Needless to say that the scary statistics are made up of cases and not sick or dead people (same as in many other countries). What caught my attention - since we are pretty much a US colony (or Zionist territory) - that the minister said the peak of pressure on hospitals will be between November 3rd and 11th so that's when the restrictions will be hardest. The presidential election day in the US is November 3rd. Through the restriction the Czech government is probably creating space for some maneuvering, needs to see the outcome of the elections and act accordingly so they are locking the public down to control possible reaction to world events. Do you see a similar development in other countries? Preparing for the boiling point right after the US elections?

New Lockdown – Irish Government Agrees a Move to Level 5 for Six-weeks

Just this morning I decided to l listen to the first segment of a talkshow from the national broadcaster on Radio One. The presenter was a well known chat show host. I was curious about what the messaging to the nation was after news that the country is to be thrown in to a six-week lockdown at Level 5 (There's no level 6). The presenter was talking to his mother who was clearly distressed, like everyone was, after the announcement. Well, he said, at least the schools aren't closing, and then he announced he doesn't want to hear any, 'Yes, buts..". So everyone needs to focus on the 'good news'. He said it's not quite as 'dark' as the first shutdown. We're switching to winter time in a week so it'll be quite dark, mentally and season wise.
So this is it. Everyone needs to keep their chin up, do exactly what they're told and, after this lockdown, we'll be fine. Or maybe we won't. Today it was announced that 2021 will have various levels of restrictions. So…we won't be fine then?!?

No more flag waving, no more singing on the terraces, no more clapping 'frontline workers', no more tweeting about the gardening we were able to do while stuck at home. That card has been played already. Fines are now going to be introduced for non-compliance. They've dispensed with 'the appeal to people's common sense' and now it's the stick. Oh, and they're really distressed that 150,000 people (from a population of 5 million) are going to lose their jobs tomorrow. Really, really distressed
