I have the french video for december 2023 on my computer (Thanks @Altair).

Where can I upload it? Do I need special permissions(code-password) to do so?

We now have a channel on Dailymotion. It has almost all the features of YT, including subtitles in different languages:

The main editors already have the login info.

I can do the IT for the German subtitles and the Focus tomorrow.

IT is done for the December installment and someone can go for the PR. Only the video links in the standard text at the end of the Focus would have to be adjusted.

And thank you really for your work behind the scenes to find new solutions for making those videos available again!
