Okay thanks!! another question, what time of the day is better for the meditation? i do sometimes the beatha part during the day and the meditation part at night before sleep! but sometimes i do the meditation part without listening to Laura, i do it with the instructions and praying the prayer of the soul in my mind!
In general, reciting, or listening to PotS last thing at night before sleep sets your mind up for activity whilst you sleep. Also, from a body perspective, the afternoon is better for physical activity - ideal muscle co-ordination (2.30), fastest reaction (3.30),and greatest cardiovascular efficiency (5.00). This would then suggest that meditation in either the morning or evening may be optimal. Experiment and see what works best for you, personally.
