I would just tell them that at the moment their is not an option for wholesale purchases of the magazine and to contact the magazine for ordering instructions - http://www.thedotconnector.org/mag/index.php?_a=viewDoc&docId=2 (Maybe you can print that page out and give it to them?)

Yes, and please let them know that consignment is possible, at wholesale price. They just need to send us an e-mail with their address and the amount of copies they wish to order, and they only get invoiced once they've sold them.

Don't forget to tell them that the magazine is becoming very popular all around the world, and that its content is written by professional researchers, and distributed in the UK, the US, Australia, Canada and France, and shipped everywhere around the world. Encourage them to read it, and they'll love it!

Just letting you know I still haven't received issue #12. It usually takes about six weeks to get here but I assume if it isn't here by now then it must be lost in the mail somewhere. Is there a digital version I can read instead?

There is the PDF version of #12. Although seeing as you paid and it hasn't arrived, maybe you can receive the pdf for free?

Have you also checked the address on your paypal account to make sure everything is correct? I had this issue with Issue #10 and it was because it was still my old mailing address on my account. I never changed it.

Yeah the postal address is fine. I received issue 10 and 11 but this one just hasn't turned up for some reason.
