And now this! Why are we not surprised???
The US’ Northern Command has sent teams of essential staff deep underground to wait out the Covid-19 pandemic. On the surface, more than a million grunts won’t be quite as cocooned.

Don't know if I'm trying to self-soothe here, but I've been thinking a bit more about the escape of the virus at Fort Derrick in the U.S. Did they use soldiers or civilians in an experimental vaccine or was it just that the virus escaped. If soldiers were exposed how far has it spread through the army.? Could the army be another fear for the PTB or do we assume the Army is now a fully authoritarian follower set up or will some buck the trend.
Were the War Games in Europe cancelled for that reason-----to monitor the soldiers?
A more detailed report on Cheyenne Mountain's activity - in the name of Coronavirus - the invisible enemy? (The invisible Phantom and the Red Barron in the ruby red sky.)
COVID-19 Drives Command Teams Charged With Homeland Defense Into Cheyenne Mountain Bunker
Another US military command and control element is also now isolated in a third, undisclosed location.
COVID-19 Drives Command Teams Charged With Homeland Defense Into Cheyenne Mountain Bunker
March 27, 2020 - U.S. Air Force General Terrence O’Shaughnessy, head of Northern Command (NORTHCOM), who also serves as the commanding officer of the U.S.-Canadian North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD),
detailed the changes during a virtual town hall on Facebook on Mar. 24, 2020. Under normal circumstances, the watch teams, which support both NORTHCOM and NORAD missions, would take shifts staffing a central command center at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado.
O’Shaughnessy is definitely not wrong. COVID-19 has shown itself to be able to spread rapidly and without causing those who are infected to immediately show symptoms, increasing the chances that they'll pass it on to others.
Just this week, the Navy has seen cases appear among the crew of three of its Nimitz class supercarriers, which have raised serious concerns about the service's ability to project power in the Pacific region.
With this in mind, O’Shaughnessy stated that
another portion of the watch teams had formed "a third team in an alternate location, as well." The general did not specify where that third command and control watch team is situated. The Department of Defense does maintain an array of so-called "continuity" sites across the country specifically to help make sure that U.S. military personnel can carry out essential functions during any major contingency scenario, from a nuclear attack to a pandemic, such as the one the world is experiencing now.
Now Both Aircraft Carriers In The Western Pacific Have COVID-19 Cases, Raising Readiness Concerns
Two sailors onboard the
Nimitz class aircraft carrier USS
Ronald Reagan, which forward-deployed in Japan and presently pier-side there, have tested positive for the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. This comes just a day after the U.S. Navy announced it had quarantined the entire crew of another aircraft carrier, the USS
Theodore Roosevelt, on their ship in port in Guam after a number of sailors contracted the virus.
The War Zone had already warned that the
Roosevelt's predicament could be an ominous sign of what's to come for the Navy. If
Reagan is sidelined, as well, the service would have no carriers presently deployed in the Pacific region that can actually operate.
The most wealthy among us are trying to get around flight bans with private jet flights as they are desperate to get into or home from Caribbean countries, many of which have partial or full international travel bans. Those with complete bans include Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Trinidad and Tobago, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, and Ecuador. Partial international travel bans are in effect for Belize, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Antigua and Barbados, Saint Lucia, Grenada, and Venezuela. These countries are home to many affluent expatriates. The money some of them spend on private jet flights is staggering. One round trip to Europe in a Gulfstream 550 jet from the United States with five passengers can easily cost the client six figures.
The Military Can Reinforce The Postal System If COVID-19 Causes Delivery Disruptions
NORTHCOM - A flowchart from NORTHCOM CONPLAN 2501 showing the sequence of events by which the US military would become involved in domestic postal operations.
The U.S. military is prepared to act "in the event of a postal work-stoppage and the disruption of mail service on a national, regional, or local basis," according to the 2006 version of U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM)
Contingency Plan (CONPLAN) 2501, which covered all aspects of what is known formally as
Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA). "The DOD [Department of Defense] may provide DSCA in support of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to safeguard, process, and deliver mail in those areas affected."
Were the War Games in Europe cancelled for that reason-----to monitor the soldiers?
It has been reported that the Defender Europe 20 exercises have been cancelled, even by NATO ... I DO NOT believe it!
For one, the exercise that was held in New York City on 18 October 2019, for the specific purpose of mapping the response of trans - national corporations and governments to a coronavirus epidemic, just 6 weeks prior to the developments in Wuhan, China.
When Davos WEF was planning for a coronavirus pandemic
As far as I'm concerned, that planning has now "gone LIVE" with Border closings, quarantines and lockdowns, to rectify their agenda's?
The large multi-international Corporations are receiving large $Billion pay-outs and the healthcare (destroyed in the U.S. by Obamacare and other sub-standard care in other Countries) have been stimulated by the Coronavirus drama? Nursing staff and Doctor's who went into private practice because of low pay and smaller hospital's merging into larger mega chains are now being called to join the shortage in this pandemic. In an off way, the economy seems to be evolving into a "reset", of sorts, in the medical field but on the homefront, quarantine's and rigid rules of isolation are taking their toll. Job security is at risk and the scare-mongering propaganda served de-jour on all forms of media - may back fire on the elites, if lock downs continue into a second or third month and beyond?
I sense, all of the above is to serve as cover for something - still hidden in plain sight - something stupid the elites have planned? If the War Games were truly cancelled in Europe, why keep sending in thousands of Military Troops? I don't buy it! I have a feeling, 4th of July will be coming early this year and it's going to be a "really BIG show"? There is also a strange feeling ... the May Victory Parade in Russia may be interrupted in some way? That feeling surfaced when Trump (was forced) advised NOT TO ATTEND? Yet, when Putin had extended the Invitation to Trump - Trump immediately stated "he would attend". The idiots-in-charge are planning a War, but where?
30, 000 soldiers arrive in Europe without masks, by Manlio Dinucci
March 9, 2020 - The United States have raised the alert for the corona virus in Italy to level 3 - (« avoid non-essential travel »), and taken it to level 4 for Lombardy and Veneto (« do not travel »), the same level as for China. The airline companies American Airlines and Delta Air Lines have cancelled all their flights between New York and Milan. US citizens who are travelling to Germany, Poland and other European countries are at alert level 2, and must take « increased precautions ».
But there is a category of US citizens which is exempt from these standards :
the 20,000 soldiers who have begun to arrive from the United States to the ports and airports of Europe for the Defender Europe 20 exercises, the greatest deployment of US troops in Europe in the last 25 years. With those who are already present,
approximately 30,000 US soldiers will be participating in the execises in April and May, alongside 7,000 others from the 17 member countries and partners of NATO, including Italy.
The first armored unit arrived from the port of Savannah, USA at Bremerhaven in Germany. A total of 20,000 pieces of military equipment are arriving from the USA at six European ports (in Belgium, Holland, Germany, Latvia and Estonia). 13,000 others are provided by the stocks that were pre-positioned by the US Army Europe, mainly in Germany, Holland and Belgium.
These operations, explains the US Army Europe, « require the participation of tens of thousands of soldiers, military personnel and civilians from numerous nations ». At the same time, the majority of the contingent of 20,000 soldiers arrive from the USA, landing at seven European airports. Among this number are 6,000 from the National Guard of 15 States : including Arizona, Florida, Montana, New York and Virginia. At the start of the exercise in April – explains the US Army Europe – the 30,000 US soldiers « will deploy throughout the European region » in order to « protect Europe from any potential threat », with a clear reference to the « Russian menace ». General Tod Wolters – who commands US forces as well as the NATO forces in Europe, as Supreme Allied Commander - assures that the European Union, NATO and the United States European Command, have worked together to improve the infrastructures ». This will allow military convoys to move quickly along the 4,000 kilometres of transit routes.
Tens of thousands of soldiers will cross the frontiers to perform exercises in ten countries. In Poland, US soldiers will arrive in twelve training areas, equipped with approximately 2,500 vehicles. US paratroopers from the 173rd Brigade based in Venetia, and Italians from the Brigade Folgore based in Tuscany, will go to Latvia for a joint launching exercise.
Defender Europe 20 is being carried out in order to « increase the capacity of deploying a major combat force in Europe from the United States ». It is taking place according to times and procedures which make it practically impossible to submit tens of thousands of soldiers to the sanitary standards set up to deal with the coronavirus, and prevent their contact with local inhabitants during their rest periods. Furthermore, the US Army Europe Rock Band will be giving a series of free concerts in Germany, Poland and Latvia, which are sure to attract a large public.
The 30,000 US soldiers, who will « deploy throughout the European region », are thus exempt from the preventative standards set up to deal with the coronavirus crisis which, on the other hand, do apply to civilians. The assurance given by the US Army Europe suffices : « we have the coronavirus under surveillance » and « our forces are in good health ».
At the same time, no-one is considering the environmental impact of a military exercise of this scale. US Abrams tanks will be taking part – each of them weighs 70 tonnes, with armour-plating made of depleted uranium, and consumes 400 litres of fuel for 100 kilometres, producing heavy pollution in order to achieve maximum power.
In this situation, what is the reaction of the European Union and national authorities, and what is the WHO doing about it? They are covering their faces with maskes, not only to cover their mouths and noses, but also their eyes.
In a Europe closed down by the Coronavirus, the EU opens its doors to the US army, by Manlio Dinucci
15 March 2020 - 30,000 US soldiers are currently disembarking in the European Union without respecting the sanitary measures ordered by Brussels and the member States. Either the command of the US Army Europe is incompetent and is putting its soldiers needlessly in harm’s way, or else they have already been vaccinated.
The Ministers for Defence of the 27 countries of the EU, 22 of which are also members of NATO, met on 4 and 5 March in Zagreb, Croatia. The central theme of the meeting (in which Lorenzo Guerini of the Democratic Party represented Italy) was not to seek a response to the Coronavirus crisis which is jamming up civil mobility, but how best to develop « military mobility ». The decisive test is the Defender Europe 20 exercise, scheduled for April and May. The General Secretary of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, who took part in the EU meeting, défines it as « the largest deployment of US forces in Europe since the end of the Cold War ».
The 20,000 soldiers who, with 10,000 others already on site, and 7,000 NATO allies, are presently arriving in Europe from the USA, informs the US Army Europe. They are to deploy « throughout the European region ». The US forces are bringing with them 33,000 pieces of military equipment, from personal weapons to Abrams assault tanks. It is obvious that they will therefore need adequate infrastructures for their transport. But there is a problem, as revealed by a report by the European Parliament (February 2020): « Since the 1990’s, European infrastructures have been developed only for civil usage. However, military mobility has become a key question for NATO. As the Alliance lacks the tools to improve military mobility in Europe, the European Union, which does possess the legislative and financial tools to do so, plays an indispensable role ».
The Action Plan on Military Mobility, presented by the European Commission in 2018, plans to modify «those infrastructures which are not adapted to the weight and dimensions of military vehicles ». For example, if a bridge is unable to support the weight of a column of tanks, it must be reinforced or rebuilt. On the basis of this criterion, the test for the strength of the new bridge, which in Gênes will replace the collapsed Morandi bridge, will have to be carried out with Abrams tanks weighing 70 tonnes each. These modifications, which are useless for civil purposes, will require massive expenditure to be assumed by the member countries, with a « possible financial contribution by the EU ».
The European Commission has provided for a primary allocation of 30 billion Euros – this is public money taken from our pockets. The Plan also intends to « simplify the Customs formalities for military operations and for the transport of dangerous military-style merchandise ».
The US Army Europe has demanded the institution of a « Military Schengen Zone », with the difference that it will not be people who will be allowed to travel unhindered, but tanks.
The Defender Europe 20 exercise - as was explained during the meeting in Zagreb – « will enable the identification of all obstacles to military mobility, which the EU will have to remove ».
The transport network of the EU will therefore be tested by 30,000 US soldiers, who will « deploy throughout the European region », exempted of the Coronavirus standards. This is confirmed by a video showing the first 200 soldiers of the US Army Europe arriving in Bavaria on 6 March. While in Lombardy, only a few hundred kilometres away, more severe standards are in place, in Bavaria, where the first European outbreak of Coronavirus was noted, US soldiers just off the plane shook hands with German authorities and kissed the comrades without any masks. Spontaneous question – could they already be vaccinated against the Coronavirus?
Besides, we might ask ourselves what could be the purpose of « the largest deployment of US forces in Europe since the end of the Cold War », officially to « protect Europe from any potential threats » (with a clear reference to the « Russian menace »), at the moment when Europe is in crisis because of the threat of the Coronavirus (there is even one case at NATO headquarters in Brussels). And since the US Army Europe informs us that « movements of troops and equipment in Europe will last until July », we can only wonder if all of the 20,000 US soldiers will go back to their Homeland, or will some of them stay behind with their weapons. Could the Defender become the Invader of Europe?
Space Force Just Received Its First New Offensive Weapon
March 13, 2020 -
U.S. Space Force has begun operating a new offensive weapon system, an upgraded version of a ground-based satellite communications jamming system, for the first time in its short history. The first iteration of the Counter Communications System entered U.S. Air Force service in 2004 and the program has now gotten transferred to the newest branch of the American military.
The Space Force declared it had reached initial operational capability with the
Counter Communications System Block 10.2, or CCS B10.2, on Mar. 9. The Harris Corporation, which merged with L3 Technologies last year to form L3Harris Technologies,
had received the contract from the Air Force to develop this upgraded variant of the system in 2014.
In its first-ever budget request, for the 2021 Fiscal Year, Space Force asked for nearly $54.7 million in funds for research and development of "counterspace systems," including almost $50.5 million for continued work on the CCS program and just under $2 million for upgrades to Bounty Hunter. The remaining funds would support the development of a new and improved command and control architecture for counterspace capabilities. Details about all of these projects in the publicly available budget documents were extremely limited.
