That amount of downfall is becoming unfreakingbelievable. People who were in the past very reserved and sceptical when hearing comments like 'apocalyptic, biblical proportions, are starting to talk like that. Seriously, over a meter of water in 48 hours is nothing short of sheets of rain. And over hundred of dead during floods in highly technological country as Germany with sofisticated warning system? We are just a step from experiencing a wide scale collapse of the infrastructure in the so called developed world. No need for solar storms killing satellites and world wide communication networks. Storms and rains on their own can do it effectively enough.
