I'm sure the crew will mention those little kids from Sandy Hook. Can we ask if they have been able to move to 5D. I hope they are not stuck or too traumatised to move on.
Or any other child, massacred the last gazillion years.

Of course, you are right. But the rather harsh tone isn't really necessary, is it?

I see nothing "harsh" about the comment of clerck de bonk. clerck de bonk is only making a comment about all the other atrocities happening in the world to children that most people in the U.S. act as if they either do not exist or that they do not matter. Why are you seeing the comment as harsh?

Depending on our own moods, we can see things that are not there. I can understand your sorrow for these little children, as I feel it, too, but don't let it blind you.

Ummm... making all these karaoke song suggestions prompts me to ask: how many of you have ever done karaoke?

 :rotfl:

Hey Laura, can you throw in a few choruses from Ave Marie? hehehehehehe

What about "Amazing Grace" and I can't think of a better person that Laura singing it. If you sing that one Laura, have someone to video it please.

:wow: :rotfl: :rotfl:

The silly foot ball song "Boom, there it is!" would be the only one I'd ever sing. (this is a good thing)

Was dragged off to a karaoke bar once in the early 90's. Hid in the bathroom almost the entire time, horrified.

Since then? My singing is reserved for the shower and cleaning the house, so the running water and the noise of the sweeper spares the ears of anyone passing on the road. ;)

Hmmm... it seemed very terse, but I have to be honest, when I attended a Christmas concert at my child's school, I could hardly stop thinking about those other little ones who should be doing the same, and I had to force back tears, so yes I'm emotional, and then felt very stupid for not thinking of all those others. Another programme and self-importance!

Now i can see it's just a valid comment.

Sorry C de b, and carry on!

I was in one occasion "involved" in karaoke singing and it had lousy impression, if any, on present people - i guess they found my performance quite ridiculous :-[ . But clip was filmed and video tape was always running in that very bar (of course with no sound ) and i become a kind of popular around there... So first though after seeing this idea of on-line karaoke was to watch it without sound! (Thanks a lot! :cool2:). Some photos will do just fine with me-self!

Added: I have never repeated something like that again! Ever!

And maybe i would like to see some photos of that turkey, too! :lol2:

If you don't laugh you are listening to it wrong...
It brings tears to my eyes! :D

I couldn't make it through the first five bars. It was just too painful.

5 years ago, if somebody gave me a full printed SOTT issue from any of the last 7 days of 2012, to me it would have looked crazy enough to consider it as even remotely possible. War(s), crazy weather, space/earth events, health issues, society, you name it. It would sound like a real nightmare, nonsense prediction coming very close to the image of the end of the world. And today, we have it, we are here & now, experiencing all that and talking about karaoke... why not.

I had no visions to make any predictions. And as i see upon your comments, my guess would not be any better than yours. Of all valuable things i have today is the knowledge inspired/obtained from/through Cassiopaea and SOTT and all the recommended books i managed to read so far. And i am greatful for that because that is what keeps my fire burning and giving me sense of meaningfulness to continue beyond 21/12/2012, inspite of seeing what i could not handle with my mind those 5 years ago. And for all of you who have been working so hard to get the word out to wake up others, on that day, besides continuing with the Diet and exercising some pipe breathing and mindfulness, i take my guitar and improvise... until the 22nd comes. That's what is going to "happen" to me:)

Yeah, it was, his point being that, considered from the perspective of all the other people (children included) that are and have been killed on this planet, the Sandy Hook massacre doesn't really stand out. Of course, that's viewing it from detached perspective, you were coming from an understandably emotionally-attached perspective. It's pretty interesting to consider how such attachment colors the way we see things and to then consider it from a more detached perspective.
