Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

Notes on Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General since October 2014
The history of Jens Stoltenberg, as an anti-war activist during the late Vietnam War, who through his sister Camille had links with the far left of the early 1970ies, was told on a Russian news media Channel One in a report that began with comments on Berliner Zeitung interviews Seymour Hersh: More intriguing details about his source's account of the Nord Stream attack.

After viewing the clip, I looked at the Wiki's and the history of Stoltenberg. As I dug out the details, I wondered if it is a waste of time going into this story. I continued the effort, but I will still share what I found in the transcripts:
Session 28 August 1999
Q: (A) I have such a problem: we have this book by Osho. I was reading this, and this piece tells the following: you should not look at what others are doing, whether they are lying or whatever, because you should concentrate on yourself, and the things you should do. Watching your neighbors just takes your attention from what you should be doing. So, I don't know. (A) Maybe my urge to do this is a distraction?

A: True. Truth exposes lies for those who need to learn.

Q: I guess it is better to just talk about what is good and right and true, and spend less time pointing out what others are doing that are lies. Those who are ready to receive it, will get it. Those who want to believe Hoagland and Bearden, will do so no matter what you say because they want to believe lies.

A: Right!

Anyway, to begin this story, he father of Stoltenberg was a top diplomat who served at the UN, and in Norway as foreign minister twice, and once as minister of defence. In other words, Jens Stoltenberg has came from a public servant background like also Von der Leyen.

The Wiki writes about the entry into politices:
Stoltenberg's first steps into politics came in his early teens, when he was influenced by his sister Camilla, who at the time was a member of the then Marxist–Leninist group Red Youth. Opposition to the Vietnam War was his triggering motivation. Following heavy bombing raids against the North Vietnamese port city of Hai Phong at the end of the Vietnam War, he participated in protest rallies targeting the United States Embassy in Oslo. On at least one occasion embassy windows were broken by stone-throwing protesters. Several of Stoltenberg's friends were arrested by the police after these events.[12]
The above Red Youth was founded in 2007 of two older parties, one was linked with Chinese Maoism the other with the USSR Marxist-Leninism. Camille would then have been associated with one of these. She is, by the way, a medical researcher and the current leader of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health! This is usually the person asked to talk about what to do with a pandemic like COVID. There we go again.

Stoltenberg went to a private primary school of the Waldorf/Rudolf Steiner type. At the age of 14, he became a member of the youth wing of the Workers Party, and became its leader in 1985.
The Norwegian Wiki has:
As leader of the AUF, Stoltenberg contributed to the fact that the AUF was no longer on a collision course with the parent party to the same extent as before. AUF's opposition to Norwegian membership in NATO was first adopted in 1969, and the position was reaffirmed at every national meeting until 1987, when it was replaced with a goal of 'melee' within NATO for a bloc-free and nuclear-weapon-free Europe.
The Russian clip explained how he became a leader and later oversaw the direction regarding NATO exit:
1676537663812.png

It is not talked about in the clip, but it was while Stoltenberg was PM during the second term 2005-2013 that there was an attack on the AUF summer camp island, Utøya, where the Wiki has:
2011 massacre
Main article: 2011 Norway attacks § Utøya massacre
On 22 July 2011, a mass shooting took place at the AUF's summer youth camp, where 650 young people were staying. Anders Behring Breivik arrived alone on Utøya dressed as a police officer and told those on the island that he was there for security reasons following the explosions in Oslo which took place a few hours before. He then began shooting at individuals, continuing until the police arrived one hour after the first alarm call. The suspect immediately surrendered.[6] Combined, the attacks in Oslo and Utøya left 77 dead, with 69 killed on the island, 33 of whom were under the age of 18.[7][8][9]
In an article on SOTT.net, one finds what probably Stoltenberg and the Norwegian government were aware of at the time:
Norway Terror Attacks a False Flag
Webster G. Tarpley
[...]
A Motive: Norway Had Decided to Stop Bombing Libya August 1

The targets of the Norwegian terror attacks are all expressly political, including government offices and a summer youth camp of the ruling Labor Party, and thus point in the direction of politics. The government of Norway is currently a coalition composed of the Labor Party, the Socialist Left Party, and the Center Party. Norway has traditionally attempted to cultivate a pro-Arab foreign policy, as seen in its sponsorship of the Oslo peace accords between Israeli Prime Minister Rabin and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the mid-1990s. The current government has announced its intention of granting diplomatic recognition to a Palestinian state in the near future. When the destabilization of Libya began last February, the Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre of the Labor Party warned Norway's partners in the NATO alliance against getting involved.

But soon after this, Norway gave in to US pressure and agreed to participate in NATO's bombing of Libya for an initial period of three months, sending six planes which have carried out an estimated 10% of all the bombing raids mounted by the Atlantic alliance. However, as the end of its three-month commitment had passed, Norway had reduced its contingent to four planes during the month of July, and had announced on June 10 that it was planning to withdraw altogether from the NATO bombing coalition no later than August 1.

The Norwegian decision to drop out of the NATO attack coalition was associated with a similar move by the Netherlands, which was announced on that same day of June 10. The Dutch had decided to maintain their contingent of six planes, but will no longer take part in bombing attacks on ground targets. Henceforth, the Dutch are willing only to help enforce the no-fly zone through air interdiction. There was therefore the potential that Norway's example could trigger a general tendency by the smaller NATO states to quit the bombing coalition, in which their collective presence is highly significant.

Leading figures of the Norwegian government were among the first to undercut the supposed rationale for the NATO bombing, while urging negotiations: '"The solution to the problems in Libya are political, they cannot be solved by military means alone," Norwegian Prime Minister Stoltenberg told reporters gathered for a conference in Oslo on May 13. "We are very much supporting all efforts to find a political solution to the challenges we are facing in Libya," he added. Norway's government ...pledged to scale down its role in NATO-orchestrated air strikes on Libya after its current three-month commitment ends on June 24.4

This was the policy of the entire Norwegian government: 'Norway will scale down its fighter jet contribution in Libya from six to four planes and withdraw completely from the NATO-led operation by Aug. 1, the government said Friday.... Defense Minister Grete Faremo said she expects understanding from NATO allies because Norway has a small air force and cannot "maintain a large fighter jet contribution during a long time." Norway's air force, meanwhile says its F-16 jets have carried out about 10 percent of the NATO airstrikes in Libya since March 31. The parties in Norway's center-left coalition government had been at odds over whether to extend the country's participation, which was scheduled to expire June 24. The most leftist faction in the government, the Socialist Left Party, opposed an extension, but a compromise was reached to stay in the operation until Aug. 1 with fewer planes. "It is wise to end the Norwegian fighter jet contribution. Now Norway should apply its efforts to find a peaceful solution in Libya," Socialist Left Party lawmaker Baard Vegar Solhjell said.'5

US State Department Complained of Norway's "Lack of Commitment" to Libyan Adventure

The Norwegian decision to stop waging war against Libya, the first of its kind by any member of the Atlantic alliance, has attracted the attention of diplomatic observers,
one of whom commented that the current government in Oslo has advocated "a distinctly more peaceful approach to global policies by the Norwegian government.... [despite] recent pressure from the US on Norway to contribute more in Libya military campaign. Norway has been resisting that pressure and pushing for a more peaceful approach to the US-led NATO attacks on Libya and refused to provide weapons to NATO, finally announcing last month that Norway would quit its military role in Libya by August 1. In March, as the US was rallying unilateral support to invade Libya, Norway's minister of foreign affairs Jonas Gahr Støre was one of the few nations to warn the US against armed intervention in Libya. Norway initially supplied six fighter jets for Libya operations and has carried out about 10% of the Libya strikes since 19 March. However, US officials singled out Norway and Denmark for their 'lack of commitment' to the mission to oust Gaddafi... Other Norway-Libya links include Norway's major oil- and fertilizer-related interests in Libya: the Norwegian state-owned Statoil, which has about 30 employees at its Tripoli offices....[Norway's] businesses have conducted major business operations in Libya, in co-operation with Qaddafi's regime."6

At the present stage of the inquiry, the best estimate of a motive for the Norwegian attacks is to punish the country for its independent and pro-Arab foreign policy in general, and for its repudiation of the NATO bombing coalition arrayed against Libya in particular.

Are SIMAS Surveillance Detection Units the New Gladio for Norway?

US and NATO intelligence have been shown to possess extraordinary capabilities inside Norway, many of which may be operating outside of the control of the Norwegian government. In early November 2010, the Oslo television channel TV2 exposed the existence of an extensive network of paid assets and informants of US intelligence recruited from the ranks of retired police and other officials. The ostensible goal of this program was the surveillance of Norwegians who were taking part in demonstrations and other activities critical of the United States and its policies. One of the Norwegians recruited was the former chief of the anti-terror section of the Oslo police.7 Although the goal was supposedly merely surveillance, it is possible to imagine some other and far more sinister activities that could be carried out by such a network of retired cops, including the identification and subversion of rotten apples on the active-duty police force. Some of the capabilities of a network of this type would not be totally alien to the sort of events that have just occurred in Norway.
The Russian news clip claimed that Stoltenberg is on the hard line regarding all that concerns Putin and Russia, that he has cooperated with the US intelligence agency community since the Vietnam War, and that they trust him completely:
1676537282061.png
When it comes to Norway, cooperation with the US intelligence community is strong in general. That Stoltenberg should be in on this is not a far reach. The SOTT article about the Norway terror attacks continues:
The official name for the type of espionage cell which the United States was creating in Norway is Surveillance Detection Unit (SDU). The SDUs in turn operate within the framework of the Security Incident Management Analysis System (SIMAS). SIMAS is known to be used for spying and surveillance by US Embassies not just in the Nordic bloc of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, but worldwide. The terror events also raise the question of whether SIMAS has an operational dimension. Could this apparatus represents a modern version of the Cold War stay behind networks set up in all NATO countries and best-known under the name of the Italian branch, Gladio?

The Norwegian government needs to find out. Thus far Norwegian ministers have asserted that they never approved the SIMAS network of SDUs. "We never knew about it," claimed Norway's Justice Minister Knut Storberget and Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre in chorus. Hillary Clinton stated instead that the Norwegians had been informed.
From the Utøya shooting in 2011 to the Maidan shooting in 2014?
To get an idea of what was moving behind the Utøya attack and of which the higher ups at the time ought to have been aware of, have a look at this article: part four of Oslo/Utøya 7/22 False Flag Terror In short, there is a lot that does not add up. Another angle with a similar result comes from the work of Ole Gammelgård He is a Danish-Swedish investigative journalist, and newager who has gone deep into the Utøya massacre. He gave a talk in 2015 where he presented his research, which you can watch here
There is also a radio show Olé Dammegård – What happened in Norway?
In addition, there is also a forum thread Oslo Bombing and Utoya Island Massacre about the attack, but it has not been updated since 2012.
There were so many anomalies in the Oslo bombings and the Utøya massacre, that it would be very strange indeed if Stoltenberg was not informed, but he did not do anything about it. Three years later, in October 2014 he took over the NATO post soon after the conflict in Ukraine began. Just as in Utøya, he has done nothing to clear up the clouds over Ukraine, on the contrary.

The research about the Norway attacks confirm the idea of Breivik not being alone in the attacks, just as the Cs talked about in Session 21 December 2012
Q ... (L) Yeah. Maybe we should ask. Was there anybody else involved with this Breivik shooting?

A: Out of sight, yes.

Q: (Perceval) Snipers. (Belibaste) Scopes and rifles...

A: Practice run!
One question could be what the Utøya mass shooting in 2011 could be a practice run for? On the European scene, next to Utøya in terms of numbers, stands perhaps the Maidan and the "heavenly hundred". The whitewash Wiki for Maidan casualties has it that there were most deaths on February 18 and 20. Over the length of the protests, 103 protesters and 13 officers were killed. Many reports appeared that showed instances where there were snipers operating from buildings taken by the protesters, and they shot at both protesters and the police.
See for instance these article:
All this information Jens Stoltenberg must have access to too, but he does not care. This leads to the next point:

Stoltenberg shares some similarity with Zelensky. Both Stoltenberg and Zelensky talked of peace before coming into power, although in different ways and at different times. And in both cases, one is left with the impression they are surrounded by lies, that have led to death and destruction.

By the way, both Zelensky and Stoltenberg spoke at the Munich Security Conference (MSC YouTube channel) taking place this weekend. I watched a presentation in Russian on Channel One, where Ursula von der Leyen, Zelensky and Stoltenberg argue for continued support and weapons to Ukraine.

Deutsche Welle has an article:
MSC 2023: Ukraine war takes center stage
William Noah Glucroft
02/16/2023February 16, 2023
The Munich Security Conference is set to convene, one year since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In its annual report, the MSC warns of a growing divide between "competing world orders."
And further:
Ukraine: Tragedy and case study
"The Russian war against Ukraine is just the most brazen attack on the rules-based order," he writes in the Munich Security Report, which the organization released on Monday. It serves as a framework for the in-person event later in the week, of which Deutsche Welle is a media partner.

"Revisionist actors are trying to undermine the status quo and change the international order in many different ways."

"Revisionist" is a jab at countries like China and Russia, who are pushing harder against the American-led "status quo" that has dominated global economics, politics and security since the end of the World War II.

The war in Ukraine is at the center of the 176-page report, as it is likely to be at the conference. Yet the brutal events of the last year there, which are set to intensify as the winter thaws, are taken less as an isolated end than a means for posing broader questions about power dynamics in the international community.

For the report's authors, global security is intrinsically tied to economic prosperity, climate change, conflicting national interests, and a sense that inequities are baked into a world order whose "rules" do not always apply equally to everyone.
For all their denials, and lies, Zelensky and Stoltenberg are not alone. And as Ark said in the excerpt, I quoted at the beginning:
Those who want to believe Hoagland and Bearden, will do so no matter what you say because they want to believe lies.
Now exchange the two name with the two previous names, and we have: (Those who want to believe Zelensky and Stoltenberg, will do so no matter what you say because they want to believe lies.) Ark did not say that, so to make that clear I used brackets. What Ark did say in the context of Hoagland and Bearden was:
I guess it is better to just talk about what is good and right and true, and spend less time pointing out what others are doing that are lies.
On the other hand, countering a lie with truth may help:
Session 10 January, 2002
Q: What about the stalking, harassment, defamation, blackmail?

A: It will be handled at the proper time by you, and you will know when to do it.

Q: (A) Why isn't ignoring them completely not the answer?

A: Because they are not affected by being ignored. And your reality is such that lies and liars have prevailed in violating Free Will for millennia. They do this most effectively by programs that are designed to perpetuate it, such as "Turn the other cheek," and "If you ignore it, it will go away." Give what is asked for by a lie: Truth.

Q: So, it comes back to balance. In the face of a lie, balance is only restored by Truth.
The programs that Zelensky and Stoltenberg promote are not religious per se, but they do include repeated and insistent appeals to, political shell concepts like European values, western democracy, free world, rule based order, etc. In the name of these ideas, people and government are rallied to send more money and weapons to Ukraine. Pointing out that such types, as Z and S are lying, have been doing so for a long time, and are using their power to violate the lives of many innocent people, seems to be necessary.

Thank you Thorbiorn for a very informative research article about Stoltenberg in particular.
The above Red Youth was founded in 2007 of two older parties
I think the Red Youth may have been refounded at some time. A founding in 2007 does not make sense if we are to consider that Stoltenberg was a member when he was in his teens. At the Wikipedia entry which you gave of the political group and where it mentions the 2007, there is also a sidebar, which shows 1963 as the founding year and which is more in keep with the Stoltenbergs siblings being members in their teens. Camilla Stoltenberg is born in 1958 and Jens is born in 1959.
Red youth.gif

Considering what you wrote above about the Stoltenberg siblings coming from a public servant background with their father being a highly placed minister several times, it made me think of the 'greenbaum' effect. A couple of years ago, we learned from the C's that Gates had been greenbaumed.
Q: (Joe) How did Bill Gates get into all of this? How does a computer nerd become a maniacal world-saver through vaccines?

A: Greenbaum victim.
I wonder if something similar happened to Jens Stoltenberg and a few others currently in power, many of whom have been children of highly placed people in the elite circles. The dark romance novels also portrays how the elite is happy to use their own children for their nefarious purposes. Something that is completely alien to normal human beings which leads to thinking again that aliens are already among us, they just look indistinguishable from us.

Now the Russian forces are only 3.8 km from fully encircling Backhmut (video 3.20 min)

I wouldn't call it "only". It's still a matter of another month or two to close it if everything goes as usual. 4 days ago Prigozhin answered questions on that topic:

transl.:

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of the Vagner PMC, admitted that Artemovsk (the Ukrainian name is Bakhmut) may be surrounded in March-April this year. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

"I think it's March-April. Although it is very difficult to predict. They are receiving new types of weapons now. One hundred percent we will destroy these Leopards, one hundred percent we will figure out how to burn them, but this is also the most important factor," he noted.

The day before, Prigozhin said that there were no preconditions for the encirclement of the AFU near Artemovsk. "House after house, square meter after square meter is being stormed. The hardest combat work is going on. Where do stories about some kind of encirclement and more come from, it is not clear at all," he said.

This is how Prigozhin responded to the statement of VGTRK military correspondent Yevgeniy Poddubny that 1.5 thousand AFU soldiers are surrounded in Paraskovyevka (a village north of Artemivsk). Prigozhin called such information "nonsense." "In all directions the enemy is stepping up, pulling up more and more reserves. Every day from 300 to 500 new fighters approach Bakhmut in all directions. Artillery fire is intensifying every day," he pointed out.

Video with him answering questions (in Russian):

Thank you for pointing out the error. I looked up the Norwegian Wiki, translated the beginning of the entry for Rød Ungdom inserting the most relevant links from the Norwegian Wiki.
Rød Ungdom (RU) is the youth organization of the Rødt party.[2]

The organization has previously gone by the names Sosialistisk Ungdomsforbund and Sosialistisk Ungdomsforbund (Marxist-Leninists), but got its current name when the Workers' Communist Party (Marxist-Leninists) was formed in 1973.

Until 2007, Rød Ungdom had two parent parties: Red Electoral Alliance
[Rød Valgallianse] and the Workers' Communist Party [Arbejdernes kommunistparti]. The parties together with Rød Ungdom and other non-party people on the left created the new party Rødt on 11 March 2007.[3] Rød Ungdom is now the youth party of Rødt,[3] and is based in the same building.
Looking up where Rød Ungdom/Red Youth is today, I found a statement, "Slava Ukraini", that was adopted at the national board meeting of Rød Ungdom on 27-29. January. The demands to Russia are very similar to what we can read from NATO, Zelensky, the US State Department and the EU. From Norway, a short and more nuanced perspective of the conflict in Ukraine can be found in an article from Steigan.no, which when it is translated has the title: Who actually started the wars in Ukraine?

It might have been mentioned but there was quite a flurry of visit to kowtow to Zelensky in Kiev or at least pledge support in the last few days.

Thursday Israel's Foreign minister:

On the same day UK opposition leader, Keith Starmer also came

The next day on Friday:
Dutch PM and Foreign Trade minister:

The list of admissions, brags and revealing data keeps on coming (they just can't help themselves - Ursula von der Crazy being the latest to boast at this Saturday's panel event at the Munich conference).

So, in terms of 'Russia's Unprovoked Aggression' against Ukraine we have:

Minsk: Merkel, Poroshenko, Zelensky, have all now bragged they had no intention of implementing the agreements and that their sole purpose was to buy Ukraine time to 'prepare'.

Sanction Plans: Ursula von der Leyen bragged at Munich conference that the EU was planning and coordinating with Biden White House the whole Shock and awe sanctions package back in December 2021 claiming it to be a 'preventative policy' that no one knew about!

Ukraine Military build up: By end of January it was being reported in the media that 120,000 Ukrainian troops were massed at the contact line in Donbas

OSCE: acknowledged that the Ukrainian bombardment of the line of contact dramatically intensified week commencing 14th February reaching a high point of 2,026 artillery strikes by February 19.

Nord Steam: Seymour Hersh revealing that the Biden White House was already planning to blow up Nord Stream by November/December 2021. This goes along with Biden's statement to the press that it would never open, Liz Truss texting 'it's done' to Blinken and the former Polish Foreign Minister thanking the USA via Twitter.

I'd say that's looking like a strong case for Russia to press charges on the basis of unprovoked aggression!

Wagner is advancing
Participants of the SVO broke through the defense of the AFU in Berkhovka near Artemivsk

February 20, 2023, 06:43

Employees of the private military company "Wagner" broke through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near the village of Berkhovka near Artemivsk (Ukrainian name — Bakhmut) in the Donetsk People's Republic. This was announced on Monday, February 20, by the Telegram channel "Military Commanders of the Russian Spring".

"The battles for Bakhmut paralyze the Ukrainian army"
"Izvestia" saw how the liberation of the most important defense node of the VFU is underway
It is noted that the assault detachments went between Berkhovka to the rear of the AFU defense in the Yagodnoye area. So they cut off the opportunity for Ukrainian militants to retreat to Artemovsk.

At the village of Yagodnoye, Wagner employees are currently holding positions along the forest belt in order to further strike the enemy from the flank. According to the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian media confirmed this information.

It is noted that earlier the capture of the settlement of Paraskoviyevka allowed to occupy the heights in Berkhovka and thus "hang" over the positions of Ukrainian militants in the lowlands.

Earlier, on February 19, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces would not fight for Artemovsk at any cost and until the last militant. In his opinion, this is not a particularly big city. The Ukrainian leader assured that Ukrainian troops are currently resisting and preparing for a counterattack.

On February 17, Russian troops took control of the settlement of Paraskovievka, 9 km from Artemovsk. Paraskovievka is located in the Soledarsky urban community between Soledar and Artemovsk.

Earlier in the day, Izvestia correspondent Dmitry Astrakhan showed footage of the village of Paraskoviyevka in the DPR liberated by employees of the Wagner PMCs.

According to the fighters, the Ukrainian militants removed road signs and signs during the retreat, which, however, did not interfere with the liberation of the settlement in any way.

Wagner employees noted that the battles in the village were fought literally for every house, and the Ukrainian forces lost a lot of reserves. Later, they found fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the settlement, including a point with 155-millimeter artillery located in a residential area.
