Three water cannon bought and refurbished for more than £320,000 while Boris Johnson was London Mayor have been sold for £11,000.

The vehicles were bought by Mr Johnson as crowd-control weapons following the 2011 riots.

They were sold for £11,025 to Nottinghamshire-based Reclamations (Ollerton) Ltd who will dismantle them and export the parts.

Current Mayor Sadiq Khan said "we have managed to finally get rid of them".

The vehicles were bought by Mr Johnson from Germany in 2014 - before their use had been licensed on the UK mainland.

Then-Home Secretary Theresa May banned their use in riot situations in 2015, and later used the purchase to ridicule Mr Johnson in the Tory leadership race after David Cameron resigned.

They cost £322,000 to purchase second-hand and then refit. Costs included £32,004 for low emission zone compliance, £19,035 for re-painting, £3,109 for signage, and £970 for the fitting of radios and CD players.

Mr Khan said: "For too long, London taxpayers have had to bear the brunt of Boris Johnson's appalling botched water cannon deal. This has been another waste of taxpayers' money by Boris Johnson.

I been thinking about people going to houses and socialising. If you live in a private area I don't see an issue. Though if your on a street it only takes one nosy neighbour to cause issues for you. We all know right now there are lots of people willing to play the virtual police man. You know if people make complaints you will generate interest that you don't need! I would err on the side of caution for now it's a location thing and hopefully you have an idea about your neighbors.

There is no strict rule for not gathering at home. Yes, I always do my best to be "invisible" even that is much harder now.
I am always trying to tell the truth to my son. He sees these crazy times and he understands it is just a big brain wash. If I make him think with his head and always question everything, then I think I prepared him not to become a zombie when he gets older.

I see people make their children believe that a really dangerous virus attacked us and that we could die. Some friends told me that some people took their kids to a psychologist because all this brain programming affected the children so they started panicking and started having psychological problems.

We can be a stabilizing force with our children, keeping in mind the age, personality, and level of the child. Although it is easier said than done, paying particular attention to not only the words we use but also the delivery (tone, volume, pitch, gestures, expressions) becomes even more essential.

For example, it would be easy to express exasperation and frustration at the situation, with frowns and sighs, and loud hype in our voices: but this does nothing for the child, and only serves ourselves and the need to "vent". Listening attentively, and also watching attentively, the moods, actions, words, expressions of the children is more useful - in addition to asking them questions in a caring way. Only then we parents have a chance to affect, respond accordingly, properly care, and show true love.
(This is by the way more of a reminder to myself).

Fortunately many of us here on the Forum have been able to lay the groundwork with our children for many years (thank you Forum!), therefore this situation is easier to navigate as far as child-rearing is concerned. It is painful to watch what other families are doing, as you mentioned Konstantin, that kids are being unnecessarily frightened and showing signs of psychological problems.

O.k the first case i saw just now, in a street next to mine, i could watch it perfectly from my bedroom window.
2 police cars and 1 ambulance.
A foreign man was placed in the ambulance.
He was shouting and screaming (I think in Turkish) so nothing was wrong with his lung capacity, i think.
This man unfortunately could not handle the situation anymore i think.

I also just realized that you have to be extremely careful about expressing the truth against people personally.
They'll immediately declare you crazy, and think you're psychotic, and call the police, and you'll be taken to the insane asylum.

Just got a hunch this might have happened to this guy.
I think his own family called the cops on him.

I've been following social media on what's going on in Greece and Cyprus, and I have made some new "friends" who seem to not follow the official line.

One of the prominent speakers is a greek psychiatrist who is against the new measures and doesn't see the new virus as any real thread. He has been sharing articles and writing his own, trying to be a voice of reason amidst this craziness. The only thing he likes is that schools are closed because as he says, they were never good for anything anyway.

Along similar lines speaks out a coroner from Cyprus, who even dared mentioned in an interview to a state channel that he doesn't trust anything coming out of the WHO, as they have political agendas and are not putting the populations' health as their priority.

I see a lot of friends and family members starting to question things. Especially since the directives they get are along the lines of:

- Wear masks only if you are sick yourselves.
- Ok, but we don't know if we are infected or how to behave because you haven't tested us yet.
- Everyone should behave as if you are already infected, it is the best way to limit the spread of the virus.
- So we should all wear masks?
- No, wear masks only if you are infected!



So, a lot of gaslighting, plus over 3 weeks of confinement, plus the fear porn being fed to them everyday, people are starting to feel really angry. Some are misplacing this anger towards those who dare not following the guidelines, so proud would Stazi have been of them. I read of a mother in Greece who called the police on her own son who left the house without a good reason to do so and the young man got a fine of €5000!

Others are taking this anger and actually trying to look around and figure out what's really going on. I have been unpleasantly and pleasantly surprised to see, from the people in my social circle, who have turned out to be the Stazi informant and who the logical researcher who questions the orders from "above". It's been such an enlightening experience so far!

April 29th is one where that big (4 KM in diameter) asteroid (1998 OR2) is meant to pass by but it'll be quite far away to cause issues according to NASA.

It can be the case. The idea that "electric discharge when the comet gets close to the sun" sounds inspired from the mainstream astronomy where comets are believed to brighten as they get closer to the Sun because the temperature gets higher and the "dirty snowballs" melts, enriching its coma and tail with ice crystals (hence the brightness).

Numerous comets show that it doesn't happen exactly that way. For example comet Atlas showed unexpected and sudden dimming followed by unexpected and sudden brightening as its was approaching the Sun.

This brightness variations are explained by the fact that a comet brightness is caused by electric discharge (plasma glowing mode, like an arc welder), and this electric discharge is proportional to the electric potential difference between the comet and the surrounding space.

Here is an excerpt of Earth Changes and the Human Cosmic Connection that deals with this topic. It's focused on comet Ison but the principle of work apply to any comet:

The ISON fly-by near the Sun revealed two interesting pieces of data:
a.) It became dimmer as it approached the Sun;
b.) It didn’t disintegrate.

These two observations run contrary to the dirty snowball model. When an ‘icy comet’ gets closer to the Sun, it should become brighter (more evaporation, more gas jets) and it should eventually melt away. Neither happened, which makes sense in an electric universe.

As a matter of fact, during its solar fly-by a comet is subjected to a rather constant electric field (An electric field line define locations where the electric potential is the same. It’s similar to the altitude lines on a geographic map where every point of the line is at the same altitude.)

In the drawing below, we can see that ISON passed through different electric field lines (illustrated by the concentric circles +1, +2 ...) during its approach. As described previously, this electric potential difference between the comet and its surrounding space triggered solar flares, intense glowing, and raised ISON’s electric potential.

By the time ISON entered the solar vicinity (demarcated by the yellow concentric circle, the +4 region in the drawing), its potential would already have become quite positive. In addition, at this point it entered a region of rather constant electric potential.

Unlike its crossing of the electric field lines +1, +2 and +3, which it crossed almost perpendicularly, by the time it reached the +4 field line, its trajectory was almost parallel to it, meaning that the surrounding electric potential was almost constant.

As a result, ISON ‘had a breather’ and was subjected to reduced electric stress. Less electric difference between the comet and the surrounding space therefore produced less discharge, less glowing, and also less chance that the comet would disintegrate.

The above is only part of the story. Comets, because of their negative potential and the size of their ionized tail act like giant bug in a bug-zapper (the Solar system) triggering massive Solar flares and CMEs, which increase the brightness of the comet that triggered them.

I wrote to them yesterday ("STOP5G Croatia") asking what is going on with this petition and got the answer.

There is a LOT of work to be done on this if it will even get a CHANCE to be discussed in the EU parliament!

I think normal people will be destroyed in isolation. I think getting together with normal people is necessary for mental health.

Just received cancellation for tommorows dinner because partner of a person is very concerned and worried and thinks that it is d a n g e r o u s to meet, even if one week ago we were together all day long. Sad but new normal.

It happened that one year ago for the first time I stumbled into Laura's work, by sott and by correlation with Ark. I was very overwhelmed by this new perspective and went through different stages as year was passing by. I joined forum almost year ago rather in a panic mood and was trying to catch up and grasp, reading a lot but I was rather lost and self centered in all that. Also one year is a drop in the ocean if yopu think about needed Work and developing needed understanding and attitude. This all is rather topic for The Swamp which I'm developing in myself, but one of thoughts on that was that maybe I'm here in order to see it all as it is. That I get here in time to relate properly to your perspective and to stay sane by help offered by you all. Just part of the process. I'm enjoying if I'm in any way able to help to create power needed with the change, but with all the concerns I'm having about myself I don't think if I'm on any help. Anyway I'm grateful that it happened, that I joined and can look on things from this perspective. Always felt that there is something very wrong with the world as it is and couldn't find myself in it. It happened already that I'm able to read and I feel that it is a right way so doubting and wondering "where I would be without it" I think is in part unnecessary because I'm already here. No need to look back, maybe only for understanding mistakes, flaws and getting to know oneself better. So enjoying with bittersweet taste ;)

@etezete: I hear you but even if the PTB try to ignore this or shove it under the rug, it's brave and continued actions like this that start to pile up and thus add strength, visibility and momentum to a right and true cause, so that eventually our collective voices cannot be ignored anymore and the tide unavoidably starts turning into the direction of truth and objectivity.

Yesterday I went to a large clinic located in Toulouse area (Southwestern France).

The parking was pretty empty which is unusual:

I went first to the MRI department, the entrance was locked. The waiting room was totally empty, half the ceiling lights were off. There was only one staff member (usually there is a dozen). She did all the work (papers, infusion, operating the MRI machine...)

Then I walked in front of the emergency department, it was empty, no patient, no emergency cars, all I saw was nurses in front of the department chatting and smoking. Although this clinic is a COVID place with reanimation department, intensive cares. It does, in theory, treat COVID cases. Where are they? Nobody! Maybe they all are already dead



The sign reads "Emergency - Emergency car access". No traffic jam.


Empty emergency tents. While China builds an hospital in 10 days, France erects makeshift tents.



The other side of the emergency entrance. 5 crew chatting. One guy is smoking and has his mask down. He has to be denounced to the Kommandantur!

After that I went the Intensive Care Unit to thank the crew. It was empty. The crew was in the hallway chatting. When they saw me they freaked out.
A nurse went to me swiftly : "it's a COVID area here, you're not supposed to be here".
I replied "I didn't know, I brought you a present"
"I recognize you now" (I was wearing a mask). You have a present? What is it?"
" A box of chocolate"
"Okay, give me the box and leave"

I quickly left there "dangerous" area and went to the neurosurgery department. Same emptiness and nurses chatting. Same reprimanding about me wandering in the clinic. This time my chocolates were refused "we don't accept anything from outside".

Then I met a doctor that I knew. He told me that the clinic was indeed empty. He thought he got the virus two weeks ago, the symptoms were very mild. In his opinion, Southwestern France will be spared: "we dodged the epidemics".
