The Living Force
Brief update:
Having a hard time doing the EE due to allergies and asthma. The weather is very steamy, hot, and basically like stepping outside into a wet dishrag. I can't go outside at all without breathing problems. When I can, I listen to POTS. Right now I'm working on getting inflammation down. I've had success eating plain white rice and grilled chicken breasts to treat some of the ickier allergy reactions. I'll try the DMSO come Monday...I want to be sure the icky stuff is over with first. ;)
For the DMSO, I'm going to start with a half teaspoon in large glass of water, and do that once a day for three days. If it goes well, I'll go up to one teaspoon for another three days, then stop. I'll report back when I can. :)

(maybe because of the allergies that I have) .

). I notice a difference in the effectiveness of EE when coupled with diet and reading. There have been times when I've felt a pressure in one area or another and within half an hour of doing some reading I felt a definite shift. While it may not have cleared up completely, there was some movement enegy wise.
) I realized I wasn't doing a full, deep breathe in and out while doing Ba-ha, only just following the count and maybe hitting 60-80% of my full in-breathe capacity. But last week, I did full breathes in and out during that portion, and I zoned in and out.
