Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s situation is unfolding as he is still being detained at Rosdorf Prison, in Germany, where he was illegally deported to from Mexico under trumped charges.
Last year, German lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, known for his relentless efforts to expose those responsible for Covid-related crimes against humanity, was faced a sudden and dramatic arrest. Initially detained by six Mexican Immigration officials at the airport, Fuellmich entered a murky illegal limbo. The exact state authority behind his detention remained unclear. Typically, foreigners without a visa are not expelled from Mexico, nor are they forced onto planes. However, in Fuellmich’s case, he was apprehended, allegedly without legal grounds, possibly an illegal kidnapping. He was forcibly boarded onto a plane bound for New Mexico, then transferred onto another flight to Frankfurt, accompanied by two Mexican officials. Upon arrival in Frankfurt on October 12th, 2023, he was met by German authorities and formally arrested. Fuellmich’s arrest, initially in Frankfurt, followed a European warrant issued in May. However, the legality of his arrest in Mexico, and subsequent deportation, raised significant questions among international law experts.
This ordeal, which began while Fuellmich and his wife were residing in Mexico, has sparked significant concern and curiosity among his supporters and followers worldwide.
The arrest, shrouded in limited publicity, was first detailed by Fuellmich’s friend, Elsa Schieder, on October 16th 2023. She confirmed that after his detention in Mexico, Fuellmich was swiftly deported to Germany, where he has remained imprisoned.
Schieder’s updates provided a stark narrative of the events leading to his arrest, including a translated announcement by Fuellmich’s defense attorney, Dagmar Schoen, made on
Bittel.tv.
According to Schieder’s account, the trouble began when Fuellmich and his wife lost their passports and visas, necessitating a visit to the German embassy in Tijuana for replacements. Initially, they were asked to return later, and when they did on Friday, Fuellmich’s wife received her documents without issue. However, Fuellmich was arrested on the spot, unprepared and without personal belongings.
The arrest was based on warrants issued in March and May—one from Germany, another from the EU, however, there was no concrete evidence to back up the alleged charges. These could not be enforced in Mexico, necessitating a scheme to bring Fuellmich onto German soil. His need for new travel documents provided this opportunity. Upon entering the embassy, Fuellmich was met by six officials who detained him and escorted him to Germany.
Political coercion and motivation behind Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s arrest
The charges against Fuellmich were extensive, spanning 30 pages, and were meticulously planned. They stemmed from allegations made by Viviane Fischer, a former colleague on the Corona Committee, accusing Fuellmich of financial misconduct. Interestingly, the funds of 700,000 Euros he allegedly misappropriated remained in the account of one of the accusers. Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is known not to be financially motivated, he is a world renowned lawyer well known for winning landslide cases in exposing corporate fraud. He is very well respected, having helped so many people out of injustices and saved many lives. Therefore, on what legal evidence are the grounds for his arrest? Is it possible the accusers motivation may have been political, rather than financial motivation. By October 28th, attorney Dagmar Schoen had visited Fuellmich multiple times, describing the arrest warrant as a powerful tool of coercion.
Schoen pointed out that losing a visa typically does not result in such drastic measures. She highlighted the unusual nature of Fuellmich’s arrest and the high-level coordination involved, suggesting potential political motives and coersion behind the ‘legal’ actions.
Fuellmich was flown from Mexico to Germany, accompanied by two Mexican officials, (who had to be flown back to Mexico, all expenses paid by the Germany). Upon arrival in Frankfurt, Reiner was detained by German police, and the charges were disclosed the next day with an EU arrest warrant. These actions, funded by the German government, have prompted legal experts to question the legitimacy and motives behind the arrest.
The criminal complaint, 30 pages long, had been in the works well before its official date, coinciding with Fischer’s public announcement of Fuellmich’s departure from the Corona Committee due to alleged financial irregularities. The complaint appears to have been a calculated move, prepared weeks in advance.
Supporters argue that Fuellmich’s extensive work on the
Corona Committee and his efforts in building international legal networks and class actions were not driven by financial gain. Instead, they emphasize his commitment to justice and public service, underscored by numerous testimonies of lives positively impacted by his work.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich has a dossier that contains evidence of these premeditated plans to derail him because of his immense research and interviews to bring to justice the criminals behind the Covid corruption crimes, the dossier also contains evidence of several people who possibly may be connected to German Intelligence.
As the intricate and contentious case of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich unfolds, the demand for international legal scrutiny and support intensifies. Fuellmich’s steadfast supporters rally behind him, convinced of his integrity and the righteousness of his cause. The legal and political implications of his arrest have ignited worldwide concern. In the wake of Julian Assange’s release, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s advocates are hopeful for a similar outcome. The imprisonment of doctors, journalists and lawyers for revealing the insidious corruption woven into government agendas of war and pandemics underscores the broader crises of global justice and the relentless pursuit of truth in an increasingly shadowed world.
