If a university officially discriminated against black, Latino, or Native American applicants, there would be major consequences. If a university officially discriminated against white or Asian American applicants, it's legal and just another day at hahvard.
Harvard And Yale Under Continued Fire For Discrimination Against White, Asian Applicants
by Tyler Durden

Harvard and Yale are set to respond this week to a series of legal challenges accusing them of racial bias against Asian and White applicants during the admissions process, according to Bloomberg.

The universities will respond to two of those challenges to 'race-conscious admissions,' while two more make their way through the legal system against other universities. The controversy could make it all the way to the Supreme Court, which ruled over 40 years ago in its Bakke decision that race is a valid factor in creating a diverse student body.

While the decision has been reaffirmed over the years, it's possible that the 'conservative' majority Supreme Court will strike Bakke down.

"Sandra Day O’Connor basically opined that we could have another 20 years or 25 years of affirmative action programs, but that they would not go on forever," said conservative Linda Chavez, chairman of the Center for Equal Opportunity. "And yet we do see them going on forever," she added.

O'Connor speculated in 2003 that the race-based consideration wouldn't go on 'forever.' 17-years later, it's still happening.

"We’re now talking about kids who are getting into college on the basis of some racial or ethnic preference who are the grandchildren of people who first got those preferences."

The Justice Department has threatened to sue Yale unless it agrees to stop considering race. “Unlawfully dividing Americans into racial and ethnic blocs fosters stereotypes, bitterness, and division,” the government wrote to the university in August. Yale, which has vowed to “vigorously defend” a process “endorsed repeatedly by the Supreme Court,” is due to respond this week.

On Wednesday, Harvard goes before a federal appeals court over a case that it engages in “racial balancing” by holding Asian-American applicants to a higher standard than other minority groups. Harvard denies discriminating and won the case in federal district court last fall. -Bloomberg

The Harvard suit and two other pending lawsuitsagainst the University of North Carolin and the University of Texas were brought by activist Edward Blum - a longtime foe of affirmative action and founder of Students for Fair Admissions. The Justice Department filed in the Harvard case in support of the group, claiming that the school's admissions process is "infected with racial bias."

Making a review by the Supreme Court even more likely is that there are now four challenges in four states against both public and private universities, meaning that conflicting rulings from different appeals courts would call for the higher court's opinion.

"That’s what they want," said Audrey Anderson, former general counsel at Vanderbilt University. "They want it to go to the Supreme Court because the justices who upheld affirmative action are not on the court anymore."

Amid the flurry of court papers, a July study by the Education Trust, which advocates for educational opportunities for disadvantaged students, found that African Americans and Latinos continue to be underrepresented at 101 of the country’s top public universities and that their representation has even regressed in many instances over the past two decades.

“I know that there’s folks who are against affirmative action, of all backgrounds,” who believe “that we are there, and it’s not needed, and maybe there’s even some over-representation or over-emphasis on race that we need to correct for,” said Tiffany Jones, senior director of education policy at the Trust. That perception, she said, “is contradicted by the data and the research and the information about who has access to higher education.” -Bloomberg

Last year, US District Judge Allison Burroughs found that Harvard didn't set quotas or give undue consideration to race when reviewing applicants, and instead weighed race as one of over 200 factors which includes socioeconomic background, areas of study and letters of recommendation, according to the report.

Blum, on the other hand, says that the evidence in the Harvard case "compellingly proved Harvard’s systematic discrimination against Asian-American applicants," and that "We assert the district court erred in its analysis of this evidence and, surprisingly, virtually ignored Harvard’s own internal studies" that he says showed bias.

Black Lives Matter Founder Admits to Not Just Marxist Beliefs but Occultist Practices
Cullors echoes the sentiments of Abdulla. “It’s a very important practice…literally almost resurrecting a spirit so they can work through us to get the work that we need to get done,” said Cullors, one of the three founders of BLM. “I started to feel personally connected and responsible and accountable to them, both from a deeply political place, but also from a deeply spiritual place.”
“When we say the names, right, so we speak their names, we say her name, say their names, we do that all the time that, you kind of invoke that spirit, and then those spirits actually become present with you,” she explained, revealing something that virtually none of the “useful idiots” attending BLM rallies understand.

Well well, it really is a spiritual war. The Devil is building his army.

“When we say the names, right, so we speak their names, we say her name, say their names, we do that all the time that, you kind of invoke that spirit, and then those spirits actually become present with you,” she explained, revealing something that virtually none of the “useful idiots” attending BLM rallies understand.

Calling them useful idiots speaks volumes about the mindset of these people. They just see them as pawns for their goal.

Some researchers claim that their icon, Karl Marx also practised occultism and that he was a follower of Satan. I don't know if it's true but the following qoutes of him are creepy to say the least.

That's interesting. It's not necessarily an occultist practice though, and it goes back to more ancient ancestor veneration that likely held some benefit when used for the right connections. That's what I was getting at below:

What is highly disturbing in the current unfolding of events is how people are actively aligning with and making martyrs out of 'everyday' rapists, pedophiles, and drug addicts. I think this potentially relates to how our unconscious connects with others, as the same mechanism that can connect with our ancestors for strength can also be used to connect with those having a criminal nature to weaken people's character and amplify the STS orientation.

There may be a very real phenomenon tied to 'saying their names' in reverence. Now some, like Brianna Taylor, were decent people who got caught in bad situations. It was a crime that she was shot and killed. But it was also the result of bad 'no knock' warrant policies and not because of 'racism'. When we look at the recent 'heroes' and 'martyrs' - George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks, or Jacob Blake - these guys were criminals and dead beats. Did they 'deserve to die'? No. More likely they just deserved to be locked up. In any case, they're not the kind of spirits you want to invoke!

The channeling of spirits is not an occult practice?

Renaissance, please check in with Officer Tatum's Youtube videos on these police actions, especially on the Breonna Taylor case.

Given Tatum's background as an ex-police officer, he's able to access and understand how to read police reports (many of which are leaked to him) to give knowledgeable context to these incidents.

On the Tatum video I linked to below, especially significant is the first point he makes since it reveals the agenda behind the MSM version of the story. As per the evidence (and you can look up all of his videos on Breonna Taylor since there are a number of them), the police conducted a "knock warrant," not a "no knock warrant." Nevertheless, given we have no free press in this country, and no real investigative reporting going on except for private people on Youtube, etc., elected officials in Kentucky used the disinfo being served up in the MSM to justify outlawing no knock warrants (as per the Breonna Taylor Law), which, as Tatum points out again and again, will lead to more violent outcomes not less. As per Tatum's commentary, if a no knock warrant HAD been used in this instance it would very likely have saved this woman's life since the boyfriend would not have been prepared to shoot the policemen coming in.

Tatum goes into some detail in these videos about his own experiences with no knock warrants -- when they are used, and why they AVOID violent, deadly confrontations with known (heavily surveilled), armed assailants.

As per Breonna Taylor's rap sheet (dating back to 2016), which you can peruse at Tatum's new website, tatumreport.com, she was "thigh high deep in criminal activity," to quote Tatum, and was by no means an innocent bystander in this case. In fact, she was on the warrant, as was her house and her vehicle.

Retired CIA officer sends dire warning to America: The Left’s Marxist revolution isn’t concerned about who wins the November election
Retired CIA officer Sam Faddis, who spent decades undercover working in the Middle East and South Asia — and who has seen such revolutions unfold — writes in a column published by Revolver News that what’s happening across our country is nothing new. It’s a script that’s been used over and over again by Marxists, Leninists and Communists to gain power since the violent creation of the Soviet Union in the ashes of World War I.
He says if President Trump wins, his victory will be declared illegitimate and the mob will continue its assault on our institutions and our security and freedom. If Joe Biden wins, they will look at him as their puppet and accelerate the revolution; if he refuses to go along, he will be discarded as well.

“This is not about reform. It is about revolution, and revolutions don’t care about elections,” Faddis concludes.
This seems similar to what is happening in Portland. Antifa tried to burn down the mayor's condo building as he's not radical enough. The general public was surveyed and gave him about a 63% disapproval rate largely based on his not dealing with the riots. He may very well lose to an Antifa candidate in November, who likely will find herself in the same position.

It's been several years since I've heard anything from G Edward Griffin and it's like discovering him for the first time. He has so much more to share besides his book "Creature from Jekyll Island". His talk here of communism creeping into the US could have been spoken today instead of 1969. Everything he describes is happening now. This section begins with how the black people are used.

Nucifera's quote above is a sync.

Newt Gingrich nails why US cities are experiencing so much chaos in this interview with Fox News. It gets super awkward!

Oddly enough, there was this article also from Fox News posted on SOTT that gives a good overview of exactly this situation of District Attorneys being put in office who are (paid) far-left activists who are basically pro-criminal and anti-citizen, and at the helm of fomenting disorder:

District attorneys backed by Soros join fray in clash with police

Isn't that odd and awkward! I first started watching Fox after Trump was elected because they had truthful and scathing coverage of what the Dems where doing and I totally agreed with them. At that time I was very surprised to find how much they had covered the scourge of Soros over the years by looking at archived videos. Now, its changed apparently. The station has been taken over by Rupert Murdoch's children and they are noticeably moving to the left in spite of their large viewership of those on the right and Trump supporters. No more talk of Soros I guess and they're losing their base. I've heard a lot of people have moved to One America News.

Off topic:
Here is an informative clip about the impassioned effort to recall Gov. Newsom. One woman said what happens in California infects the rest of the country and it needs to be stopped there. Send money to help get rid of this guy and take California back!!! They're short on money since everyone's so heavily taxed and all their businesses have gone to hell.
