But there's something that I don't understand, that's mysterious. If the American Embassies and others asked their employees and people not to go to concert or places where there were crowds of people, etc. because they expected there to be a terrorist attack... how come the Russians didn't know about it? Because the Americans didn't tell them? I think the Russians, thanks to the Secret Service, were aware of everything that was said in the embassies. I think so, and maybe I'm wrong. So, if they knew, they would have let this attack happen.
