Not sure about that.
To get back into the puncture site might not be really effective since I expect immediate dispersion.
The suction plus the cutting should be able to remove at least part of the vaxx. The cuts will bleed, yes, but the applied suction should be having an effect on the whole area not only on cut blood vessels. At least that's what I'm thinking.
