Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

With regards to bio-labs being targeted, I'd go along with this view from Martin Armstrong,

There are all sorts of rumors that the US has biological weapons installations in Ukraine and Putin has been targeting them for destruction. I have found no truth to this from reliable information. It would also be totally illogical to attack such facilities for that would unleash any such biological weapons that would then also attack Russian troops and carry it home to Russia. You cannot blow up a biological weapons lab. That would unleash who knows what and it could even kill Fauci because he could say – “What lab?”

Btw, there was a video doing the rounds yesterday of a tank that had run over a car and it was being said it was a Russian war crime....

Well well well, one finds the truth in the most unlikely of places... Spoiler alert, there was a gun fight between unidentified assailants, likely in fighting between Ukrainian factions and the tank driver lost control of the vehicle and ploughed into the car. If you understand Ukrainian the people filming don't actually know who the people fighting are - they don't say any are Russian

Warning: There's an actual gun fight shown in the video but nothing gruesome per se though someone definitely dies and it's on camera.

Ukraine matters. That is why its important that no western country or europe can gain control

And with all that Ukraine is a failed state. More than 30 years and nothing but constant progression toward failure. Now that says everything about the people who were/are running the show there.

Currently the head is a popular comedian. I say this to point out how unprofessional the whole state structure is, starting with the gangster style free running oligarchs. At one time the former president of Georgia was running the Ukraine's Odessa Oblast !!!! There are other foreigners in important gov. positions. That shows the complete weakness and instability of the Ukrainian State. INSANE.

Resource rich countries tend to be quite unstable due to all the foreign interference and installed leaders. Think this applies to most of them.

The Swedish elite is fond of the idea of being a member of NATO and has a proxy agreement with Denmark, meaning that Denmark would come, if Sweden was attacked, but if Russia then retaliates against Denmark, would NATO then show up too??? Most likely, the Russian FM would not warn if the idea of membership had not been discussed between Sweden and NATO, even recently. Add to the picture that Sweden has fought 12 wars with Russian during the last 800 years, which maybe explains the Swedish obsession, which the US and NATO can use as leverage to gain a hearing. The question is if Sweden would dare Russia, out of NATO blackmail, a trick, or their own "wise" council.

Jumping ahead again - regarding:
Speech in video

Car driver: Broke down?
Military: We've run out of fuel.
Car driver: Can i help you get back to Russia?
Military: ha ha ha
Car seer: Where are you going?
Military: We don't know.
Car driver: You move to Kyiv.
Military: What is your media saying?
Car driver: We will win.
I immediately thought of all the Canadians carrying fuel cans to the Convoy Truckers! How funny if the same assistance happened in Ukraine, but I guess that's wishful thinking.

Another fake news. Remember this "victim" of the Russian intervention. In fact, she was wounded during a gas explosion in 2018:

View attachment 55574

There is some contention around this being from the 2018 Magnitogorsk gas explosion and that the building at least is very likely contemporary footage from Ukraine.

Journalist Justin Yau tweeted below on Thursday 24th showing a damaged apartment block claiming the footage he shot himself came from a bombed building South of Chuguyev [Ukraine]

Assuming this footage is from 2022, this is clearly the same building as is in the background of the wounded old lady that has appeared on so many front pages since:

This building is clearly not the one in Magnitogorsk damaged in 2018 by a gas explosion (see video below).

IMG_20220225_202129_109.jpg

Considering its widespread dissemination and use its possible its a staged photo shoot with the equivalent of a crisis actor so as to sensationalize what looks to be merely superficial bomb-blast damage to the building. But of course she could be what they say she is - a victim of war who is lucky that her only wounds come from flying broken glass... after all the headlines tell you what you need to think.
Has anyone come across any other evidence this widely used image is suspect other than the tweet Pierre shared?

The EU imposes sanctions against the Central Bank of Russia, and this is the freezing of most of the reserve of 640 billion dollars
Here is an interview given a couple of days before the start of the war:
The government can seize people's deposits if the West blocks all foreign funds. This opinion was expressed in a conversation with NEWS.ru by State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Nikolai Arefiev, commenting on the warning of economist Mikhail Khazin about the danger of confiscation of savings. Khazin said that the savings of Russians could be confiscated in a new economic crisis.

Arefiev explained that Russia has $640 billion of gold and foreign exchange reserves located abroad, in addition, 14 trillion rubles of the National Wealth Fund (NWF) and the capital of oligarchs, estimated at $470 billion, are stored there. He recalled that sanctions against Russia may include disconnection from SWIFT and a ban on currency exchange. The EU has also filed a lawsuit seeking to fine Russia $290 billion for implementing import substitution.

If all the funds that are abroad are blocked, then the government will have no other choice but to seize all the deposits of the population - there are about 60 trillion rubles - in order to get out of the situation, - Arefiev said.

How odd. Through Nuoviso in Germany, i heard recently that last year, Germany’s largest weapon export was to …. Ukraine.

So when Germany only recently played coy of “not wanting to send weapons to Ukraine” - it is really a play for the galleries.

Sweden

Even Sweden might send weapons to the Ukraine - albeit the politicians are still discussing how to do it, and what to send. However it is my belief that this is done anyway (possibly already has been done earlier). While on the outside It just has to look good and “legal” in order to become official (when they found a way around the laws).

In reality Sweden often had and has its fingers in the games; unofficially sending weapons and instructor personnel to war countries (which according to our laws is forbidden).

But - that has never stopped the Swedish weapon industry to sell their stuff anyway… and nothing has ever changed in that regard; business as usual.
