My guess about the cause of this erratic weather is not only the sun activity, but also that approaching comet ATLAS plus that "Clash of cosmic energies" that also interfered with the session in June.

A: Xorriaea of Cassiopaea here. Waves blanketing Earth pose problems for transmission. Persist.

A: Clash of cosmic energies.
