cassiopaea raid thread

Post dr3k Today at 1:10 am

So, wanna pretend like you're a *REAL* Anonymous faggot? Wanna be a NOT USELESS faggot? Let's destroy Cassiopaea together.

www.cassiopaea.org/forum is where they talk, idiot is what they discuss

Their leader "Laura Jedi-Moonwalker Hairface" is the old ass butterface moonbat that runs the cult. She's a lulzcow and is originally from the USA but had to flee to France like most cowards who can't afford to go to Canada.

Download "Elite Proxy Switcher" https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/elite-proxy-switcher/

Assemble Gore/Spam kit

The forum is REALLY -flicking- slow so assemble five or six sections of images at once and then hit post (wait for it to post though)

You will have to find your own gore though, I suggest the Al Gore kind but there are other kinds too which are good (including dead bodies!)

DOX THE MOTHER FUCKERS

Assemble lists of -bad people- from the site whose names are COMPLETELY uncommon and Google their names, their AIMs their SNs their e-mails whatever you can get. Connect it to the cult and spam their RL information ALL OVER the mother -flicking- site. Call their neighbors with Google Voice and tell them their neighbor is a member of a cult and they shouldn't give them money and should let them die in the next Hurricane Irene.

Send them IRL rage:

Send them Free Boxes
Send them free Mormons
Send them free Jesus
Send them free terrorists

I'd really like to know what Anonymous stands for and against? Or is it just general rage that destroys for the fun of it?

Just putting this out there: I had my email hacked this morning, never happened before. My email address has been spamming my entire mailing list all morning. Anyone else experiencing any "fun?" Not saying that I am certain it is related, but sure seems like a lovely coincidence.

I really do appreciate those that have come here sincerely open to discourse from other groups (even if originally arriving to troll), but as Giray Kahn pointed out below, a thousand arrows pointing in their own direction subject to the winds of force of the whole means that even though some folks are "playing nice," we aren't out of the water when it comes to potential nuisances like these...

I just don't get it.

Very strange. Just after I made the last post, I checked my email and found the following from the "WhatIsThePlan" forum sent to me by a correspondent:

Yeah, this thread 'disappeared' pretty quickly after it started.

However, here is an enlightening post from the other link given, _http://www.whatis-theplan.org/t14226-expert-trolling-on-cassiopaea-forum

I doubt Telemachos is retaining enough tact in this situation to mention that fact. It's awful that our site is being linked in with the unfortunate abuse of this woman and her family.

Tripfag had posted personal info about this woman and her family. This included pics and phone number.

That portion was sent to /b/ but it should had been immediately deleted. I had to pm Hijaqk about this and finally saw it was deleted.

Despite Tripfag's doxing, Tripfag was not banned.

And then the reply from Nightingale: "I'll discuss this with the other moderators. Thanks for bringing this to my attention."

So as far as I can tell, that thread isn't any longer available to be viewed to non-mods or admins on that site.

As one of the first random members to be targeted on the above 'raid' thread, I was kind of expecting e-mail harassment of some sort (it's super easy to figure out my e-mail address).

But in reality, only mostly incorrect info was posted about me, and while I've been keeping a close eye on my affairs the last few days, nothing unusual to report. Sorry to hear you got hacked though, whether it be coincidence or not!

I'm willing to bet most of them can still out run a cop, or at least give the pig a run for his money. These days the donut eating goon could just jog along behind me and wait for me to keel over from a heart attack.
:rotfl:

Tell me about it! Do you feel too that policemen and bus drivers are getting younger and younger every day? :whlchair:

Joking aside and speaking for myself, I am sure that if it wasn't for Cassiopaea and related locations of networking I would surely have been with Anon by now, a sentiment that I'd imagine would be shared by quite a few people on this forum.

The thing is though, who is the 'better' activist? The one who runs around continually searching for external targets to attack under the banner of 'activism' or the one who gets on quietly with what on the surface appears to be a normal life but has within herself rejected literally EVERYTHING that we have ever been taught, teetering on the sheer edge of the hole of what looks like a VERY large rabbit? I am with the latter and this is why I'm here and not with Anon. But I do have to emphasise the fact that I am here out of my own free will, which spiritual darned 'organ' has led me by the nose to a stage of my life where I want (nay need) to network with other people who also want to find out exactly what the heck is going on here...

Anon are not strangers to me and I do get what they are about. Others on this forum obviously feel the same, which is why the mods here reacted as they did: with common sense, hospitality and humor.

You're comparing apples and oranges - and that's really not helpful at this point. This forum has nothing to do with what Anon does so these types of comparisons, if even hypothetical or in jest, are unhelpful, to put it mildly.

Yeah, I am thinking it isn't a big deal, but it certainly has been a hassle for ALL of my contacts this morning. Seriously glad to be able to view this whole thing as a very valuable lesson. Thanks for the kind words.

Hi SethianSeth,

Reading through http://www.whatis-theplan.org/t14226p15-expert-trolling-on-cassiopaea-forum I received a certain impression that certain apprentice hotheads with more verve than common sense tried to raise some kind of co-ordinated attack against Cassiopaea but were overruled by more sensible mods such as Nightingale. However, she did say

Do it for the lulz if need be...

as if she could stop them

In short, it doesn't seem like we will be under a co-ordinated 'official' attack but a few of these hotheads will do what they can as a small group or on their own, which is what seems to have happened to you, unfortunately.

I'd recommend that everyone on this forum change their various passwords ASAP...

FYI, one impression I've gained from reading various Anon boards is that like any (semi) random sampling of a given population they too have quite a large percentage of pathologicals, bullies and riffraf who only want to be part of an attack, no matter who or what is being attacked. The mods, who seem to be more sensible (or maybe older :)) seem to tolerate these pathologicals as a necessary evil, maybe as front-line shock troops or cannon fodder but know that they are not and can never be 'under control', UNLESS they are part of a mutually agreed and 'official' attack. I'd imagine that a few more people on this forum will get their accounts hacked but ultimately these hotheads will get fed up and will find something more exciting to attack, because that's what they do... In the meantime I'd like to think that our Anon guests will continue to network with us, at least for a little bit longer as I think we all find this contact fascinating :)

You're right anart, sorry about that. I was trying to emphasise the fact that I am here of my own free will and why but I should have put it in fairer and more objective terms than that...

Edit: grammar

Why are you asking over 3,000 people to change upwards of 15,000+ passwords? Do you know something we don't regarding the safety of our personal and private information?

This just seems like an odd request, unless there is something I'm missing here.

Hi Jason, as we seem to be up against hopefully small but real attacks by a few individuals who have extensive computer knowledge I thought it would be a good precaution. When I said 'everyone on this forum' I actually meant 'everyone on this thread' but my fingers typed something else. Apologies...

I agree, basically the Internet is a big bowl of fruits with many different flavors ;D

I see SOTT.net as activism for old people. We're all doing what we can, with what we've got to work with. I've watched some of the Anon videos where they go bounding through the streets, leapfrogging trashcans and twirling around lampposts while they pass out leaflets.

I suppose I envy them in a way, but the reality is that the only way I'm ever going to go spinning around the street like that is if a truck hits me in a crosswalk.

What I can do is sit here and do research in the hope that SOTT can use it to write a story that will seriously chafe the behind of some corporate monster. There are MANY different ways to expose evil, and I think they're ALL good!

There is no "competition" between literary activism and the more physical forms of protest...or at least there shouldn't be.

As someone who does have extensive computer knowledge, it is generally accepted that simply changing all of your passwords out of misplaced fear, will not increase one's cyberspace security. There are many places you can go to read up on how to be 'as secure as possible' on the net, including various threads in this forum.

I would not recommend a distracting, fear inducing, and time wasting procedure like that to everyone, and if something like that ever became necessary, I'm sure the site admin or techies here would let everyone know. Unless, like I said, you know something about the situation that isn't already common knowledge.

For those that been hacked please get AVIRA anti virus or Microsoft Security Essentials, both free. Update the definitions in the program.

To get rid of the trojan viruses that are hard to remove, reboot the computer and keep hitting F8 right before the windows boot screen comes on. Choose safe mode, and in there run your scan (safe mode undoes any start up programs and extra drivers).

I know sometimes passwords are hacked, but usually the easiest way they do this is through a trojan program where they can store what you are typing.

Yes. Giray Khan the Brave - best chill out a bit. People should, as normal practice, change passwords every once in a while - no need to get hysterical over this thread. Maybe take a break from the internet for a while? You seem to be thinking with your emotions so a break is usually a good idea. You're also not exactly contributing valuable input to this thread.

Hi Jason, all I know is that the moderator of an Anon board told some people to "Do it for the lulz if need be..." which was enough to get me to change my passwords and recommend others on this thread to do the same. I know that there is very little that can be done against a determined hacker but a stronger password than the one I already had would be tougher to crack (should they be using that method of entry) and would at least slow down a potential attack or even prevent a slow and unenthusiastic one. I honestly apologise to everyone that my attempt to get others to take precautions came across as distracting and fear inducing... it was not my intention.
