What's the weather where you are?

Cloudy and cool here in south of France since yesterday. A little rain then, but not much. Will probably rain today and won't get very warm. 13 C/59 F this am.

Exceptionally cool and wet weather continues here in Southern Maryland, USA. Former "normal" weather used to be HOT (in the 80s and 90s F) and HUMID for all of June, July, and August. This year we had a long cool spring; I actually had the heat on through the first ten days of June, a couple of weeks of ninties in July, then very pleasant weather, 70s and low 80s, for most of August, which is usually insufferable. It has rained regularly and hard all summer. Where the landscape used to dry out a bit and turn yellow and brown in July and August, it remains as bright green as in April and May.

Gorgeous sunny day today (North Coast NSW, Australia)- top of 23 C, the flowers are out and spring is in the air. Did 5 loads of washing and made beds :)
Does get cool overnight, usually down to 5 C. It's been a mixed winter- some very rainy days, some very warm days, followed by brusque icy cold winds blowing across from the mountains.

On the Mediterranean coast of Spain it is hot, but the rains are constant, with many thunderstorms. At least in Catalonia is being so, and here in Valencia clouds and rains several days collated with hot days, but the cloudy sky is normal.

Was generally cool in Québec as previously stated but now we're back to heat mode.

Two days ago, there was an unbelievable sheet of rain that blasted like there was no tomorrow.

We were smoking outside after our organic chemistry class, then, a bit of rain came and 15-20 seconds after it literally exploded and we were running to get cover (it takes a lot or rain to make me run like that). We then got to the front of my apartment building under the concrete but then gusts of wind blasted spraying my entire back with rain. I couldn't help to laugh out loud at that point because it was just so ridiculous. It's as if the rain was chasing me under the roof for the sake of soaking me.

Overall, I was entirely soaked in a matter of seconds. Then the sky got clear but there was another episode a few hours later when it was dark. It's as if there was a waterfall on the front of the building. Opening the door, getting out and going under the concrete 2 meters away and I was soaked again. Then guess what? The sky got clear again and we could see the stars.

Not a single lightning bolt or thunder. Only rain - lots of rain. Very quickly and violently. And the alternating clouds/clear sky was quite strange as well. Very weird weather.

Wee-haa!

7 am, Espoo (close to shoreline), Southern Finland.
Woke up to a sky crisscrossed with "chemtrails" (ie lingering contrails high up in the atmosphere). Sky was otherwise free of clouds and temperature was about +8o Celsius (cold but not abnormal)
This was a first for me, haven't seen them live before, only in pictures...

Here in the north of Spain it goes from sunny to cloudy and viceversa :) I started watching the sky some weeks ago, just for fun and I took these two photos. The first one is beautiful but I find the second one a little bit strange, like little waves and now everything that has the "wave" word gets my attention! :D

Northeastern Pennsylvania - Last 6 days have been very humid like an oven during the day, high 80's with lows in the upper 60's. A brief shower yesterday afternoon increased the humidity. Future forecast predicts a cold front coming in late Monday breaking the hot muggy temperatures.

Looking at local news, Pittsburg, Pa, suffered a torrential downpour of more than two inches of rain in a single hour which has damaged a School Football field, tearing up the artifical turf. See article and video below.

Here in the east coast of the US, massachusetts, it was a very cool morning. Which in turn lead me to wear a t-shirt (something I have come to wear this summer probably only a handful of times). When I left work at 3pm I truly regret it. I was sweating by the time I got home, and now as of 8:20 pm it is extremely cool again!

We've had a thunderstorm this morning in Québec at around 6:30 AM (ET).

I was sleeping and it woke me up abruptly. Let me tell you that there was some very loud thunder. It's as if it was exploding just right by the building I live in. It felt very energetic.

Soon after, I could hear police, medics and firetruck rushing all around the place. Pretty sure that lightning bolts have made some damage because the wind was relatively not so strong - 40 km/h (25 mph) gusts. Not much rain either this time.

Seems like it was just an appetizer.

Violent storm alert. Coming this way (Montréal) from Ontario. Will hit in about 30 min to an hour. There's already some thunder and the humidity is unbearable. Wind is waking up. A bit of rain as well.

EDIT: Spelling

Here in the east of Poland second day already raining and temperature dropped to 10 - 12 celsius degrees
