Hm interesting, to my mind this indicates a disruption in the food supply chain in the Southern parts of our globe,. I wonder what will happen when it comes to the winter months in the Northern Hemispheres.

No mention of migrant workers in Canada, harvesting crops, which are dependent on cheap workers from the Carib4ean and South America, for harvesting and planting for the winter season. As I understand, during the season, they can obtain enough money, to provide for their families to see them through another season of crop harvesting. Very few Canadian workers are interested in this back braking work. I am reminded of Steinbeck referring to them as "Wet Backs".

With the unpredictable weather patterns, and the political dramas playing out, does not bode well for either the crop pickers, the farmers or we as consumers of "commercially" grown poducts. .

I didn't realize how immersed in the fear and worry of the vaccine apocalypse I'd become until I attended a Reiki session and the practitioner noted that I had a built up energetic structure, (I can't remember her words exactly), surrounding vaccines and being afraid. -And she asked if I'd like her to remove it.

I said, "Yes please!"

She did something which I didn't recognize as a Reiki technique, (I believe she is in addition to the standard Reiki stuff, also a psychic and energy worker of sorts. Everybody who legitimately works in the field of energy healing seems to have a different suite of abilities.), and the change was almost immediate.

Ever since, now a couple of months ago, my persistent, mood-altering anxieties surrounding vaccines are gone, replaced instead by regular interest and my normal concerned reactions when I receive bad news. -Which can be quite extreme, but they are temporary and useful, allowing me to recognize a given threat and then return to a calm state of mind in which to address it. Even now, I am fully aware of the vaccine problem, but instead of living in constant anxiety, I have formed plans to deal with it and remain in a state of relaxed readiness.

-Where before, I used to wake up with my head full of crippling fear and doubt, and now I.., just don't.

All of which is to say that sometimes it is useful to seek outside help in addressing our internal states. We can't do it all alone.

Mount Carmel requiring all employees to get COVID vaccine or face discipline, including possible firing​

Mount Carmel Health will require all of its nearly 12,000 employees, clinical staff and volunteers to get vaccinated for COVID-19, becoming the first hospital system in the Columbus area to do so.

Employees who refuse to be vaccinated could face disciplinary action or even be fired, though Mount Carmel CEO Lorraine Lutton told The Dispatch on Thursday that she hopes it doesn't come to that. Some employees may be exempt due to a medical issue or religious objection.

"We believe strongly that the vaccines are safe and the science is clear that the vaccines save lives," Lutton said.

Roughly 25% of hospital system's staff still unvaccinated​

Managers within Mount Carmel will have until Aug. 24 to get vaccinated while other employees could have until the end of the year, said Dr. Mark Herbert, an infectious disease specialist with the health care provider. Employees will be required to submit the dates of their vaccinations to the health system.

"Hundreds of thousands of patients a year trust us with their care," Lutton said. "They deserve to know when their loved ones come through our doors that we've done everything we can to reduce their risk of exposure to COVID."

Columbus Public Health supports Mount Carmel's move to require vaccinations, said spokeswoman Kelli Newman. The mandate, Newman said, has a precedent as most hospitals require employees to get the influenza vaccine to prevent disease and improve health and safety.

Although the virus has receded from its winter peak, both Lutton and Herbert said now is the time to get vaccinated as variants threaten to elongate the pandemic.

In particular, the Delta variant, first identified in India, is of grave concern, Herbert and Lutton said. The variant now accounts for more than half of new COVID-19 cases in the U.S., according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

But the vaccines available in the U.S. are considered effective at preventing serious illness, hospitalization and death from the Delta variant of COVID-19.

"The Delta variant is certainly on everyone's mind, but our public health experts and researchers have said the vaccines we have work," Herbert said.

Other central Ohio hospitals may consider requiring COVID vaccine​

Mount Carmel is the only central Ohio hospital system to require COVID-19 vaccinations so far, though it may not be the last.

Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center strongly encourages employees to get vaccinated but does not require the shot, spokeswoman Marti Leitch said via email.

The medical center will reassess whether to require the jab if the Food and Drug Administration grants full approval of the vaccine as expected this summer. The FDA granted temporary emergency authorization of the shots in December.

OhioHealth does not require the shot, spokeswoman Katie Logan said via email.

OhioHealth plans to monitor regulatory changes and requirements and make changes if needed, Dr. Genevieve Messick, medical director of OhioHealth Associate Health and Wellness said in a prepared statement. OhioHealth continues to educate its workers on the benefits of the vaccine and how it will help end the pandemic, Messick said.

Mount Carmel's requirement comes from the top down as its parent company, Trinity Health, will require all of its employees to get vaccinated. The Michigan-based company has 123,000 employees across 90 hospitals and 100 locations for continuing care in 22 states, according to its website.

"I'm very proud and excited about this news," Herbert said. "I think that this will show people that really in health care and in science there is no reluctance today. This is the right step."

Although Mount Carmel is the first hospital in the Columbus area to require employees get inoculated, it follows others around the country.

A Houston hospital system required all employees to get vaccinated for COVID-19 by June 7. After the deadline, 153 employees resigned or were fired for failing to get the shots, a spokesperson for Houston Methodist Hospital system told The Associated Press at the time.

In mid-June, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit that had been filed by 117 employees over the Houston hospital's requirement.

At least four St. Louis health systems have begun to require COVID-19 vaccines, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Maryland's largest hospital systems, including Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, have also required the immunization, The Baltimore Sun reports.

Although it's still early, Herbert said he thinks nearly every hospital will require employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine, as they do the annual flu shot.

"I expect that this is going to be a very common implementation. ...This seems to be a very logical next step," Herbert said. "We're looking forward to the day when we can dispense with our masks and this may be a step in that direction."

The writing's on the wall - and yeah, want to get rid of masks . . . then all must be vaxxed! And the Republican majority Senate is apparently OK with requiring mandated vax of workers:

A last-minute maneuver by the Ohio Senate blocked a bill that would have prevented employers from requiring employees be vaccinated if the shot hasn't received full U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval.

Ohio Senate President Matt Huffman, R-Lima, didn't comment on the last-minute change, but he's been an outspoken critic of the House's attempts to legislate conditions of employment (like vaccinations) for private businesses.

And Republican Gov. Mike DeWine has consistently said he opposes legislation that discourages vaccination or prevents businesses from keeping their employees safe.

"The vaccine has been scientifically vetted and is currently saving lives," said Rep. Beth Liston, a Dublin Democrat and physician. "This amendment would be harmful to our health and our communities.”

Such blatant lying about the vax safety, efficacy, and saving lives! I really feel the negative effect of this constant lying upon my consciousness!

The local hospital in my city, a suburb of Columbus, is a Mt. Carmel hospital. And all the hospitals, dentists, doctor offices are still requiring masks of patients along with list of questions as to possible exposure, temperature taking, plexiglass dividers. Wishful thinking to believe these changes are ever going to go away - and quite likely that mandatory vax for everyone is on the horizon. I'm bothered most by likely vax mandate for children come fall as well as continued mask requirement. Parents went along before - doubt they'll object again. I see more than a few parents with kids in masks in shops and elsewhere. Truly, I believe it will take bodies dropping right and left before the sheeple finally comprehend the deadliness of these shots.

Whatever is in the jabs, they are desperate to get it into people. The recent presentations from that Dr Martin to Fuellmich states these jabs aren't vaccines but bioweapons. I don't know if it was here but now I'm seeing that they think it has things put in it to suppress certain other proteins in your body such that the chances of getting cancer is increased. Apparently they are hiding all these additional modifications through compartmentalisation in the production and design of the vaccines. They are also not disclosing a lot of the ingredients too. Have people seem the videos of people shining UV light on their injection sites and it lighting all up including some of the surrounding veins?
