This number of 809 inches of snow is not only for April, but it is cumulative one for all winter season, see below:

So, at the end of the French Line 115, I added "for the whole 2022/2023 winter, until the end of April". Otherwise, one could think that this amount of snow felt in April only.

In English focus I changed "El Niño y La Niña" to "El Niño and La Niña". Sometimes it seems that there are Spanish artifacts (like apostrophes) still in the English texts.
