Hi Mari,
maybe this can help: Alle Wahlprogramme für die Bundestagswahl 2021 – Bundestagswahl 2021
You will find the election programs of the parties there, long formats and summarized formats (the latter at least for the big parties that already have seats in the parliament, except for the FDP).
Then, there is the "Wahlomat" from the official site "Bundeszentrale für politische Aufklärung" (would be in English: "Federal Center for Political Enlightenment"). The "Wahlomat" is an interactive tool which presents you several propositions like "Coal Phase-Out before 2038" or "Lowering the Voting Age from 18 years to 16 years", or "Finishing the Subsidisation of Wind Power". You can choose between "agree", "neutral", "don't agree". And you can also skip questions.
Here's a PDF which compares the 38 propositions for all the parties (however, there are 3 respective parties at each of the 15 pages).
Hope this helps!
PS: I'm going to look for an alternative site covering the election programs of the respective parties later, since I'm curious about that too.
