We have of course suspected that the genetic injections existed well before Dec 2020 when they started to jab people all around the world - but we never had any evidence that it actually existed such a long time before.
The paper is part of an end review report ("Toxology review"), so it must have been going on longer than the date of 31 Aug 2018 indicates.

with the notation, to be released to the public before Sep 2020.
WITS database / Worldbank 2017 & 2018
Then there was/is the WITS database at the Worldbank, containing a register of the world's trade, e.g. also billions (!) of "Covid-19 Test kits" where shipped to literally all countries in the world. When this was discovered by a larger audience in Sep 2020, the database
description for the code, was changed in Oct 2020, into something more neutral sounding. But the
number code itself when you search for its definition [300215], remained the same, even so today.

Now • we have the newly discovered Pfizer paper
from
31 Aug 2018, showing the end stage of "Covid-19 Vaccine" candidates where already developed and tested in animals, with a name attached, that officially didn't even exist, nor the modRNA Covid-19 "vaccine" for that matter.
18 Oct 2019 - Event 201 exercise
One of the infamous, prominent exercises in Pandemic handling which already used a virus name back then, uncanny close related to the later SARS-CoV-19 designation.
