I fixed the sound on both clips (it had voice on one channel and music on the other - now both is on both).

But I didn't want to re-upload them on YouTube as I am pretty happy with the amount of views.
So I uploaded them on vimeo instead. I think it is also a good idea to have the videos in more than place.

I forgot to mention but you can do an "audioswap" on YouTube that won't affect your views. That feature is in place mostly to give people an opportunity to replace copyrighted music without having to take down the whole video and start from scratch.

Thank you. I'll look into it. :)

Great work and good luck with raising the money !

Only thing I saw and imo the black & white sequences seem to be a bit underexposed and grainy.

That footage is from a shoot from 2.5 years ago and we had exposure problems. We had no money which meant no lights (or not enough lights) in a dark room and no proper monitor to check what we where recording. To hide the mistake we made it even more grainy to give it a "rough" feel, make it appear like 16mm.
For the new Documentary I have to reshoot those people unfortunately. But then again, the focus will be different now, so I would have to reshoot them regardless.

I also uploaded the full Kickstarter Pitch-Video on Vimeo and Youtube (including trailer and my appeal to pledge), here:

Yes, this is useful with the commentary before and after the main content - thanks!

Fifth Way,

if you reach your goal you will have the rare opportunity to make a documentary that makes a real difference.
with all the knowlege this network has gathered and the skills people here have this could become one of the most important
documentaries about Psychopathy yet made.

we have a lot of very talented people here in this forum including those who made great documentaries for example Spiral Out and de-tached.
with all that knowlege combined this could become a documantary wich is both watchable and attractive for a wide audience and also very knowledgable and helpful for a lot of people and a chance to wake people up.

I appreciate what you are saying. Some on this forum know that I am working on this since quite a while and other members where involved back then, which is when we shot the interviews that you see in the trailer. The focus at "headquarters" shifted as EE was rolled out and my own life became increasingly complicated with my unfolding divorce struggle that fortunately has now been conclude. This is what I wanted to do for a long time and the general law did its best to keep me from it. But this is my focus now and I sure hope I can get the budget together. The idea is a bit frightening to say the least but so far we had a good start. Lets hope we can keep it up and make the Kickstarter campaign a successes.

Thank you Pashalis for your encouragement. :D

Found this: _http://bctp.datasenter.no/?page_id=4 Which looks supremely useful.

There's also this website I was told about called SociopathWorld.com which is interesting, but chopped full of paralogic and manipulative sociopathic verbage. It bills itself as a place where sociopaths can interact and answer questions from 'empaths' - which is what they call normal people.

I haven't gone over it in detail, but the faq is enough to creep me out. Still, if one were to examine it with a critical attitude with as much vigilance as a virologist studying live ebola then perhaps it could be useful.

Just throwing it out there to see what others think.

Thanks Puck, spent time watching the John Livesley presentation discussion focus on clinical categorization, D1.1 & DSM IV & V - good speaker. He highlights the 'sacred cow' aspects of the DSM specifically and challenges clinicians about there present systems of classifications. He sits on the review panel and stated he would not sign his name to the final reports that are full of contradictions and ridged belief systems in the DSM architecture. As a lay person, would have to watch this a few times to get a better sense of it, but downloaded the PDF report too. Livesley takes a number of good swipes at the pharmaceutical companies and at one point he says of needing a broader based diagnostic system that they, Big Pharma, would probably like that, then they will put it all in the manciple drinking water system [to that end anyway]. He also states that he thinks we can never have a proper assessment tool, at least without looking at a completely new framework and maybe not even then. There was a lot more in the presentation, but will leave it there. Other presentation links may also prove interesting - will check them out time permitting.

That was really awesome and literally kickstarted the project. :cool2: Thanks to that we go 3% funding on the first day. If that trend continues (which will require major promoting work) we will actually be able to reach the goal.

I have a couple question if you don't mind Fifth Way? I was poking around a bit (which I always do before I decide whether to support something or not) and I noticed that your business shares the same address with "Rachael Horovitz Productions" in a building owned by her partner, TV executive "Michael Jackson"

It's a 7 million dollar building, with only 4 apartments..which is what I'd definitely call a high rent district. I also found a bunch of other stuff that equates to LOTS of money. So why the appeal for funds?

I'm also wondering how much influence your landlords/neighbors will have on the film considering that Rachael Horovitz, her Father, Israel Horovitz, and her husband Michael Jackson, create pro- Israel productions for the mainstream media?

Excellent questions. And what about your recent association with lovefraud and their guru Liane Leedom?

You know, when you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

Fifth Way,

Guardian and Laura just asked you extremely pertinent questions. I hope you have clear answers for them. People who are not as thorough as Guardian would not check for these things. But the least you can do is explain, if you have any respect for this forum. There might be nothing, or there might be something to it. But one should not leave out "details" like these if one is honest about one's work. Remember what Ark always says: the Devil is in the details.

Thank you Guardian, for your post and no, I do not mind at all.

However, you got the wrong address. I am living in a forty dwelling rental building in a small one bedroom apartment that also serves as my office and also as the home of my two children when they are with me (approximately a third of a month). I would think that at least a dozen forum members have been at my place so it is easy to verify.

Not sure if you have been to Manhattan but here small multimillion dollar town houses can stand right next to multi-dwelling sky-risers. The house numbers would not be the same but they could be almost the same.

I don't know what else you "found". I can tell you that I recently divorced a wealthy woman after a several year long legal battle. Do to the executed settlement agreements I am unfortunately not allowed to discuss the details. The only thing I can say is that the situation has contributed to my motivation to do this project, if you catch my drift. To answer your question directly: I am in no position to fund this project on my own. If I where it would have already been done. But over the years I have put my own money into this project.

If you have more questions, please fire away.
