Hey Megan, this may not apply in your case, but I can tell you that I've been doing the shakes and eating tons of the good stuff (or what seems like a lot) and have still been losing 2-4 pounds per week. So, being on this type of diet with healthy food might not hit the waistline near as hard as the bad stuff.



15 - 20 minutes? :/ I thought that I read in Detoxify or Die that it was two sessions of 10 minutes each. Did I miss something somewhere? Cripes, if it is 15 - 20 minutes each session I'll have to get up another 1/2 hour earlier.
