Loved The Undergrounders series. Was recently watching the Why Files episode on Charles Hall and the Tall Whites who were apparently participating in technology exchange programs with the US military in underground bases.
The story is from mid 1960s. It seems to me that if Charles’ story is true, then those beings may also be a part of this underground population. The tall whites have a chalky white skin and silver blond hair and they’re frailer than humans (perhaps “on the surface”). They were secretive about their home planet and made it seem like they were from somewhere outside the solar system and their planet was larger than earth. That didn’t make sense because their bones were thinner and so the gravity must have been lower, which is true underground.
They also transferred some basic tech to Lockheed/Boeing (transistors, optical fibers etc) that went into their scout crafts (description matches that of a Tic Tac ufo which was also coincidentally spotted by Cmdr David Fravor hovering ~50ft above the ocean surface, while a bigger craft was under). The goal of the tech transfer was to get some of the components manufactured here on the surface by these companies. But they didn’t transfer their anti gravity or space travel tech because apparently they didn’t want humans to reach their home planet with nuclear weapons. Which sounds like a cover story to deflect attention away from their underground presence here on planet Earth.

Forgot to mention, the Tall Whites could communicate with Charles telepathically and could grow and live up to ~600-700 years of age.

1. C's and other sources state that small grays need blood baths to be fed / recharged like an iphone. They suck in nutrient through their skin. So the waste material elimination route is apparently same: see Varginha black alien.
2. Autopsies, sources claim small grays have a 'gray suit', peelable biofilm covering their bodies and eyeballs. (see attachment link at bottom of this post.)
3. The Varginha small black alien in the story - thus probably lost its biofilm-suit. Maybe it was torn off. Had red eyes for some reason. So the biofilm was probably torn off / removed from its eyes as well during the accident. Maybe it was an alternate model / alien-drone type designed such or some activated internal machine function made its eyes glow red.
Sources state that small grays do defecate through their skin. (see link at bottom)
So logical reasoning tells us that small grays are actually black or at least dark skinned. Since anus areas are universally darker pigmented than surrounding skin in humans. So if the small grays defecate through their entire skin surface (by design), then it leaves a dark residue also by design, so that shall make their naked skin dark (hyperpigmented or discolored).
So the small grays are wearing their grey colored biofilm-suits, because naked, they would look probably black - just like the Varginha alien - constantly be covered in their excrement and that would cause major problems everywhere they commanded to go: with their ship environment, during abductions smearing it anywhere leaving DNA residues, drips from their skin reaching the floor & objects. Plus to cover up their horrible - reported - smell: easy to figure out as excrement universally smells hideous.
Human excrement is said to be septic to any wound. Gray/alien/sasquatch smell is said to be extremely toxic and it reportedly "sinks" into furniture, the rooms, where captured grays are being examined by human doctors. (Varginha report) Nurses got sick and died later just by breathing in the smell permeating the autopsy room for days, even after the alien corpse was removed. Plus the doctors probably received radiation poisoning from the alien as well.
Touching extremely septic 'small gray' naked black skin smeared with dark excrement resulted in a soldier death during the Varginha incident. The soldier was carrying the naked black alien in his arms and his hands were touching the grays black dirty skin and the hideously toxic alien waste matter killed the soldier in days just by coming in contact with his skin..

Sounds like a plan! I've got about 15 or more parts planned that all kind of tie into one another, so it'll just be a matter of deciding whether they should all go in one volume, or get split into 2 or more shorter ones.A book would be nice! By the time you're done with each topic, it could be our Encyclopaedia Cassiopaenica.
