That guy looks an awful lot like Benjamin Fulford... unless my eyes are deceiving me.
Edit: If you search, Benjamin Fulford, earthquake machine, his name pops up down the list.
I think this guy is lying to sell us his HAARP theory. He also does not show objective evidence that the Japanese Minister said what he says he said.
Now, the Cs have previously stated that HAARP is/was for Mind control and a "Project to apply EM wave theories to the transference of perimeters."
Now we need to understand that perimeter refers to the edge. Edge as a conceptual framework or a prison for the mind, but also to hide something behind the perimeter or controlled invisibility
It seems that HAARP is used by MIC more to hide bases and weaponry than to provoke earthquakes, for that they would have another weapon possibly based on HAARP discoveries but not HAARP itself.
It would be very interesting to know what was the scope of the Atlantean crystals beyond mind control.
The Cs have also suggested that some crystals are still active and indirectly cause earthquakes but this is technology that is not understood by the powers that be.
Could we speculate that the powers that be may cause a cataclysm in their quest to conquer such technology?
In this point in time, there is no need to speculate much. We need to be prepared to their findings/trials.... To the people, us; will be just colateral damage.

And thanks for the quotes, Puma. I didn't mean to suggest that HAARP was used for weather control - just the possibility that the Americans really did threaten the Japanese, and that Fulford jumped to the conclusion that it was HAARP. But as you write, it's probably more likely that he made it up as support for the HAARP theory.

In the following video discussion Matthew Ehret does a bit of a deepdive into the earthquake forecaster who's often mentioned in this thread (i.e. post here).
From memory, Ehret basically briefly talks about the theory behind it - planetary alignments, plasma - the scientific papers that support the theory, and how the forecaster has a number of hits under his belt.
It mainly interested me because imo Ehret is a smart guy, has a decent body of work himself, and it sounds like he's taken a bit of time to verify the forecasters theory and work.
For anyone interested in that kind of thing, i'd recommend it. 30 mins:

Last Sunday, I lapsed in posting for the weekly update which wasn't that impressed with the highest being M6.0
This week saw a lot of activity, with 2 M7 (M7.8 and M7.5) and 3 M6. All of them in Turkey.
In the usual area, there were 0 out of 182 earthquakes worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 1551 out of 2015 quakes of all sizes.
Percentage: 76.9%
