Éiriú-Eolas - Breathing Program

During Monday's EE session I had a few episodes of sobbing starting during the 3 stage breathing and ending in the Ba-ha. I zoned out during the middle of the ba-ha and into the POTS and came to at the end. I think the crying came from a feeling of being stagnated and wanting to progress. I felt better afterward but I've still been very fatiqued lately as others on the forum have reported.

A lot of folks here have also mentioned feeling fatigued, sad and anxious, even with lots of sleep. I wonder if the the quick succession of eclipses has something to do with it. I went though a similar couple of sessions before the first solar eclipse. We've had one every two weeks since June 1 (solar), followed by June 15 (lunar) and coming up, July 1 (solar). It's a fairly rare sequence. Throw Elenin into the mix and things are bound to get a little squirrely. There's always HAARP to consider too. :/

I did a full EE yesterday, the first one in a long time. The weather was a big influence as we have had some beautiful sunny winter days these last few days, prior to that it was rain and greyness almost every day for weeks. I went into a real slump and just wanted to keep warm and cosy.

My first attempts at EE about 18 months ago were a slow build up, trying to co-ordinate all the breathing techniques, then the first complete full EE was very hard going as my nose went very cold during beatha, and towards the end my face tickled, then my legs started to become restless, so I decided to break it down into 3 parts over the course of a couple of days.

Then I got quite lazy and it became hit and miss, but now I think and hope I am on track for regular practice.

Lots of in and outs this last time. I wanted to sleep so badly, but after I fall unconsciously sleep I didn't want to sleep. Kinda fun.

Today I had some kind of weird variation of time. After the last line of POTS, and before the phrase Laura says a few minutes later ''DCM bless you all'', there was a lapse of time that seemed to have lasted much, much longer than other times. As though the time stretched on.

I am curious about the sounds in the background? There are noises that are similar to a fax machine, or something, and other types of sounds that could just be a squeaky chair. Could this have anything to do with the positive spin that the c's have put into the recording?

I'm pretty sure that's Laura's abacus, used for counting repetitions.
Ahh, like the "bracelets", it sounds like it could be a lotta things. thanks for clearing that up. I guess we wouldn't be able to perceive any type of good energy, or sound that the c's put into it, if any?

Well, perhaps it is very easy to perceive it? Just listen to Laura's voice! ;)
Hello again,

I am still having difficulty with understanding the Beathea portion of EE. I should have spoken up some time ago because I did not feel clear on the answers given to me, but the fear program had a hold of me, so I did not. My question is still about the volume of air taken in during the breathing segment
In addition to previous responses given, I offer the reminder that a main feature of the Beatha is that it’s round breathing, i.e., no pausing between inhaling and exhaling.

It's not necessarily the amount of breath but the continuous breathing that's most effective.

For me, wet eyes and zoning out continue, this week, especially on Thursday with very wet-eyes, yawning and a runny nose during three-stage pipe breathing, with zoning out in Beatha and again in PotS.

Now, interestingly, Louise Hay suggests that a runny nose is about asking for help, about inner crying.

Because of work I've only been able to do the meditation once a week for the past month or so, but have been able to do it in a group of about 2 to 3 people when I can. It's been a good experience in sharing the program with friends, and a little group is starting to form. Hopefully this will remain constant, and I will be able to go back to doing the program on the scheduled days. I don't know if I'm hesitant to do it twice a week because of some inner issues as well though, because it was never a problem before.

Anecdotal evidence supporting this could be the typical runny-nosed kid, who needs a hug and cleaning up.

I do a lot of hiking in the mountains on the weekends, and I have just started listening to POTS on my ipod while I am hiking and it is quite soothing to the soul.

I call that double soothing - hiking in the mountains and PotS, what a great combination.

Yesterday I zoned out twice. The first one for a few seconds. The second one led to falling asleep for 2 hours. This was during POTS, after complete EE session.

Ya, I liked her voice before though. :D
