This is weird. My partner ordered paperback format on February 5th and didn't want to tell me to spoil surprise and she wondered how that was possible because a day after there was no paperback available. She wondered how is it possible to order something that was not yet published.

She's not alone. I ordered the paperback format on the 5th as soon as I noticed its availability. A day later, that option was gone. Then, I read Laura's post the morning of the 7th about giving a go-ahead. I was thinking, "oops." But, the book came my way that evening and it looked great. It could be a hasty thing on Amazon's part.

Very cool and on such an auspicious date, too. Good work folks! :cool2:

Just tried Amazon (ca) and not listed there yet.

It always takes more time with Amazon dot ca. :(

It should be available in a week or two.

I ordered the paper back from Amazon. I've already read it on Kindle for PC but will read it again in the hard copy. Much to ponder in this one.

Will the book be available through the red pill press site?

Actually, it will, in a couple of weeks hopefully. BUT, it will be a Special Edition color version (i.e. the images inside the book will be in color), and it will be signed by Laura. It'll be more expensive than the black and white version on Amazon, but for those who like color images and a signed copy, that's the one to wait for.

For those who saw that the book was available and then missing from Amazon; I had approved a version that was missing the dedication and acknowledgements, so I added those and reuploaded, however, it seems that Amazon was pretty quick off the mark and went ahead and printed any orders that were made over those two days when the first version was uploaded and before I changed it. SO, what all of that means is that a few of you who were very quick to see it available and to buy it may get the version without the dedication and acknowledgements pages. You will however be able to see those two pages on the "search inside" function on the Amazon sites when they update it in a week or two. For those who really want a copy with those two pages in the book, I suppose you could return the copy without and reorder. For now, the two pdf pages can be downloaded

This post says: "Comets and The Horns of Moses (Volume I) Available on Amazon!"

But on Amazon it says:
"
Book Description
Publication Date: February 2, 2013
Laura Knight-Jadczyk's series, The Secret History of the World, is one of the most ambitious projects ever undertaken to provide a cogent, comprehensive account of humanity's true history and place in the cosmos. Following the great unifying vision of the Stoic Posidonius, Laura weaves together the study of history, mythology, religion, psychology and physics, revealing a view of the world that is both rational and breathtaking in its all-encompassing scope. This second volume, Comets and the Horns of Moses, (written in concert with several following volumes soon to be released) picks up the dangling threads of volume one with an analysis of the Biblical character of Moses -- his possible true history and nature -- and the cyclical nature of cosmic catastrophes in Earth's history. Laura skillfully tracks the science of comets, revealing evidence for the fundamentally electrical and electromagnetic nature of these celestial bodies and how they have repeatedly wreaked havoc and destruction on our planet over the course of human history. Even more startling however, is the evidence that comets and cometary fragments have played a central role in the formation of human myth and legend and the very concept of a 'god'. As she expertly navigates her way through the labyrinth of history, Laura uncovers the secret knowledge of comets that has been hidden in the great myths, ancient astronomy (and astrology) and the works of the Greek philosophers. Concluding with a look at the political and psychological implications of cyclical cometary catastrophes and what they portend for humanity today, Comets and the Horns of Moses is a marvel of original thought and keen detective work that will rock the foundations of your understanding of the world you live in, and no doubt ruffle the feathers of the many academics who still cling to an outdated and blinkered view of history.

Perhaps THOM as referenced to, i.e. WRT TSHOTW is Volume II
on the other hand if referenced to itself (THOM) it is Volume I?

Then there is the special signed & color version of THOM available
(only?) on Red Pill Press...

So what to do?

If I want the signed & color THOM book, just wait for this one to appear on RPP?
