I have also been noting lately how Turkey has carried on its efforts in Syria, just today they announced that they had killed yet another head of ISIS. Knowing their origins, and with Syria's recent approach to the other powers in the region, it seems like the message that they're all sending collectively is simple: Yankee go home!.
In terms of a multipolar world, I think we're witnessing the birth of one of those poles in the Middle East, Asia has its own, and they have also been visiting South America so another pole might be in the works, and Africa has been in the news recently as well, so that's another pole in the making.
It is incredible to see strength elsewhere in the world, yet Western Europe and the US continue to fall in worse and worse positions.

Higher School of Economics (Moscow) Professor Kogan explained the sale of US government debt to China by buying up other US securities.
In reports about China's active sale of US government bonds (US Treasuries), the media often incorrectly interpret the situation, presenting it as an attempt by Beijing to get rid of the securities of its economic or, probably, even military opponent. Evgeny Kogan, an economist and professor at the Higher School of Economics, wrote about this Telegram channel.
He explained that the picture becomes completely different if you look at what the Chinese leadership spends the proceeds on, including which assets it buys.
In total, since January 2022, China has reduced its positions in US Treasuries by 17 percent, which is $ 174.4 billion. At the same time, due to the increase in the base rate by the Federal Reserve System, the price index of US government bonds fell by 7.7 percent. Thus, in reality, China got rid of securities worth about $ 100 billion, and it is possible that some of them were not sold, but repaid.
Some part of these funds, the analyst notes, went to buy gold, which provided a sharp increase in this type of asset in reserves. But in real figures, we are talking about investments worth only $ 4.5 billion, that is, China spent less than five percent of the revenue from sales of US Treasuries on gold.
Beijing could also use part of the currency to maintain the yuan exchange rate or cover the budget deficit last year, but most of all to buy US agency bonds. Over the year, Chinese investments in them increased by $ 55 billion, while taking into account market revaluation, China's net purchases of these securities in 2022 reached the level of $ 122 billion. Thus, Kogan stressed, we are talking about investments in another type of US government debt, which is issued by state-sponsored agencies and whose profitability is higher than that of conventional government bonds.
