I missed it on SOTT. I enjoy Paul Joseph Watson's wit and he has a large following which is good.

I couldn't help think about Joe Biden's breath. Throw in a case of chronic bad breath and the situation is doubled in repulsiveness. I remember this clearly as a child when an adult hovered to closely in admiration of my cuteness. There wasn't any inappropriate behavior there but I never forgot that breath.

It's a cliche that politicians fawn over children to show their good heart to the voters which is what JB is doing on the surface I'd say. But, he way over does it (for practical results)and it looks like he's being run by a program. The unconsciousness of his actions can be seen as he fondles the face of the small child standing in front of him which was one of the weirder scenes for me. A normal adult would never behave in this manner.

Jon Heely, the longtime director of music publishing at Disney, was arrested nearly a month ago and charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child. One of the reported victims was 15. The other was abused for four years starting at the age of 11, according to the charges.

His attorney Robert Helfend said Heely “vehemently denies these allegations.”

An East Bay minister who was out of jail on $1.3 million bail is a wanted man for failing to show up in court after a girl testified he sexually abused her for years.

Fernando Maldonado, 37, was His alleged victim, a girl who was less than 16 years old when the alleged sexual abuse occurred, on trial facing 23 counts of child molestation when he apparently fled the area, possibly to Mexico. testified Thursday and Friday that he sexually abused her numerous times over a three-year period, while he was a minister at two local churches.

Then, on Monday, Maldonado failed to show up to court. Judge Clare Maier issued a bench warrant for his arrest the same day, listing him as “voluntarily absent.” That means the trial will proceed without him. Closing arguments are expected to take place Wednesday.

If convicted, Maldonado could be sentenced to more than 30 years in prison, according to court records. Prosecutors on Tuesday argued that they should be able to refer to the defendant’s absence during closing arguments, and Maier seemed open to it, but has not yet issued a ruling.

The abuse began when Maldonado, a Concord resident, was a minister at Morello Avenue Baptist Church in Martinez and the victim was a parishioner there, police said.

The church has since closed. Maldonado left that church to become a minister at Grace Bible Church in Pleasant Hill in 2014, where the victim began attending the church and the abuse continued, police said. The victim came forward last year, leading authorities to file 23 felony counts against Maldonado.

One month after his April 2016 arrest, Maldonado was released on bail, after someone posted a $106,000 premium for his $1.295 million bail. It is unclear from court records who supplied the cash.

A youth leader at one of the churches who knew Maldonado, Eduardo DeJesus Trujillo, 31, was also charged with rape, child molestation, and similar sex crimes against a teen girl at the church. Police said Trujillo and Maldonado knew one another and communicated during the abuse.

Last year, Trujillo pleaded guilty to five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and was sentenced to prison for seven years.

Maldonado’s current whereabouts are unknown. Anyone who sees him is encouraged to call.

Former "Glee" actor Mark Salling is facing considerable prison time after taking a plea deal in his child pornography case just two weeks shy of his federal felony trial.

The actor, 35, agreed to serve a 4-to-7-year prison sentence for possessing pornographic images of prepubescent minors on his personal computer, the deal paperwork filed Tuesday and obtained by the Daily News states.

Salling, who was busted in December 2015, accepted the deal with the hope it will spare him the maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

Under the deal, Salling admits that between April and December of 2015, he used the internet at his Los Angeles home to download thousands of images of child pornography.

“Defendant attempted to conceal his activity by using software that masked his IP address,” the plea agreement states. “However, on at least two occasions in 2015, defendant showed his child pornography to an adult woman in the context of their sexual relationship. This was ultimately reported to law enforcement.”

The court has not yet set a date for Salling to appear in person and change his plea to guilty, a prosecution spokeswoman told The News.

He was due to begin trial on October 17.

If the judge accepts the agreement at sentencing, Salling will pay $50,000 in restitution to each victim who requests it.

According to the agreement, Salling won’t be able to live anywhere “within direct view of school yards, parks, public swimming pools, playgrounds, youth centers, video arcade facilities or other places primarily used by persons under the age of 18.”

He also can’t contact with any minors in person or online without their parents present, and his electronic devices will be subject to search and seizure, according to the pact.

There is also a rape accusation against him.

Former "Glee" star Mark Salling could face additional legal trouble after a 22-year-old woman claimed the actor raped her, according to a new report.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reviewing whether to file charges against Salling, whom the accuser alleges forced himself on her about four years ago, after she told him she didn't want to have sex, TMZ reports.

The woman says she dated the TV star for several months when they went into a room to have sex. She later changed her mind, telling him, "I can't do this," but Salling refused to quit, according to a police report viewed by TMZ.

A man reached Sunday on Salling's cellphone hung up, and an attorney for the actor was not immediately available for comment.

The woman filed the police report in April, and the D.A. is still reviewing the case.

Salling, 34, was arrested in December after law enforcement officials seized a laptop, hard drive and USB drive allegedly containing thousands of images and video featuring child pornography from his Los Angeles home.

He was indicted on child-porn charges in May and subsequently removed from the cast of "Adi Shankar's Gods and Secrets."

A status conference in the case is scheduled for Nov. 7. No trial date has been set.

Salling — who played Noah "Puck" Puckerman on "Glee" — was also accused in a 2013 lawsuit of forcing unprotected sex on a woman who said that although she consented to having protected sex with the actor, he proceeded without using a condom.

Salling and the woman settled out of court last year, with the actor giving her more than $2.7 million.
