fifteen minutes in the
morning and thirty minutes in the evening, to review the
material I am about to suggest.

3. Unconscious painful and threatening feelings are what
necessitates the pain. They are inside you; you don’t feel
them.

4. Make a list of all the things that may be contributing to
those feelings.

5. Write an essay, the longer the better, about each item on
your list. This will force you to focus in depth on the
emotional things of importance in your life. There are a
number of possible sources of those feelings:

a. Anger, hurt, emotional pain, and sadness generated in
childhood will stay with you all your life because there
is no such thing as time in the unconscious. Feelings
experienced in the unconscious at any time in a per-
son’s life, including childhood, are permanent. Physi-
cal, sexual, or emotional abuse will leave large amounts
of pain and sadness. But not receiving adequate emo-
tional support, enough warmth and love will also re-
sult in anger, sorrow, and pain, maybe never felt as a
child, but always there in the unconscious. Such
things as excessive discipline or unreasonable expectations will also leave emotional marks. Anything that
prevents a child from being a child falls into this cate-
gory and should be put on your list.

b. In most people with TMS, certain personality traits
make the greatest contribution to the internal emo-
tional pain and anger. Put these at the head of your
list. If you expect a great deal of yourself, if you drive
yourself to be perfect, to achieve, to succeed, if you
are your own severest critic, if you are very conscien-
tious, these are likely to make you very angry inside.
Sensitivity to criticism and deep-down feelings of in-
feriority are common and also contribute to inner
anger. In fact, feelings of inferiority may be the major
reason we strive to be perfect and good.
If you have a strong need to please people, to want
them to like you, or if you tend to be very helpful to
everyone and anyone, if you are the caretaker type and
are always worrying about your family, friends, and
relatives, these drives will also make you furious in-
side, because that’s the way the mind works. The child
in our unconscious doesn’t care about anyone but itself
and gets angry at the pressures to be perfect and good.

c. Just as the inner mind reacts against being perfect or
good, it also resents any kind of life pressure. So you
should put on your list anything in your life that rep-
resents pressure or responsibility, like your job; your
spouse, if you are married; your children, if you are a
parent; your parents, if they are living; and, of course,
any big problems that are going on in your life.

d. A subtle but important source of inner anger in some
people is the fact that they are getting old and also
that they are mortal. This is more common than you
would think. Consciously, we rationalize; uncon-
sciously, we are enraged. Close personal relationships,
no matter how good they are, are often the source of
unconscious anger, because it’s very hard to be con-
sciously angry at a parent, a spouse, or a child.

e. Add to your list those situations in which you become
consciously angry (or annoyed) but cannot express it,
whatever the reason may be. That suppressed anger is
internalized and becomes part of the reservoir of rage
that brings on TMS. The angers we talked about
above are repressed—you don’t feel them, you don’t
know they are there.

Here's a testimonial from one person that applied Dr. Sarno's method:

Sincere Seeker says, " I have suffered with chronic hives and deep edema for over ten years and have tried every kind of doctor and specialist I could find. I've had many tests and alternative treatments and a dizzying array of prescriptions. Nothing worked for long. Dr. Sarno's method is absolutely amazing. Utilizing his method, which is really just learning about chronic pain, my hives disappeared before my eyes. I had a method of dealing with them, making them go away, before I even finished reading the book with no drugs, no equipment, nothing. It was and is absolutely amazing...totally incredible."

Q: (Pierre) I have two questions. Me and others have noticed that the sun’s rays seem more aggressive over the past few years. Are the sun's rays becoming more aggressive?

A: Yes

Q: (Pierre) Why?

A: Cosmic conditions. Breakdown of magnetic field, cosmic rays, and cosmic dust.

Q: (L) Are there any kinds of like cosmic rays or rays from the sun that are hitting us that wouldn't ordinarily be hitting us if our magnetic field was up?

A: Yes

- In relation to persistent 'Contrails':

Chemtrails? Contrails? Strange Skies -- Sott.net

"YET the trails left by these aircraft ACT like cirrus clouds used to act at much higher altitudes.

Most logical (and scariest) conclusion: the cold layer of the upper atmosphere has gotten lower and probably thicker and therefore, more airplanes flying at lower altitudes are forming contrails in that icy air which used to be the much higher domain of cirrus clouds.

Because, again, if you understand about the layers of the atmosphere, temperatures, winds, etc, then you will realize that what is happening is NOT spraying of the human population or even intentional weather manipulation, it is the EVIDENCE that our planetary atmosphere has changed dramatically in the past ten years or so. More like 20 because that was when I began noticing the changes in cloud formation"

Here in southern/central UK, the otherwise cloudless skies above, between 2008 - 2015 were of particular intensive years of persistent 'contrail' cover. It was getting ridiculous at one point... There would rarely, if ever, have had experience more than one consecutive full-day of glorious clear blue skies - at any given time of year - free from persistent contrails, spreading out and over, forming a streaky hazy mess dirtying an otherwise beautiful sunny day. Out of every 4 would-be clear blue sunny days - 3 of those days would be sullied by mid-day, and with a notable increase in humidity.
However... I have since noticed the past couple years this trend has started reversing. We, in southern and central UK at least, are again experiencing long clear blue sunny days several in a row - without persistent contrails at all, or certainly not any where near (touch wood!) the intensity previously witnessed as those years between 2008 - 2015 in particular. I wonder if the sun's more recently-felt intensity due to the magnetic field has anything to do with this?

Pretty much. I think that being outside under a bit of shade is a good way to get indirect sunlight which we DO need.
And a good breeze carries through into the shade quite nicely the sun particles on a burning hot day.
Despite predominantly of Celtic and Flemish genetics, I am also blessed with enough Latin blood to allow me to tan quite easily under moderate to strong sunshine without getting burnt, and can happily potter about in 35C sun all day long (humidity notwithstanding). Recently though, I do feel the sun more at lower temperatures. I thought maybe my imagination - but this session makes sense now.
I also find direct sunlight on hot days 'feels' very nice and even invigorating, in the last hour or so before sunset sitting low on the horizon. Maybe the suns angle of refraction through atmospheric UV dispersal at that time of evening is the time to enjoy our sun's direct UV rays.

Regarding the sun, here's my take:

Exposure to sunlight is natural. It's beneficial for a variety of reasons, including psychological/brain chemical-wise.

Too much exposure to the sun is not natural. Slathering yourself head to toe in sunscreen containing titanium dioxide is really unnatural.

I noticed in the past few years that when the sun is "biting", I can feel it. This is usually most pronounced around here in spring and autumn. On the other hand, when summer is in full swing and it's hot - and therefore normal(ish) for summertime - the sun isn't so bad. It feels normal.

So, I would guess that if there are electric things going on, dust loading of the atmosphere, things opening up in various ways and so on, that probably means that we should also be able to tell when the sun will be harsh by the turbulence of the weather.

All the above-mentioned changes to the atmosphere and stuff also seem to result in crazy weather. So, if it's abnormally cold, warm, rainy, snowy, or whatever, and then suddenly there's a beautiful sunny day, it's kind of likely that this sunny day will be a "zinger".

In other words, it's probably not black and white. The level of safe or beneficial exposure to the sun (whether the sun is in Normal Mode or Zinger Mode) probably also varies from one person to another.

At the same time, it might get worse...

So, I don't think anyone needs to start walking around in a burka, but at the same time it's probably wise to keep in mind that things are changing. Be mindful of the fact that the sun can be fierce, pay attention, limit exposure to reasonable levels, and take precautions. But don't convert to Islam just yet... :-P

I think "Sun: Zinger Mode" needs to be added to CassWiki

But don't convert to Islam just yet... :-P
...And what would we do without all that delicious bacon?
